I really like this shoe. It does seem to run a little big. I am a 9 usually. I am going to send back and get an 8.5 and hope it works. Lovely shoe and very comfortable.

I ordered black and pewter. Having to return pewter b/c they are much more tan/brown that I wanted. But I love the black ones. They are extremely comfortable. I usually wear a 9.5 or 10, and the 9.5 fit perfectly.

I am an educator, thus on my feet all day long. I have been a longterm Born fan, and the Juliannes didn't disappoint. I first bought a pair in black as I needed to replace a pair of black flats. They were super comfortable, and they absorb the impact of constant walking, climbing stairs, etc. that I have to do. I have a narrow heel, so I'm used to my foot slipping out of shoes because I can rarely find shoes that are narrow enough while also being comfortable. I find the my foot fits nicely, and my heel doesn't slip out because of the elastic trim. I bought another pair this past weekend because I wanted another color. I bought the pewter. Only argument here is that the pewter is much more brown in color than the picture depicts. I thought it would be a solid grey/silver pewter. Oh well, I'm keeping them because they're just so comfortable!

I love these flats. I wear Danskos at work, and I'm used to a lot of support. As a result, most ballet flats I find to be very uncomfortable. These are the first ballet flats I've been able to wear with any level of comfort. The leather felt very soft and comfortable from the moment I put them on. I bought the Crodino (orange) and it's a really pretty, soft, neutral shade. Another thing that I usually don't like about ballet flats is that they rub against my achilles tendon, just above my heel, and make a blister. Not a problem with these. Also, I know some women really hate "toe cleavage", and my toes are completely covered in these shoes.

IN LOVE! I have never been a fan of flats! I found them uncomfortable and awkward to walk in. I love these so much right out of the box, I am going to order another pair. Outstanding shoe, and so comfortable. True to size. I usually wear an 8 1/2 or 9. The 9s were too big. I do usually wear an 8 1/2 in Born shoes.

I bought these in blue and pewter. I love the blue color but the pewter was a lot shinier than I expected. They are very comfortable and I will order in other colors!

Very cute comfy basic flat...love the orange color for spring and summer. I did find that this style in Born flats ran large. I am usually an 8 1/2, however had to return and order an 8. Fortunately Zappos makes this super easy...their customer service should be the model for all internet vendors!

These are wonderful! Very comfy, a smidge large but I tried the next size down & it was too small, so this must be the size for me. But cute, no toe cleavage & comfy! Soft, contoured footbed & stretchy upper.

Incredibly cute and comfortable. I've tried several diferent brands and Born never disappoints. Leather is very soft and they just look very cute with any outfit. A must in any girl's wardrobe.

These are probably the most comfortable shoes (other than athletic shoes) that I have ever worn. I have been wearing my new pair for several days now and they are unbeatable for comfort. The simple, plain style makes them great for men too.

I've been looking for a comfortable pair of flats, and I'm happy I bought these. Love the dark blue color and the soft leather.

Very comfortable and great for office wear. They are not the most stylish shoe, but are much more comfortable the standard cheap flat with zero support. I wish they showed a little more toe cleavage, other than that these are great!

I wanted plain black flats, and these fit the bill perfectly. They are very comfortable, don't rub a blister on my heels, and have decent arch support. I don't think they would be very well suited to a wider foot, as they tend a bit to to the long and narrow, but otherwise they are lovely shoes. Excellent workmanship and materials. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Definitely comfortable. As in, I will consider buying other colors. Not cheap, but they appear very well made. And comfort is worth a lot.

I normally wear a size 11 is tennis shoes (like saucony), but I ended up getting a 9.5 because my feet are a little more narrow. In order for it not to pop off my foot when I walked I ordered a 9.5. The 10 was a little too loose. They are snug but it's not uncomfortable.

I have these in 2 colors. As soon as I wore the first pair I knew I needed more. These shoes are so amazingly comfortable and super stylish too. It can be difficult to find comfort shoes that don't look like comfort shoes, but these are exactly that! I will probably buy more in other colors!

Love this shoe! Finally, a flat that actually has a little arch and is comfortable to wear all day. Ample colors to choose from.

Good shoes. Comfortable right out of the box. VERY nice cushioning inside. I've tried on other ballet flats and I can feel every pebble or bump under my feet. The cushion inside will prevent that. Also, no indication that these will slip off my foot. Likely to purchase other colors.

This is a great shoe! Very comfortable and super cute. The color is hard to describe. Kind of a copper/purple/pink. Not too shiny but adorable.

Very comfy. Don't need to break them in. The red is a nice pop of color. I highly recommend this shoe if you want a comfy, all purpose flat.

Super cute shoes! Fit very comfortable out of the box. They are a bit plain style wise, but the red color is gorgeous and they'll pretty much go with everything. Fantastic quality for the price too!

I got these shoes for my mom and she has loved them. She says they're very comfortable. The only odd thing is that she almost always wears a 7.5 or an 8, and I ordered a 7.5, but they accidentally sent a 7 and it fits her perfectly. So I guess they run a little big?

These are very cute and comfy, but they run big. I ordered my typical size 8, but as I walk, my heels slip right out of them. I will be sending them back for a smaller size.

These shoes are perfectly comfortable. The toe is a little bit round, but I cannot wear pointy shoes anymore. I am a teacher and I am on my feet most of the day and these are perfect. They look good with skinny ankle pants.
