These shoes are amazing! I have the worst time trying to find ballet flats that fit right and these are awesome! That said, I tried out three colors and only the brown pair fit correctly, so the sizes were all running a bit differently!

These are by far the best flats I've ever purchased. They are super easy to break in, and go with many outfits. I have these in silver as well.

I really wanted these to work out for me. They are a wonderful, stylish pair of flats; however, the arch support on the right shoe was not in a good position for my foot (this is not uncommon for my feet).

These are my go to flats and I love them! They fit perfectly and provide an amazing amount of support for a simple ballet flat. I have them in 3 colors and will likely grab more over time. I have been wearing them all the time over the past few years and just wore out my very first pair. My feet are tricky to fit and I always waffle between 8.5 and 9 in size. The 8.5 is my size without question. I hope they never change these!

LOVE! The absolute most comfortable ballet slippers in the entire world. They have great arch support for my high arches. They are stylish enough for me to wear to the office. Wonderful shoes.

Love this flat, I have a "slim" not necessarily narrow ankle but a normal "B" width, which makes finding a shoe that fits in the ankle (doesn't move up and down while walking) BUT fits snug without gaps in the front, difficult. They are very true to size (6.5") but I still have room in the toes, and none of my toes hit in all the wrong places. The arch support is excellent, and the structure/support is durable, doesn't allow your feet to turn outward. I have two colors, Panna Cotta, & a dark Mustard color I don't see anymore. Wear them all day, with all day comfort....from the get go!! There was a packaging problem, Zappos as ALWAYS went way, way ABOVE & BEYOND to fix the confusion, why I continue to be a devoted customer

What a fantastically great quality and comfortable shoe and at such a great price! I ordered these in navy and brown and kept both in the 8.5. I am really quite pleased and cannot wait to wear them more regularly! The leather is super soft and the inside sole is cushioned and comfy. Both the brown and navy are the perfect shades. They are a simple style so they basically will go with everything!

I have always been envious of those who can wear flats, and finally I found the perfect pair with these shoes! I just ordered my second pair as I wore the first pair to death. I have walked for miles in these shoes, I can't recommend them more highly. Especially if you think you could never wear a ballet flat. Give them a bit to break in and they will fit perfectly. Size up by a 1/2.

Incredibly comfortable shoes right out of the box. I walk around quite a bit at work and did not have any issues. They are perfect for a business casual workplace. I especially like these shoes with pants or jeans.

I have been looking for flats for a long time. I must have tried on 20-30 different brands and styles. I'm short so was never convinced this was the style for me. Plus, none of the other brands fit right. They were either on the verge of slipping off or really uncomfortable. However, that all changed when I bought these flats. They are so comfortable and look great with skinny jeans. I thought they ran a tad small. I'm usually a 6.5 but bought size 6. I have a very normal size foot and arch.

I wear a size 8 and followed other reviewers' suggestion to order a half size down. The 7.5 fit perfectly! They were for a costume at an amusement park event, so lots of walking and standing would be involved. I have really painful plantar fasciitis and don't usually wear ballet flats or shoes without SOLE footbeds, but figured I'd take a chance with these. The footbeds wouldn't fit properly and made my feet look like ping pong paddles, so I wore them without footbeds all night and my feet actually felt okay. Shocking!! I'll definitely try other pairs from this brand. Very comfortable!

These have a very nicely padded footbed and are comfortable all day. The style is a little boring.

Looking for a comfortable flats/wedge to wear with suits and do my NYC subway commute in. I'm an 8 1/2 with super high arches and small bunions. I have a Borne Julianne on one foot and the Aetrex Essence Erica Ballet Flat on the other. These shoes are nearly the same. I am keeping the Aetrex (about $100) and returning the Born (about $85) although if I didn’t have the two to compare I would keep either one and I’m really tempted to keep both. The Aetrex have more cushion toe-to-heel including a cushioned feeling heel. The leather is a bit stiffer, but in comparison it feels more substantial. The stiffer leather is also on the heel, which does not rub, but has no give and so pulls pressure on my heel when I walk. I hope that will soften over time. Aetrex has a nice striped blue fabric lining, which makes the shoe look higher quality when you walk and can see it ever so slightly. The Borne have this great elastic band around the opening that makes it hug your foot. And it does NOT slip on the heel while not being too tight either. The Born looks slim and delicate. Born has a nice little puffy arch support built in. But the heel feels like I’m walking on the hard ground. I’m keeping the Aetrex. It’s a more substantial shoe and I do a lot of city walking. But I really would keep both, but don’t want to spend that much on two identical shoes.

I've had these shoes for a couple of weeks now, and must say, I am pleased so far. I have wide feet, with a high instep and high arches, so shoes are not as fun as they used to be, and these have been comfortable and I didn't really notice a breaking in period. They just kind of fit. I typically wear an 8 1/2 and that is what I ordered in these. So far so good!

LOVE LOVE LOVE these flats and (btw, ZAPPOS, too)! Best pair of flats I now own and are stylish to boot! They are well constructed and absolutely worth the price for comfort and style and fit. If you need arch support, these are not the shoe for you, but if your feet are happy in a flat with no arch, you will love the soft leather, fit, style and comfort.

These ballet flats look super stylish and cute. They are also THE most comfortable flats I've ever worn. The edges of the shoe are stretchy so there's no rubbing on your heel. They have nice padding and have been comfy to walk around in for hours. I Wear a 10.5 Wide and bought a size 11 and they fit perfect.

Simple and comfortable. Was hoping to find a comfortable flat that's a little more stylish and good for work, but because they're as comfortable as slippers, I'll keep them for more casual use. Love them and have them in two colors!

Great, cute flats! And they actually have a little arch support, so I can wear them for more than a short time. I have back & knee issues, so need some support in flat shoes, and these are just right. Great pair of travel shoes- stash 'em in my suitcase and I can dress them up or down- perfect! They were comfy right away, and I didn't have any heel rub when worn barefoot first time. Only wore them a few times so can't comment about how they wear long term, but the price is right and I'm probably going to buy a second pair in another color.

These are wonderful shoes! I bought two pairs before our trip to Paris and I was careful to break them in before we left. As you may know, Paris is a walking city and I had absolutely no issues at all with these sweet shoes! My poor sister had some painful problems with her shoes and I wish I had bought her a pair of these for her to have while we toured around. Very cute and very comfortable!

Very comfortable, but still very cute. I can walk for blocks in these and wear them all day at work. Plenty of support and the sole isn't too thin like a lot of flats. I've tried what seems like 100s of flats and these are the best. The grey color goes with everything and looks great with my jeans and my business suits. I'm about to order more colors!
