The size was fine, but the upper part of the shoe was too round and didn’t cover the widest part of my foot.

The shoe is cute, comfortable, stylish. The leather upper is a nice caramel brown, but as not as dark as the picture appears so I was a little surprised. Also, for the price, I was surprised they came in a clear bag and not a box. The inside is very cushy and decorative but I noticed that my feet sweat a lot when I wear them. The shoes aren't very breathable and with the heavy material inside, your feet may feel a but more sweaty. The back is sturdy and not elastic like many shoes of this style so I am very happy with that aspect. The arch is supportive so if you aren't used to it, your feet may hurt a bit while getting used to that support inside the shoe. Size is definitely accurate. Overall good shoe, I would definitely recommend it.

nice shoe for a flat

They looked great, but they were too tight. I wear an 8 1/2 to a 9 and ordered a 9. They were still too small.

These were a little short for my foot. I have ordered an 8.5 hoping they will be perfect.

Nice true wide fit but the ankle hurt rubbing on the back of the shoe the second I put them on. Shoes shouldn't be uncomfortable so they are going straight back. I do like that they have some cushion inside so not a totally flat arch like a typical ballet flat.

The shoes are true ballet flats with no support at all and my wide feet need support so I'm sending them back.

These fit well in my regular size 8.5 but my feet are tired at the end of the day from wearing these. They’re supportive considering they’re a ballet flat but not something I can wear every day.

Shoes were very cute but felt way too small and narrow. I tend to have a wider foot but usually can wear regular width. This was narrow and felt small too size

A bit small, but super cute!

These shoes are so cute and would likely be comfy to wear all day, however, I'm exchanging for a 1/2 size larger. I usually wear a 7 or 7 1/2 but will need an 8 in this shoe.

These shoes are really comfortable and surprisingly supportive for a flat. They do feel about a half size small, and I’m curious if they will feel roomier as the leather relaxes.

I really liked the shoe but the color was off. I ordered the Mid Brown but the shoes received looked more like the Noche (Tan). Sadly I had to return.

Most well-cushioned flats ever. They are flexible ballet flats, however; they do not have a firm sole. (Thus, the four stars since the photos are misleading.)

I loved the shoe. I ordered 2 sizes but had to return both because the toe box was very narrow. Unfortunately all the wides are sold out. I plan to order if my size becomes available. FYI I've never worn wide shoes.

Generally comfortable but slightly chafing by the end of the day when wearing without socks. Very cute and good tread and arch support.

The shoe is a classic flat, casual design. Not a lot of support, but it is just a flat ballet-style shoe - better than many. Very comfortable - I bought it in two different shades of tan to be my summer slip-on. I usually get a 9, but got a 8.5 in this and it fit well.

I am sending these shoes back because I ordered the tan one and instead received the blue pair.

I have an older version of this style in a 7.5 and they felt a little too tight in the toe box and width wise. Since they were getting worn, I went with a 7.5 wide in my recent purchase. They are definitely more roomy and fit well. When walking, I noticed that my toes tend to shift forward leaving more room in the heel. Not enough to make it an issue. One thing that seems to be newer is the tab at the top of the heel. The backs of my heels were raw after wearing them all day — definitely should have put on some band aids. That being said, they were still incredibly comfortable and look nice. Only gave 4 stars for overall and comfort since they’ll need to be broken in a bit.

THe shoe was stylish but the vamp was too tight

I ended up returning these shoes in the color Mid Brown for another pair that was cheaper (ended up being a mistake, that's for another review) but wish I didn't. They were different than I expected but were extremely comfortable. I ordered despite being skeptical about the back part that extends upwards on the heel, as I've had problems with this kind of detail in the past, but the material was super soft so I don't think it would cause any rubbing during wear. This being said, there are a couple of things to be aware of if you're considering this shoe: at least with the brown version, the shoe was suede rather than leather as it looks in the picture (though the identifying information matched), and the lining was a different print than is shown (didn't matter to me but it's worth noting). The shoes were also slightly darker brown than they appeared online to me, but I'm willing to accept differences in monitors (though I looked both on my phone and on a computer before ordering, and the color looked the same). This has happened to me before, where it's as though manufacturers have made changes to the design but don't sell it as a new style. To save time and disappointment for the consumer, I hope Zappos will start making periodic checks for differences in shoe manufacture so they can rephotograph to update the listing if necessary. All of this being said, if you're flexible on what color you end up with and are cool with suede, these are awesome brown flats.
