I am a fan of Born shoes....have worn them for several years. Wanted a little black flat. Born delivered. This pair is larger than my normal 7.5 but they fit perfectly and that’s all that matters. Thanks Zappos.

The navy was lighter than in the picture. More of a denim color

Love the shoes! But I have such a problem wearing flats. Wide, flat feet and narrow heel. They felt great except over the top the shoe hurt my foot, where I have a bunion. Only on the left side. My foot, not the shoe! Sadly I had to return them.

The shoe fits my foot perfectly. Its hard to find shoes that don’t hurt my foot. This does an awesome job.

I have owned 3-4 pairs of these in various colors and I love them! They are a great classic that go with everything!

I love these flats! They are so comfy and go with anything. I also like that they have arch support, highly recommend.

Very nice looking shoe, love the small heel that makes this ballet flat look expensive. Lots of cushioning and great arch support which was unexpected but majorly appreciated, since most flats have none. I got the tan color and it is gorgeous.

I was looking for shoes to wear to concerts and these fit the bill. I’m a musician so a good pair of black shoes is a must. These are comfortable, classy, and will go with seemingly anything. Definitely will get a lot of use out of these.

BEAUTIFUL SHOE. FEELS COMFY SO FAR. WILL WEAR AROUND THE HOUSE A LITTLE LONGER TO BE SURE. I WEAR 8.5 TO 9. SHE NINE WAS WAY TOO LARGE IN THE HEEL. THE 8.5 WAS A TINY BIT LOOSE IN THE HEEL. USUALLY DON'T HAVE A HEEL ISSUE. I CHOSE THESE SHOES FOR COMFORT AND STYLE. I LIKE THAT THEY ARE ALL LEATHER UPPERS, SO MY FEET CAN BREATHE IN THESE SHOES.

I love these shoes! The wide width works great for my wide forefoot and the shoe itself is flattering. I am a hairdresser on my feet 8-10 hours or more at a time and these were comfortable right out of the box. I got the tan color and I love the luxe look of the leather, as well as the little heel that makes this flat look expensive. Great shoe I will definitely buy more colors.

I bought this ballet flat sometime back in black size 9 regular width. They were the most comfortable flat I have ever worn. So, I ordered a Nother pair in gray. When it arrived it was too tight. So I returned them and ordered the 9 wide width. They fit like the previous pair. The only difference is it comes up a little higher on the heel and closer to the ankle that I do not like. So, the size has changed on these Juliane flats. I will now see in the future if the gray is as comfortable as my old black pair.

Very comfortable and the style is classic; they go with everything. I got the grey which is neutral for anything from jeans to leggings, etc.

Comfortable right out of the box. More support than most flats. I purchased the gold which is a subtle gold and a nice neutral tone for my needs.True to size.

The shoe fits exactly as the other reviews have said. I have had foot surgery on both my feet several times and have had a hard time finding shoes that don’t hurt my feet. They definitely have been that so far.

Wow! That’s my reaction. Usually with flats I think “meh, I can make it work”, but these had me saying “wow!” Comfortable right out of the box. I have very wide feet that often swell at the end of the day. I took the advice of some reviewers that said this shoe runs small and got a wide in a half size up from my norm. It fits perfect, the cushioning is great and it stays on my foot without slipping thanks to the bit of flexible border fabric/ stitching. I did try these on at the end of the day when my feet were at their maximum puffiness so I know they’ll work well for an entire day on my feet. There is a tiny bit of toe cleavage, something I’m not a fan of, but these shoes are definitely a keeper. Oh, I got the grey color, I like it, grey is my fav color, but the shoes are a shade or 2 lighter that how they appeared on my screen - which I expect there to be a chance of that happening.

Love these flats! Felt comfortable right out of the box, true to size ( I wear an 8 medium). I ordered the patina color and it is actually a gold but very versatile and goes with many outfits. May buy another color.

I am a solid size 8M, and these shoes fit perfectly right out of the box with no break in required. These are probably one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I’ve ever purchased. I plan to check out other colors.

I love this shoe. I ordered them for my college class reunion but when they came one of the shoes had a dying flaw. I called customer service concerned that a replacement wouldn't arrive in time. The customer service person was helpful, telling me to return the flawed pair and she would put another pair in expedited shipping for me that day. They arrived in time for my reunion and I've been wearing and enjoying them ever since. I guess this is a review of an excellent shoe which is fashionable and comfortable, but also of Zappos excellent care of their customers. Thank you for your service.

I love these flats! I ordered them in my usual size (10) and they fit perfectly. The elastic around the top ensures that they stay on and aren’t too loose in the heel. They are very soft and lightweight. They’re the next best thing to a real ballet slipper. They’re so comfortable that they’re my favorite casual shoe, and I’ve purchased them in a variety of colors.

Was looking for a cute flat and this fit the bill. The gold color is really nice and I have high hopes that it will hold up over time. I have other shoes from Born and this shoe is consistent with the quality and comfort I would expect from this brand. The little tab at the back of the heel is a bit high and while I think this will ultimately make for better fit and comfort long term, I should have worn liners the first (10-hour with lots of walking) day I wore these as I did get a little rub on one foot.
