These are very comfortable flats. Once I found the correct size, I am very satisfied. I generally wear a size 11(B) but my toes went to the end of the shoe. Sent them back and ordered a 12(B) and an 11(W). The 11(w) was just perfect. I would buy in another color if they had my size.

Hello, this is my second pair of Born flats and they are equally as excellent as the first for my narrow, tall person feet (size 11). Very difficult to find flats that look good and can hold up to daily use in New York City, but these fit the bill. Good investment. Very happy with arch cushion. Comfortable all over.

I LOVE these flats! I have flat feet and usually can't wear flats of any kind. These are so nice and offer some support; it's not the same as the inserts I usually wear but I have had no problem wearing them for short bursts. Saturday I wore them all day at work (I'm in retail so on my feet a lot). My bunion didn't bother me at all, nor did my arches, and the elastic around the rim makes them very forgiving and comfortable. The color is amazing (panna cotta); it's just the kind of shoes that turn jeans and a tshirt into dressy casual. I love them so much and these are my go-to shoes from now on. As soon as my budget allows, I will buy in a rainbow of color! I think these would be great mom-on-the-go shoes as well as office appropriate. They are a bit more expensive than some brands but they also seem substantial so I think the price is reasonale for the quality.

Perfect! I love them! Well, nearly perfect. If the bottoms of your feet are tender, you can feel the stitching inside, but otherwise they are great shoes. Roundy toe leaves room for your digits and the leather is nice.

These shoes are so comfortable right out of the box! There was literally no “breaking in” period required. I wear either a 7 W or 7.5 W depending on the brand and for these shoes, the 7 W was a perfect fit. I love them so much, I got a second pair in another color.

I've purchased 3 black and 2 brown and 1 burgundy-ish pairs of these shoes over the years, so I guess that tells you everything you need to know! I like the price point, simple style, and comfort. These shoes have a decent amount of support and cushion for a basic, low profile ballet flat. I only wish that they came in a 10.5. I have to settle for a 10 and work on stretching them out for a bit until they become comfortable.

These are awesome. I’ve been searching for some business casual comfortable flats for what seems like forever. I’m on my feet all day at work and these are great for that. There’s very little break-in time and they don’t tear up your heels. I’m typically a 7.5, so that’s what I ordered and they fit perfect. I’ve had one instance where I was on hour 13 of my workday and they started bothering my heels, but all shoes bug me after being on my feet for 13hrs. Decent support, better than most. Ordering these in another color!

I ordered a 1/2 size larger than I usually wear -- the first time I wore them I wore them all day and almost no pain!

I was unsure about the quality of the shoe based on the photo but trusted Born. It was a good choice. Shoes were instantly comfortable and sturdier than they look. I will definitely purchase more colors, of which there is a good selection.

Born has always been one of my favorite shoe brands so when I needed a new pair of flats for work, I was excited to try these. As usual, Born does not disappoint! These fit well - if anything I would say they run ever-so-slightly small (I.e. I am usually a 9.5-10 and I ordered a 10 and they fit quite snugly) but I think this is OK as flats often stretch out over time. As others have said the material in back does rub against the heel a bit but I think (hope!) it will break in over time, and I think that material actually offers extra heel support. There is some arch and heel support in these shoes which is a bit of an upgrade from the cheap chain store flats I usually buy. In addition I like the no-slip tread on the bottom which I need for work. There is full coverage in the toe area (I.e. no toe cleavage) which I wish was a little less but means these could be easily worn with liners.

I’m delighted with these ballet-style flats. I purchased the Navy, which is a bit lighter than I thought it would be, but it’s a very nice neutral blue. I like these flats so much, I’m purchasing additional colors. They are very comfortable; I have a wide foot and, too often, shoes that fit my toes are too wide in the heel. The elastic keeps them snugly on my foot.. These flats are lightweight and should pack/travel very well!

I like the shoes but they were too narrow for my feet. I have bunions on both feet and they rubbed, even ordered a wide width.

It's difficult to find flats wide enough for bunion-afflicted feet. These flats in a "Wide" size fit my Fred Flintstones perfectly! Very comfortable, with a nice, non-slippery sole. The leather is good quality. The "style" is such that they look nice without drawing attention to themselves. I'll be wearing these with everything this spring and summer.

Very soft leather I wore them all day the first time i wore them. Very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

These are so comfy, I plan to get more in other colors. I have a hard time finding shoes to wear all day at work without arch pain and cramps in the evening. These have the perfect amount of room in the toe box without feeling loose. Love them!

These are cute and comfortable. They are taking more time than I expected to break in, so don't expect to wear them all day the first few times you wear them. They run a little small.

I mean for a ballet shoe these are awesome!!!! Love them!
