Good school backpack for middle schoolers. However, the quality is a bit cheaper compared to earlier models.

The backpack seems big enough to hold my son's books. The bag is not yet used so I can't speak of the durability. Quality seems ok from what the eyes can see.

The Fatboy backpack had all the features and appearance as listed. The material is of a thinner quality than I expected, seemingly less durable than I had hoped for the weight of multiple textbooks and frequent use that the backpack will be needed for. A more sturdy canvas-type fabric was my hope. But the material is stated to be weather resistant, so that's good for the bike rides in all weather to and from school. I take issue with two design features of the side straps used to cinch the backpack tighter: 1) they don't open as wide as I anticipated and are fastened in a manner that seems to limit full expansion of the compartments. 2) the location of the straps interferes with the use of the zippers when opening the compartments fully. Here's hoping for a satisfactory experience.

I love High Sierra products mainly because of their durability. They hold up well to pressure from lots of heavy books without showing much sign of wear. Only the colours may slightly fade after years of usage. Zippers are excellent. Only time can tell the durability of the fat boy bag. It thought it would be larger but it still holds a lot of things and I love the number of pocket. I didn't really like the flap that covers the zipper but it can easily be flipped over to get it out of the way. I love the customer service and support. Thank you High Sierra!!

We use this backpack for dance classes and it is just perfect! There are separate zippered areas for shoes & clothing and the front pocket has plenty of space for a snack & hair accessories! The only thing we wish is that it had 2 mesh pockets instead of just one and a chest strap would be great. It's awesome for the price and we will definitely buy another one for camp!

This is the perfect sports bag for my girls! For tennis they can stick the racquet in one section and other items in the center pocket. For dance they are able to keep shoes in one section and accessories/clothing separately. There is even an additional front pocket large enough to carry snacks or other items. It helps them stay organized while carrying everything they need! Easy to wash as well! Only took off a star because there is only one water bottle pocket on the outside & we wish there were 2 like many other packs have. You can't beat the price! We love this bag!!!

I bought this backpack and lunch box that matches and my son loves it

A bit bulky for what we needed. It doesn't have the padded pocket for electronics. Comfortable and my daughter loves the pattern of unicorns on it.

My son really loves this backpack. We were looking for something big and not bulky that had not too many pockets, but just enough to fit the things he needs. He will be using it more when he goes to school.

This bag is perfect for my kids for school, but the bottom is too thin. I wish it has a thicker or even a leather bottom. I just know my kids will rip it when they drag their backpacks.

Bought this for my kindergartner, it's a little big, but he will grow into it! I hope it lasts through Kindergarten and first grade!

Good pack, lots of room, came with twisted strap, had to cut off rings to straighten it.

I love the bag and the design. I just wish the bottle pouch was not as slack I would like it to be universal.

I have not yet used it but will be traveling around Europe with it. I choose it because of the large capacity!

Backpack and lunch box arrived fast, but you sent the wrong camo. Since it was too close to school beginning, we decided to stay with that color instead of what we ordered.

Nice backpack. I bought it for my 6 year old daughter to use as a school backpack. She loves the design, and I love the quality and price. I will say I do not like all of the extra straps. The ones on the side impede full zipper functionality. With that being said, we are still pleased with the product.
