I ordered this after enduring a partial tear of my right gastroc (in calf). had heard good things about compression sleeves, so I thought that I would try. I am glad that I did. It got me through a long photo shoot that I could not cancel just days after the injury. It is really kind of amazing how much support you get out of such a simple thing like this. It is worth it.

Good. If you have short legs they are a little long because they are not women's sizes. I still like them and they work good.

These are amazing! Hubby and I wear them on longer runs during training for marathons, and on the marathon itself, as well as afterward, and they really help keep your legs from feeling so worn out!

I use these after run recovery for compression of my calfs. They look dorky when worn with running shorts but I will probably try wearing them when I switch over to long pants for cold weather. Zappos' order and delivery service rocks!

My husband bought me some of these as I started training for a 5K but got really bad pain in my shins and calves. Big difference! These help hold my lower leg together, so to speak, and so I don't feel as much muscle tightness and pain while running. But they're still flexible and not too hot.

At 58, everything is starting to hurt. Recently starting having calf and hamstring pulls that happen a mile into a 5k. Bad enough that ended up walking and then taking weeks off. Compression sleeves seem to work. I may feel slight pain but nothing like without them. Zensah brand work fine and well worth the cost. Wasn't sure of the advertising but mine came as a pair not a single sleeve making purchase a good deal.

Wow! These are great! Shin splints in my left leg that no amount of RICE or exercises made go away. Not wanting to give up running, I ordered these. The pain is still there, but with the sleeve it's tolerable. Definitely worth the money. Thanks!

Thumbs up from a distance runner! These compression sleeves are great both for running distances or for recovery. They seem to help with soreness/stiffness the next couple of days after a long weekend run.

Yay! After a full week in posterior tibial tendonitis (a.k.a. shin splint) pain I opted to try the compression leg sleeves from Zensah via Zappos. After one night of R.I.C.E. the inflamation had shrunk more than 50 percent. It feels so good that I was tempted to do a 5K this morning but I didn't. At this rate it should be completely healed by tomorrow or the next day. I plan on wearing these everytime I run and to bed. They are super comfortable to sleep in too. I got a full size smaller and they fit me perfectly. I am 5'4 with a 14 inch calf circumference. Worth the money! Love the neon green color.

Great for long haul travel. Just did 10,000 miles and wore them a lot. A very good buy...not too tight, comfortable and well made.

Zensah compression sleeves are the best. For extra compression....you should size down. If you are prone to calf cramps or shin splints, give these a try. I ordered them in the morning from Zappos and the next day. I received them. Can't beat the service.

These are the best things ever invented makes legs feel light and energetic and helps end shin split pain and any soreness quickly I want them in all the colors!

Just received. These are replacements for a previous order that had quality control issues. These appear to be the same size in length and circumference. Will see if they offer the support and comfort I am looking for.

These were great for my shin splint. I end up wearing them for days after a long run. I recently picked up a different brand that feels a bit more like sock material but fits a bit snugger. Either way, order two pairs so that you don't have to wear the sweaty ones for recovery, and get a bright color so that they don't get lost.

I'm a runner and was previously diagnosed with Hoffas syndrome on my knee from a shin splint, (and then running to accommodate that) i thought I would try these out for running and post recovery, I hate taking them off, they are so comfortable and they really do help. Will probably order another pair!

These sleeves are really nice to wear and they work very well. I did wear them on a few longer runs and I do think that they do improve my running capabilities. They fit very well and I did buy them also because of the neon yellow color. I wear them when running in the dark so that I have color on my legs to improve visibility. Sure the best part besides the functionality is that they are made in the USA and not in China.

Great compression sleeves! I originally got them because I needed compression socks after hip surgery, the are longer lasting and a great fit! I chose the SM/MD for my 15" calf and they are spot on for fit!

My job requires me to be on my feet all day and these are my leg savers! My husband got them for me as gift and I couldn't be happier. They fit just right and make my legs feel great after a long day. Very good quality and at a very nice price compared to a lot of the other brands. Plus there are tons of fun colors! I just hope I keep getting these as surprises from my hubby...

These have helped alleviate pain from a bodacious shin splint. I wore them for 6 long runs (10-14 miles) and they haven't slipped or itched. I usually keep them on for 2-3 days after the run and they do help with recovery time. they probably should cost but oh well.

If you want to improve your performance, wear these during your recovery time. I usually sleep with them on. When I don't, I get out of bed the next morning with stiff muscles and ankles. These compression sleeves feel good, not tight. I have purchased 3 pair and I use them all the time. I am 5'5" with 15.5" calves and the XL fit good.

I'm 5'5" and 127 lbs and although I measured for the medium size, I bought the small. They fit great. Love the color.
