Hands down the best fitting and lightest running shoe I've owned. I am a true narrow, which means that most shoes marked AA are ill-fitting. Usually the heel slips even if the width is right. But the moment I slipped into this sneaker, I wanted to go for a run. I wear an 11 AA but the last pair of size 11 sneakers I ordered (from another brand) were snug...meaning my toe hit the front exactly. So I decided to order the 11.5 AA and it's perfect. It leaves a little room for my toes to stretch out in stride. Can't say enough great things about this shoe.

Bought these for my daughter. We went up a half size and they fit great. She loves them. Very lightweight and comfortable.

I started running with Mizuno. I have tried Asics and Saucony. I'm back to Mizunos and won't leave again. I have a narrow foot and now learned that Mizunos in A2 fit the best and I prefer the Rider styles. This pair is very airy and love the colors.

This sneaker is wonderful! I needed running sneakers that would offer more arch support than what I currently had. My previous running sneakers (Saucony) were great, but I needed to add an extra insert for arch support. With these sneakers, I do not need to add a thing. The support is superb and the overall comfort is great! When they say it is like running on air, these are the sneakers they are referring to! My shins don't even bother me anymore, which they had in previous sneakers. I ordered a 1/2 size bigger than my normal street size sneakers and it was a perfect fit for my running! I run 3-5 miles/day, and I cannot stress how great and comfortable these have made my run -- treadmill and outdoor!

I have had a heel problem & have tried many shoes! I finally went to Feet Fleet to have someone assess my feet. They gave me three choices, but highly recommended this one, & it seems to be perfect! It has an arch support for my high arch & to propels you forward, making making it easier to land on your forefoot; which gives you a faster running time. I've been doing 1/2 marathons for years & am training for another. This shoe is awesomely comfortable, with just enough support while still allowing your foot to easily move quickly forward without a bulky heel. Give it a try. I think you will be pleased!

Debated over several brands and color combos finally decided on these in turquoise. Wore them the first day to a cardio class at the gym involving A lot of jumping balancing and quick foot movements and the shoes were great and comfy! Plus I am in love with the color combo!

I bought the violet with orange. I always order half a size up for my Mizuno running shoes. These fit me perfectly and are super comfortable. They are lightweight. I love the colors! As usual, Zappos delivery was super fast and customer service was great.

I usually buy Asics but decided to try the Mizuno Wave Rider 16. I ran a marathon in these shoes and they seemed to hold up well. These aren't as cushioned as some of the heavier shoes but I like the lighter feel of these.

Oh, I just LOVE these shoes. I've been wearing the Wave Rider 15s and these 16s are lighter weight. The red color is not truly red but is instead a watermelon-sort of color. This is a great shoe for narrow feet and high arches.

Love these, and so happy that Mizuno started coming out with fun colors in shoes other than racing flats. Fit and comfort is the same as previous Wave Riders (except for the 13 or 14, or whichever one it was that had the weird fit around the ankles). Like with most running shoes, I always order 1/2 to a full size up.

These babies are super stylish and super comfortable. I ordered the 8.5 wide and they fit perfectly. I wore them in the gym and they broke in fairly fast with only a minimum of pinching. They also as a bonus make my feet look super small.

On the advice of my podiatrist, I wear a running shoe for walking. This is a very comfortable, stable shoe for walking with good cushioning. The fit is perfect and works with my orthotics after removing the insert pad and replacing it with a plain pad insert. I appreciate being able to find an athletic shoe in a narrow width.

Love the shoes! I'm a neutral shoe and having running in the Wave Creations, but these are my new favorite and great colors. I'm an 8.5 in regular shoes and always go up 1/2 size, 9's work out good.

Lately I have not had luck finding a good comfortable fit in the brands I previously wore. I came across these on Zappos. I had never heard of Mizuno before so I did an internet search which took me to their website where they have a precision fit guide. Answer a few questions on your run style, body, feet etc and it comes up with suggested styles. This was one so I bought it from Zappos. Spot on with the fit! After several miles on the treadmill as a test, no sore feet, ankles, or knees. Perfect fit, comfortable, and no break in needed.

I love these shoes! I have been searching (for a long time) for a pair of shoes that are comfortable for jogging and working out. I have wide feet in the toebox area, so whenever I bought wide shoes, the heel would be too big. I usually wear a 7 1/2, but I went up to an 8 since I have issues with the toebox area. These shoes are so light and do not weigh me down at all.

Have always loved the way Mizuno wave Rider fits. This is the lightest and most comfortable, by far! I wear a 7.5 in sandals, and 8.5 in running shoes. Wore them all day right out of the box. An added bonus is the awesome color!

Love this shoe so much, I'm going back for a 2nd pair. I do a lot of running, and walking, daily. Found this shoe to be comfortable right out of the box, great fit, and good support throughout my 5 mile morning runs, and walking my dogs on my cool downs. Would highly recommend. I wear an 8 1/2 in all running shoes, this felt true to size 8 1/2 fit perfectly.

Love these shoes! I have been running for approximately 4 months and tried several different running shoes which caused knee, ankle and foot pain. I decided to purchase the Wave Rider 16 based on reviews from a blog I found. I can happily say I am essentially pain free and have completed my first 5k and 8k races with pretty good times. The color is amazing and definitely in. They are the lightest shoe I've ever worn yet still provides stability and cushion. I feel that they are cool for summer but was worried about winter running. My fears were eliminated when I ran in slush and snow yesterday. They stayed dry and warm! These are well worth the money, you won't be disappointed. I was ready to give up from the pain I was in, but Mizuno came through and saved me.

These shoes are absolutely gorgeous! People stop me all the time and comment on them.. the color isn't done justice in the pictures. They are not as cushioned as Brooks glycerin or Asics gel nimbus but they are comfortable (have only run about 20 miles in them so far). They do hug your foot remarkably well and seem very well made. I would definitely buy again but I will rotate with more cushioned shoes, too.

Most stylish version of the Wave Rider yet! The light blue and pink add a nice brightness to each run. Once I've logged enough miles on these, I'll still continue to wear these shoes on casual days. These are well-designed running shoes if you have a neutral stride and are looking for something lightweight.
