My only criticism is that as soon as I started wearing these shoes, dimples formed on both sides of the front of the shoe, due to the toe being too much narrower than the widest part of the shoe. It looks awfully dorky.

I'm happy with this shoe. Not as I fit weight as other NB that I have. Fit is small, like other NB, so I ordered up a half size.

Light weight, comfortable but biased toward New Balance products anyway. The leavings seem a little short and tongue of the shoe and give in the lacing area tight but maybe because they're new.

Wear New Balance often but these shoes seemed to chunky/square/wide. I always wear wide but these were just not comfortable. Probably will return and try another style. Also, collar around edge seemed to make my ankle socks scrunch down into the shoe.

I was very pleased with these initially, but as I wore them around the house I realized the leather edging came up high enough that it put pressure on my hammer toe. The toe box was just not deep enough although the width was fine. The sitiching on that section added to the pressure just at that point. i was disappointed as New Balance has done well for me in the past. I love Zappos! I ordered these before hours on Monday and received them Tuesday afternoon. The return process is just as easy; no questions asked. Thank you!

This is my first New Balance purchase. I needed a good shoe to wear on a cement floor for 8 hrs. It needed to be a barrier. As you can see in the photo it provides thickness along the entire shoe. My foot never felt like it made contact with the floor. It's not a soft shoe,but a well made shoe. I have bumped my toe and I had good protection. My feet are not tired at the end of my shift. I do prefer a good cushioned sock which adds another level of comfort. I don't pull the shoe tight to tie it and the shoe laces are too short to make a bow,so I just tie them in a knot. The laces are easy to undo. Happy with the choice. This shoe may not be needed for all work situations,but it does hold up well on a cement floor. If you have been wearing the wrong shoes for a while,this shoe will correct your foot after a few weeks.

Very comfortable, and I love the look. These will be great for hiking. However, I bought them to wear to work both indoors and outdoors. And the "Ndurance rubber compound for maximum outsole durability" soles...are not slip resistant on tile floors! But they are great outside in the dirt and rocky terrain. And I'm having trouble keeping the shoe laces from untying, even with double knots. I might just have to break them in more.

A very comfortable shoe, lightweight, great for walking and training in the gym. Not as roomy in the toe box as I would like, but not cramped either.

Actually this felt about 1/4 size small, but definitely narrower than a D. The shoe looks like it would have a lot of support, but it feels more like a sneaker. I had to return it. If you are looking for a sturdy trail shoe, this is not it. I'm back to Keen.

They're nice shoes, but they are Walking shoes, not active Cross Trainers suitable for dance aerobics like Jazzercise. I love Zappos! But its hard to find accurate descriptions on athletic shoes. How about a "Aerobics" classification from now on instead of making us hope that Cross Trainer really means 'suitable for dance aerobics like Jazzercise.'

Returning because it's just so ugly. That said I appreciate the effort to expand the colors to the grey and red option but really? How hard would it be to make some cute colors? The shoe itself is very comfortable. I have had it several times now in brown because comfort is a necessity with my troublesome feet. However, I am finding there are other comfortable and cute shoes available. New Balance, I know you can do better. Give us some style with our comfort, please!

I had to exchange this style for a half-size larger. I don't feel that they run true to size. The body of the shoe is rather soft, and the toe box is narrow. I'm going to keep them, because the soles have good traction.

This shoe is not as cute as it looks in the picture. This shoe fits to size but is not comfortable. Second time I wore them I got a blister on my heel. The ball of my foot was also sore at the end of a hike. I would not recommend the shoe.

I have small, wide feet and usually love the way New Balance fits. Unfortunately, these felt slightly more narrow than others of the same size and there was stitching over the bunion area which immediately was uncomfortable. Returning them.

I really wanted this color shoe, but unfortunately they did not fit. My usual shoe is a Reebok and I have never tried New Balance before. They only come in medium width, so it was a little wide on my foot, but I was surprised they were much too short.

Wanted to like this shoe the color & look is fine. The problem is it was wide from the to to the heel it was like putting on a box. No taper from the to to heel & little arch support. back they go I do LOVE Zappos though.

I've bought NB athletic shoes and all terrain styles for years. Have had problems with fit the last several times ordering. Thought these were similar to an older model I own. But was dismayed to find the shoe extremely rigid to the point of difficult to put on! Can't imagine wearing these anywhere without turning my feet into a blistered mess. Made from cheap, stiff, plastic like materials! This pair is going back.

I've worn this shoe for only 4 months & the toe area has separated from the shoe. And as another reviewer stated, the laces won't stayed tied. I'm very surprised by the sub-par quality of this New Balance shoe.

Shoelaces should not become untied because of "walking". I have been wearing these for a few months now, and I have never had so much trouble with laces becoming untied. It's actually pretty amazing how often it happens compared to every other pair of shoes I have ever owned... sometimes they untie themselves within 10 minutes of me fixing them!
