Love these compression sleeves. I'm no runner but I do walk a lot, particularly uphills. They work wonders on preventing leg cramps.

These are absolutely the best purchase I have ever made. After having some calf issues as I have increased my running distance from 5K range and working towards a half marathon, these have saved me on every run. They fit perfect, and I wash them after each use and they still hold their compression shape. If these ever wear out, I will buy them again.

These are awesome for so many purposes! e.g. due to disability, I am on my feet a lot (discomfort when sitting). When I found that my back wouldn't allow me to manage putting on compression hose, I was really discouraged and resigned to a fate of aching legs and varicose veins (too much information?). When I first saw these, my heart skipped a beat and they are truly an answer to my prayers! More cotton (and less spandex) than most similar products, is good for my skin. And the compression is more than adequate and also holding up well under nearly constant use. I pretty much wear them all day...got 3 pair to rotate, and they are holding up through 3 wearings each pair, before a gentle, cold wash and hang dry. So good.

Last month was the first I had heard of leg compression sleeves. For years I have had periodic leg edema. Ted hose were impossible to find the proper fit, difficult and usually impossible for my arthritic hands to pull on and then up, and extremely expensive. While looking for shoes at Zappos, the Zensah Leg Compression Sleeves ad caught my attention. I immediately ordered one pair. For years the comfort that Zensah's sleeves provided was not even imaginable. On top of the comfort and support, the silver ion treatment that Zensahs' has incorporated into their product is the leading edge item being used in nationally recognized university medical centers. Newly retired and unprepared financially, I have to watch finances very carefully. Zensah's is a sound investment. The comfort they bring does not have a monetary price. I plan to gradually purchase several more pairs. Thanks for producing such a health oriented product which gives immediately results !

I love these compression sleeves! I wear them when I run and I wear them for recovery. They are great for anyone who suffers from calf issues. I haven't had any calf pain since I started wearing these compression sleeves.

Very satisfied! I'm a nurse who works long shifts & have always had lots of foot pain. Between these & my Danskos, I have felt so much better on my feet. I'm 5'4'' and about 112 lbs. I got the XS/S, & they stay on great.

I was a little unsure about the effectiveness when I purchased thee, but I am a true believer now! I ran a 15k yesterday and today my legs feel great! No fatigue or soreness! They are a must have for runs over 5 miles. They are super cute and comfy.

I am a newbie runner and wanted to try a compression garment. I just did a 10k with these and my calves felt great after. Not to tight, not hard to get on, very supportive. I would buy these again. Friends say not to wash then with fabric softener and to air dry to make them last longer.

I decided to buy these at the last minute for a 21 mile summit that I did. I was so glad that I did. I would highly recommend them. I had no aches and pains in my calves and no problem with shin splints. I am now wearing them on all of my runs, even the short ones.

Good fit and does what you need it to do. Makes your legs feel a lot less tired and beat down after a long run.

I bought the pink tie dye and they are soooo cute! They definitely run big though. My calf measured 16 inches which would technically be a size L/XL however I read someone else's review that said they were 16" and ordered a S/M. I am glad I did! The S/M even seems a little less tight than I would prefer them, however I do not have experience with compression sleeves so maybe they are not supposed to be as tight as I would think. I have only used them once but so far so good. My Shin splints didn't bother me at all with my most recent run.

These are as comfortable as compression socks could be. I can wear them to work or to yoga class. The colors are great, unlike most compression hose or socks. Highly recommend.

Great fit. I have used them for running and recovery. I have one bad calf where I injured my soleus muscle. The compression is perfect for this leg. They have not moved on my when running. I can feel a difference when they are off, but I don't feel too tight of compression when they are on. I have not had any runs of longer than 3 miles yet, I have yet to see how they feel on long runs. The only reason I can't give a 5 star is that the look is something I and others will have to get used to when running in shorts. By the way, I am a minimalist runner so my calves do get more of a workout that shoe runners. I am imagining that all of my running will now be done with compression sleeves. Since this is my first pair, I don't have any other brand to compare to right now.

These work well, but I prefer CEP or Smartwool. I work in the OR and stand for 8 hours. These are almost too tight, but I have big calves.

I started using these instead of compression socks for varicose veins. They've worked very well and my legs feel good. They're not quite as long and don't seem to provide as much compression as the comparable CEP product. However, they are easier to get on and off. They hold up quite well for casual and active athletic wear.

I love these socks! I am training for a marathon, but the stitching on the top has come undone.

These compression sleeves have been quite good. I regularly use them for my mid-distance training runs (15-20 miles) and have noticed a significant improvement in recovery post-run, even from some particularly tough trails. As for compression, they are quite mild, but appropriate for my usage. Not only that, but the red and purple are pretty fun.

I would say that I recognize the main benefit for my recovery time or my before run time. I ran with them for the first time today and my legs felt heavier, but perhaps I need to get use to them. However, before my run my shins splints felt calmer and ready to go. So,all-in-all I would say that they are a benefit to my routine.

These are super fun! Granted, they didn't do exactly what I wanted them to; my shin splints were actually so bad that I had to take up a different workout other than running. But even then, I love them while I'm biking! I wear shorts and hate it when stems or branches hit my legs, so these work great for that, while offering a bit of support. And not to mention, I love the color! (I got the bright pink.)

Have read good things about the Zensah Compression Leg Sleeves. I received mine and tried them on -- were kind of okay, but one felt uncomfortable. I removed them and then measured them and found that one sleeve was 3/8 of an inch shorter than the other and a full 1/2 inch smaller in circumference. I am returning them and hope the replacements are a better match. They were both labeled as the same size. Quality control issues?

I'm a little skeptical about leg sleeves in general - are they glorified leg warmers? I have a pair of nylon compression socks (total grandma style) that definitely compress, but I wanted to try the sleeves because a) they don't have the foot part like the sock so you don't have to worry as much about dirt and sweat, and b) because I'm not a big fan of nylon material. But I'm a little disappointed with the actual compression of these leg sleeves - they really aren't that tight. They do stay up, I just am not positive they are really doing anything when I have them on.
