I wear these to help with my circulation - as I get dizzy a lot and have leg pain due to pooling of the blood in my legs. These do help somewhat. I would definitely order larger rather than smaller if you're on the fence about size. I ordered the biggest size, and they are still small on me. I'm tall and slim - but not extremely tall, so I just wonder how these could possibly fit a tall man/big man. Also, the price is really high. It seems like they take advantage of the fashion-consciousness of the runner crowd, which is probably categorized as "affluent" in their marketing demographics plans.

I bought these in the hopes they would help the soreness I get in my calf muscles after running. I haven't noticed a lot of difference in soreness, but nevertheless I find myself wearing these even to work. They are really warm for colder months and I just like the way they feel. They are well made and the compression is quite snug.

I tried these on before washing them and they seemed to fit fine. When I wore them for a run, I noticed the bottom band that hugs above your ankle area was a bit stiff. It didn't conform to the curves of my achilles like other compression sleeves, so it rubbed the back raw. I have pretty skinny ankles, so I'm not sure if a bigger size would work better (I may try it). If you don't wear your sleeves that low, it might not be an issue. Otherwise, good compression and love the color!

Bought a pair of Zensah compression sleeves 3 years ago and they were awesome but just plain wore out from use. Just ordered a new pair to replace them. I ordered the Small/Medium size - not sure why there isn't two options?? I am 175 pounds and the Small/Medium aren't very tight at all compared to my pair from 3 years ago. So, overall, disappointed as they are supposed to be "compression" sleeves.

I purchased these sleeves with hopes they would help with circulation but I barely feel any compression and they tend to slide down. The sleeves seem short to me as I prefer them at my ankle rather than above it and right below my knee where these fall about half an inch below preference. While I do not care for the fit, they are comfortable and keep my legs warm. If you are looking for compression, I like CEP much better.

I bought neon green in small so that the color would stand out. I was a bit hesitant on getting Zensah since I read some reviews about it being not very tight & I already owned CEP which I really liked. But because CEP didn't come in neon colors, I purchased Zensah. When I first got it, I did notice it is not as tight as CEP. But I kept the sleeve anyways. I first ran with it on a 20 mile run. It is definitely looser than my CEP but didn't slip off. But after first wash, I noticed it didn't fit as tight as it initially did. After my 2nd long run, I noticed Zensah would start sliding down. So I switched to my old CEP for the actual running and Zensah for post-run recovery. Unfortunately, even using as post-run recovery sleeve, after total use of about 8, the sleeve has gone useless. It constantly slides down like a worn out socks so I would have to keep sliding it back up. It's really too bad - I love the color but the fit was just not up to par. I'm getting another CEP.

I wanted to like these. As I'm training for my next 1/2 marathon, I was in the market for a new compression sleeve. All of the positive review on this site led me to Zensah. The first time I tried them on, they felt great and really helped to alleviate any cramping. However, after using them for a week (with an average of 4 runs in a week), the hem on both sleeves is starting to come undone. I would expect more from a reputable brand and also a brand at the higher end of the price point scale. Luckily, I'm even better with a needle and thread than I am a runner but I wish it didn't have to come to this. I will not be purchasing these again.
