Not at all small they are very large (cover the whole earring lobe plus) compared to my other friends that purchased the same earring. Disappointed :(

These are made in China. They look like they are could be sold at the dollar store. They are large and the discription says small. So disappointed

its a lot larger than expected, and actually a green with stripes.

Really? Plugs were made of plastic. The earrings looked like a toy you'd put on a plastic doll. It did not even come with a decent case: plastic ziplock and a small drawstring canvas bag? For that price? Ugh.

the description of this item is "small square studs." these earrings are in fact HUGE. they are about 1/2 inch x 1/2 inch square and 1/4 inch thick. they are so heavy that I cannot even wear them, they pull my earlobes down and are painful. I am so disappointed in this purchase and I would NOT recommend kate spade products to anyone.

Description said "small square studs" yet they take up your whole ear lobe and looks very gaudy. Not happy at all with these.

The sparkle is not at all good when compared to cubic zirconia stones

Very cute, but stones are loose. Very distracting noise at my ear.

Really pretty earrings and enjoyed them while they were in tact, but the stone fell out of the stud.

I have the navy and turquoise glitter studs and love the look but buyer beware, the backs do not stay on at all! I have even tried replacement backs and rubber backs, both pairs are a problem. Not quite what I'd expect from a $38 pair of earnings. Disappointed I can't enjoy these gorgeous studs.

This description said small square studs and they were huge!! I had to return them.

My husband ordered these for me as a Christmas gift, because I loved them online, they are not what I expected. Have a plastic feel to them, very cheap made. I have several purses that you carry but I will never buy the jewelry again. Advertised small mini studs and they're everything but small. Returning one now and giving the other as a Christmas gift and I wouldn't be surprised if that didn't get returned also.

While the beryl green is a lovely color and just the color I was looking for, the earrings are anything but small. Unfortunately, I will be returning them.

Maybe I got a defective pair, but mine looked cloudy and dirty. Not at all what I was expecting.

I have an older (1 year ago) pair that I like. I got them in a different color, and the new ones looked and felt cheaper--no weight to them, the glitter is not as sparkly, the plastic looks cloudy, and one of the stones was glued into the setting crooked. This brand used to be wonderful, but now I hate it. Everything is cheap and kind of tacky, and the quality is gone.

the gold ball is ridiculously big and looks rather weird when you use the other side as the earring.

When I received these earrings in the mail, they turned out to look really cheap, and were much larger than I expected. The color was nice though.

Basically the only thing cute about these earrings is that they look exactly like the other pair of earrings I already own! That being said, this color they show IS NOT the color you get; not even close! I was expecting to get that more "solid" look and a way brighter shade of pink. I was shocked when I opened them and saw a "clearish" dark pink pair of oversized earrings. I've always been happy with everything I get from Zappos, except for this unfortunate misrepresentation of what I ordered. I'm not going to send them back, they were cheap but I expected more from Kate Spades' production and Zappos' description. Thankfully my niece likes them.

I love the small square studs and have them in several different colors! However-the tortoise version are not worth the purchase. I had a pair and the tortoise part of the stud fell out while I was wearing them. I ordered another pair to replace them and when they arrived the tortoise part was already falling out of the stud when I removed the packaging. KS sent me another pair overnight but when I removed them from the packaging I had the same issue again! This is not worth the purchase but I would recommend them in any other color and you will love them...just not the tortoise (which is a bummer because they are awesome in theory!).

One of the jewels fell out of earring yesterday. This was a Christmas present. Very disappointed! ThIs is the 2nd pair of Kate Spade earrings that we've had fall apart. These are back in the mail tomorrow to the company. I want a full refund plus shipping charges.

When I received my earrings I had to put the stones back in the posts. Not impressed with having to fix brand new earrings before I wear them.

The view of this item on the website was miss leading did not look the same once it arrived. I am sending the item back for a refund.

Earring were just not my style one I seen them. The were bigger then I thought the would be.

Got these earrings online and was so excited to wear them. The first time I wore them I realized halfway through my day at work that the stone had fallen out of the earring. I got a replacement pair from Kate Spade which was great, but the first time I wore the replacement pair the stone fell out of the earring AGAIN! I think these earrings in the tortoise color are just poorly made. If they glued them in I think they would stay in tact, but whatever they do isn't working. I had only worn both pairs for a few hours before the stones fell out of the earrings. Too bad because they are so cute!
