Great, versatile little flats. Like other Borns, they may run a touch wide, but that's perfect for me. I've struggled to find flats for years, but these don't pinch my toes or my heels nor do they slip off as I walk. And they're pretty good for all-day comfort. Great little shoes - I've stocked up on several colors.

Love these shoes, they're comfortable fit. The only thing I would change is the tab in the back of the shoe is a bit high. It causes it to rub on the back of my ankles.

When looking for a tan shoe, these Born shoes looked boring to me. After trying other shoes and returning them, I decided to purchase Born Julianne. My feet are an 11 and 11 1/2. I bought size 12 and hoped they would fit. My foot is not really wide but often I need to purchase wide because the shoe runs narrow. I got these shoes in regular width. I put them on and kept them on for six hours, my feet felt great. They look really nice too. I thought they would make my feet look big but they didn't.

Great shoes! Look great for work in business casual wear and comfortable all day. i now have 5 pair in different colors and have to hold myself back from getting another. Eventually i will have them all.

The most comfortable flats I have ever owned. I wore them for a multi-day conference with lots of walking and my feet felt fine. Plenty of arch support, but still very stylish looking. Highly recommend.

I am a 9-9.5 with a wide toe box (which is why I range in size, otherwise, I'd be a true 9). This flat (size 9) is PHENOMENAL!!! It is very comfortable right out of the box. Love the toe shape. Only complaint is that it does require frequent polishing, but that's to be expected with a leather shoe.

There are several Born Juliannes in my closet. The newest are brown and the fit is the usual comfortable shoe that I have come to expect. Zappos always gives great service that I have also come to expect

I normally cannot wear flats, or anything resembling a ballet flat, but these are perfect for me. The support is very good, and they are cut and shaped so that they don't bother my big toe joint. I am going to buy all the colors!

I love these ballet flats! They're extremely comfortable and durable, and they hold their shape well over time. I own several pairs of these in at least three colors. Please note that the small tab at the top of the heel of this shoe may rub some feet. Even if you have problems with shoes rubbing the back of your heel raw, I would encourage trying these on. Just think carefully about the back of your heel before keeping a pair of these!

Have two pairs of this style. Love the simple look and overall comfort.

Love these shoes. I have a pair in both black and mid-brown. They are my comfy go-to shoes for busy days at work. I can wear with both casual and professional attire. Although I love both pairs, the mid-brown pair is a little lighter than I expected. Certainly not a deal-breaker but just an FYI if you are looking for a dark brown pair of shoes.

I was looking for a comfortable pair of flats that I could wear all day. These are the shoes! They provide good arch support and are comfortable right out of the box! I will,probably buy them in other colors. They are great.

I love that these shoes were comfy right from the beginning, but I expect nothing less from Born. I have had surgery on both feet, so finding shoes that fit well are important to me. I had a little irritation on my heels, but it gets better each time I wear them. The best pair of flats that I own!

I love these flats. Very cute, very comfortable, and a nice addition to the closet. They're really quite neutral and yet the metallic color makes them a little more interesting than your average pair of flats.

These are the most comfortable pair of flats I have ever owned. They have been comfortable right out of the box, and I have worn them almost every day for a month. I ordered a 10 and initially thought they might be too large, but they have been just right ... no slipping or rubbing. The arch support is very nice. I will buy another pair or two in a different color.

Next time I'll buy an 8.5. Bought a size 8 thinking they'd stretch quickly, but it took a about a month of wearing 3 times a week for the shoes to stretch out. Now they're broken in and fit like a glove. Still look new, even though they've gotten wet a few times. I really like them.

These shoes are amazing! The arch support was unexpected for how great it is. The color is true to the picture and is a great neutral for my shoe collection. I feel like they will last a long time, especially since I walk a lot and am on my feet most of the time. They do get a little warm while I wear them, but I pair them with slip-on socks for times when I am wearing them all day.

I will preface all these comments by saying that this is my first full day wearing these shoes, but I am already in love. When I first pulled them out of the box, they looked pretty narrow, but do not pinch or rub my feet. They fit snuggly but comfortably. They are extremely comfortable with adequate cushioning and support while still maintaining the minimalist ballet flat style. The leather is a beautiful supple grey that almost looks like suede. I can see foot sweat becoming an issue, but that is the case with most leather shoes. I typically am between an 8 and 8.5 and I went with an 8, and they fit perfectly. There is an elastic trim around the top of the shoe that may rub some people's feet, but I haven't had any issues yet. For me, they meet the trifecta of cute, comfortable, and under $100. I will definitely be buying another pair in a different color. These rock!

I purchased the grey Julianne after having the tan ones for about a year. I was looking for a comfortable shoe for work, and these fit the bill. Works well with any outfit (I.e. Dress, skirt, pants, capris). Ok to wear if you need to run around or even run for the train. These aren't "high fashion", but they're functional and versatile. I didn't have to break them in at all. Heel may rub in the beginning-I had that issue with my first pair, but haven't with my new one).

These are great. Great padding and support. Super comfy. I am planning to purchase in more colors.
