I love these flats! I've tried several and Born is the only brand I found that provides great arch support. I receive compliments on the gray pair every time I wear them!!!

Really happy with these shoes! I've worn them all day walking in the city and my plantars faciatis did not flare up! The toe part is longer than I would like for style, but that's a personal preference. I'm totally fine with that given the comfort. They are the cute little black ballet flats I've been looking for.

Lovely rich color. Beautifully soft. They have pretty good arch support for a flat shoe. I noticed a very small scratchiness around my heel but with flexing the suede between my fingers it softened up nicely.

Super cute and comfortable.

While some breaking in is required, these shoes get very comfortable. I walk over a mile to work in these without problem.

Finally found a ballet flat shoe that fits me and stays on my narrow heels! Very excited! I tried 3 different sizes (7.5, 8.0, 8.5)and am keeping the larger size 8.5. I generally fit into size 8 but these seem to run a bit small, or it could just be the style. I am very happy with this purchase...

love these shoes, but they press on bunion. Just wearing in the house for 20 minutes and that was it. Must return.

they did not fit well. The back cut into my heel, even though they were the proper length and the instep hit too far back.

The fit and size are true to size. I love the comfort of these ballet flats so much that I have them in several different colors. They hold up well, and because they're leather, they are easy to keep in good condition. I would buy them again.

These are super cute and a nice change from the usual black that I wear almost everyday. The color in person is a darker pink. Still nice. It I was looking forward to the brighter pink that was pictured.

I love these flats! I work in a hospital and am on my feet all day. I have very flat feet and have a hard time finding shoes. One of the biggest issues I've had with flats is dealing with blisters at the toes and back. These are so comfortable. Not much arch support but I can wear them all day without any complaints. The heel has a lot of cushion. They're expensive but for me it's worth it. If you get the pink color- they're kind of shiny- I like them but wasn't expecting that when I bought them. I've bought two pairs and am about to buy a third because sadly our dog used one of my shoes as a chew toy :(

These are my go-to flats. They are so comfortable and cute. I love the stitching along the top. I have plantar fasciiatis and can wear these without any issues all day long. I have the black and tan. I plan on buying more colors.

I ordered my normal size shoe but unfortunately they ran small (length and width).

Fit and size perfect! These go with so many styles and fashions. I wear them a lot and people always ask where I found them Zappos of course!

These flats are perfect. I wear them to and from work and they are super comfortable right out of the box. They can make your feet hot in summer.

The fit, style, & comfort of these Flats is a PERFECT match for me! I have been on a long search to find a brand that has such a comfortable feel & fit. Being 77 yrs. old, my feet have gone through various stages...from being able to wear almost any flat to needing one that meets my many requirements for troubled feet...bunions & all...I am the proud owner of 5 different colors in this style...I'm sure I will be ordering more from time to time...this will always be my favorite brand of Flats!

These are perfect! They don't slide off of my heel, and there's just enough toe room. The leather makes it look classy and professional for work. I've been able to do light walking around the DC metro area without any problems or blisters. I wear them with Sheecs socks for ballet flats. I've been looking so long for comfortable and stylish shoes that I can wear to work and other places, and these are great!

Elegant, comfortable and long lasting. My previous pair got almost daily use for 2 years and they still feel great. I typically wear between a 9.5 and 10 and the 9.5 was just right.

These are not a true navy - they are a much lighter blue than the picture shows. They are incredibly comfortable though.

Very comfortable, but about a half size too short.

These shoes are awesome, they are very stylish yet comfortable. The fit of the shoe accommodates the shape of my foot with a wider toe box but a narrower heel, which prevents slipping and blisters. The cushioned footbed with arch support make these perfect to wear all day at the office or while shopping without foot pain at the end of the day. These are the only flats I have ever been able to wear. I love them so much I have repurchased in numerous colors!
