The size is true to fit and the wide width toe box really helps. These flats are really comfortable and look so so cute. I think Born has done a great job with comfort, fit, and style. I might get another pair in a different color!

Comfortable right out of the box with plenty of arch support for my feet. I bought the tan (noche) and it is an excellent neutral. Good for work and running around on the weekend in jeans.

I have larger feet (11W) and these are really comfortable. The only downside is the back of the heel. It started to rub on my left foot after wearing them all day. The one issue I have is that these shoes are listed as navy, and they are definitely a lot lighter than they look in the picture. They are more of a lighter color - kind of like a denim.

The fit is good but it was described as silver and is more gold than silver. I will need to return them.

Love them! I’ve found I wear different sizes in different shoes. I ordered the mid brown and they match a new purse I just bought. Very satisfied!

Love this shoe and the fact that it comes in a Wide width. Very comfortable...can't wait to wear it!

I now have multiple pairs in different colors. I just ordered a new pair of the black ones. Perfect for work. I wore through the first pair of black ones. Got a lot of complements. I looked to buy a more expensive pair of shoes but could not do it. I used to wear Lucky Brand but they seemed to have changed their formula. I walk miles at work needing to dress as a professional female.

I've never tried Born shoes before. If only they came in WW instead of just W, these flats might have worked. They didn't slip off when I walked, and they have amazing arch support for a flat. However, they weren't wide enough, and W is the widest they go. Sadly, I'm returning them.

I really like these shoes. Born usually runs narrow on me. I ordered the wide and these fit perfect. I also ordered another style of flat shoe by Born in a size 9 and it was way to long. So these run a bit small. The 9 W was perfect for me.

Super soft and comfy. Already felt broken in and could stay on my feet all day the first time I wore them. I would order a half size down as they seem to run a little long.

These are great flats. While they don't have the support of Birkenstocks or Vionic, they have a pretty good pad under the arch. For flats, I consider them good medium support. I purchased these in the grey because I wanted something less stark than black and less bright than silver. It's a nice light gray that goes with almost anything. I can wear them year round. I think the style is nice--classic and simple. They remind me of the flats many college girls wear. Comfortable, simple, and classic...It's a combination I like.

I liked these shoes a lot, except the color is a lighter blue in person. I would not really call it navy. Also, I think it runs a bit long. Nice shoe though.

I noticed several co workers wearing these shoes....and they raved about them. I love the arch support!! What a surprise in a ballet flat! As a flight attendant, these are my onboard shoes. After running through airports in high heels, I get on the plane and slip into these lovelies!

Love these shoes. They are much more comfortable then typical flats because of the cushioned insole.

Although, I've shopped at Zappos many years this is my first review. Since having bunion surgery on one foot and another to go it’s hard finding comfortable, fitting shoes. These Julianne flats from Born are comfortable right from the box. Shoes have a roomy toe box, they are true to size and width, and have moderate arch support for flats.

Love this look. Unfortunately very little arch support, but still super comfy. I wouldn't wear them for prolonged walking (like for tourist walking), but do wear them running errands often.

These are my go to flats for work and casual wear. They have enough support that my feet are not killing me by day’s end and are pretty enough for all occasions. I keep a spare at work for those days when high heels are not an option.

I love these shoes! They have a good amount of padding which makes them super comfortable. The rubber sole also adds comfort and traction, but it doesn't look like an old lady shoe like most rubber soles do. The shape of the shoe is a perfect ballet style, and they look nice even with my bunions. So comfortable... these are my go-to shoes for work; cute with jeans or a skirt... an all-around great shoe!

Very comfortable, unless you have bunions.
