First, arrival of shoes was within 2 days of order. That was great. However, the shoes were too small and I have always been a Keen fan. Very disappointed. I am returning them.

not roomy enough for me feet- I loved my leather Keen Clearwater sandals but the stitching in these straps hurt my toes- blister city after a 2 milw walk- gave them away.

The length of the shoe was similar to other keen brand sandals but the straps were MUCH tighter... ended up returning.

I had to return because it has no give to get you foot in. There is not enough elastic to slid in like I am able to do on every other Keen I own. Super cute style but couldn’t even try them on.

This is the 4th pair of Keens that I have purchased, and the first pair I returned. These are the same size as the other three but they were so narrow I couldn't even really try them on. Very disappointing! I have been very happy with my other pairs. I guess that's why they were on sale, I never see them at a discount. I will stick with the full price ones.

Keens are the only sandals that I want to wear. But, you do not make anything for women with bigger feet (12½) Why not? I am not mannish just because I wear a size 12½ and there must be plenty of men who would like some purple or turquoise sandals in their sizes, too. Zappos does not have anything for women in keen sandals in this size. So I get to wear men's sizes and colors again this summer and that makes me really unhappy. And hey! There is a big difference in the colors, line and style. I love what you have for ladies with the tiny feet. Why ca you not make a few of them in my size too? Sun Smith The star system is one star because nothing you make for women fits, so I wear the ugly men's that feel great but give me guy feet.
