Unfortunately, did not fit my thighs. Going up a size would mean they would be too baggy in other areas. Will have to return.

I love these pants and I own two pairs. I just ordered two new pairs that were on sale... same size but new colors. Sadly, neither fit. I could not pull them up over my hips. I’d love to blame my extra 5 quarantine pounds but my other two Prana pants still fit great. Super bummed To return them because they’re super cute versatile pants that get me out of leggings.

The rise on these pants is definitely on the lower side, and I wound up returning them in favor of a pair from Colombia.

Run 1/2 size large. I would have kept them but the front was to poofy from the waist to the groin and displayed a camel toe! Made very well, but did not work for me!

These pants are definitely what I was looking for for work: a light hiking pant, long inseam (I'm a 34 but I will get the 36 hemmed), quick drying. Great for hot, humid south Louisiana weather in summertime. There's just one strange thing I've noticed about Prana pants: there's a lot of extra fabric in the front hip area, which looks super weird. I have a 34" waist with 41" hips, so per their size chart I first ordered the size 12, but it was way too big so I tried a 10... it fits well in the waist and the seat, but somehow it's baggy in the front between the pockets and across the fly. Really draws a lot of attention to my crotch, which I don't like at all. However, there are so few pants like this out there that are available in long inseams, that I will probably keep them and wear a long shirt on top.

Disappointing that it took 2 months for them to arrive. Quality seems ok. The sizing chart you provided runs short on length.

Selected a pair for a fiend. PrAna markets to the tall, thin, athletic, outdoors woman. Unfortunately that is not me. I am an active outdoors woman, but no longer athletic, no prAna article of clothing will fit me, none. Ordered a short inseam for my average height friend and they are still too long, but easy enough to hem.

Ok so these pants are nice. It was a little frustrating that they ran out of every color tho. I feel like if you guys do something like this again it would be cool if what you were offering was available for everyone. They guy that was helping me reorder like 5 times was really nice and helpful, but I ended up with a pair of pants in a color I don't like because I didn't want to wait 2 months for another color to be available. So I tried them on they fit great with lots of stretch for all sorts of adventures. But I will be giving them away because I don't like pink.

Be careful with these. Every single pair in a single size is different - some tight, some loose, some short, some long. I found one pair that is good. I had another pair that I tried for a while (same size), but I could pull them off my hips without unbuttoning them. Made them kind of hard to keep up. This company has a problem with quality control.

I purchased these at the same time I purchased the Columbia Women’s Saturday Trail Pant. Though the Prana have nice back pockets, and can be argued to be more “fashionable,” I found them to be bulkier, and a bit thick, and the zipper a bit more cumbersome. I ordered a size 10, regular inseam, based on the sizing chart (didn’t have time to read all the reviews before purchase!), and they were a little big. I’m guessing an 8 would be better. I’m 5’6” or so and between 135 and 140 pounds, with widest part of my hips at 39.5” and a 30” inseam. I’m writing this review more so to help others decide on size! I always look through reviews to help me pick size, and feel I probably have a fairly average body type! Unfortunately, I will be returning these. I found the Columbia pants to be lighter, and thinner and overall more comfortable. If it’s important to note - the Prana pants have more of a boot cut, compared to the Columbia, which has a straight leg. I personally, prefer the straight leg.

These did not work for me at all. The button fold down on the back pocket is an unattractive feature in lot of Prana pants to me, unfortunately. The fabric is not pleasant against my skin, and the fit was just not right at all for me. I am 5'4" 120 lbs and ordered a size 2, which felt a half size too snug, but 4 would have been too large. Returning them.

I would have kept these pants, but they are far too short on me. I am 5'7'' and they fell sort of mid-ankle; which is OK for peg-leg/capri pants, but my other problem was the bell/flare at the bottom of the pant. The legs seem overall wider on me than on the model shown in the picture, so I just felt silly in these. They do seem comfortable and durable.

I was looking for something of a heavier weight. I also don't like the 'swoosh' sound the material makes when you walk.

These were just okay for me. I am 5'7" ~150lbs and very pear shaped. I ordered an 8 and 10 and would have needed a 12. At that point I think the waist would have needed to be tailored in to fit properly. Liked the light stretchy fabric and the style, though they did look a little more flared to me than in the photos. I kept looking and trying on, and finally found the Columbia Anytime Outdoor Full Leg Pant, which in a size 10 fit my smaller waist (thank you drawstring!) and large thighs perfectly!

I've had my grey Prana Halle Pants for over a year now and I am conflicted about these pants. On one hand they were really comfortable for my month long hiking trip. They fit great and now that I lost some weight (due to all that hiking) I can cinch in the waist a bit with the draw string and they still look good. Also I love that they come in long pant sizes, I am a long legged gal and although the 36in are too long, the 32s work fine, though I would have preferred a 34inch version but beggars can't be choosers. Also, after a year of frequent and sometimes rigorous wear (rock climbing, hiking), they still look fantastic and have lots of life left in them. The main draw back with these pants is the buttons, during my trip both buttons came off, luckily I didn't lose them. I hand sewed them back on and reinforced them but they keep falling off. I think the way the button hole is designed puts stress on the buttons and saws them off with use. This happened after only a few days of use. I really want to buy another pair in a different color because I haven't found a better fitting pant for my outdoor activities but I dread having to deal with the button issue all over again.

I ordered these in 0 and 2 and the 0 fit much better. I'm 5'4 115 lbs. Based on other reviews I was expecting pants that were going to be very versatile and good be worn in nicer setting. That is not the case they are good hiking pants but not something you can wear to restaurant, office or anything like that due to the material.

These are a great fit for my curves but alas there is just too much fabric at the bottom. They have a definite "boot cut" to them. They are super comfortable though.

These were my holy grail of pants. So coveted I never wrote a review for fear of seeing every avid outdoor female looking like my clone. They are my hard-core perfect pant. I hunt. I fish. I hike. I climb. I travel. I live in Halle's. Throw on woolies underneath and I'm set for winter. They're lightweight, so summer and packing and are dream. They're quick drying, so with the Pacific NW weather I'm comfy as ever. However, having owned two pairs of cargo green, black, and gravel, I was more than excited to add the new gravel and dark khaki to my functional wardrobe. Good outdoor pants, are, after all, hard to find. So imagine my surprise to find a cut change in these pants. I am a size 2, regular. These new pants are 2" longer, cut approximately 2" wider in the leg, and sag horribly in the crotch. This is not the lean, clean cut of the former Halle's. I did exchange for a petite size hoping to correct for the length, but the width in the leg and the sag in the crotch remained. These pants are now returned. Perhaps the new cut will work for some, if so you will score some amazingly functional outdoor pants that will serve you well. But Prana, please return to your original pant and rename this new cut/style so your loyal followers can continue to receive the pant they know and adore.

I bought these for a five week long hiking trip across northern Spain. The good: they are comfortable and have a flattering fit. The bad: the buttons (both of them) popped out within the first week of my trip. Luckily I had a sewing kit with me and was able to mend them but it was disappointing that both buttons came off so easily. That said, they held up well to five weeks of almost daily, fairly vigorous use, and plenty of washings. The water resistance worked well in a light drizzle but they are definitely not waterproof. Overall, I like them and I am glad that I bought them but I am hesitant to buy another pair because of the bad button construction.

The rise in these pants is way too small for me. I can put them on, but I can't sit down.
