These are very comfortable, I am on my feet all day long and would recommend these item. I also love that I can order as many different sizes and return the ones that do not fit for a refund oh and the free shipping really helps.

Awesome shoes! They are excellent walking shoes, extremely comfortable. I especially love that they are available in tan/brown and NOT those ridiculous neon colors! Wonderful shoes - I highly recommend them. I loved the first pair so much, I bought another pair!

Great arch support! True to size. Fits comfortably around my bunions and narrow heel.

Same fit I've come to depend on from New Balance. Wore my last pair until they were smooth and had holes.

Love these shoes...I got them because I was having some tendonitis in my heel and was advised to get shoes with good support. These are great and look good too. The only downside is they don't come in black. These shoes are dark brown.

New Balance shoes fit my feet well anyway but this one went above my expectations. Perfect fit, can slip them on just by putting my feet in. These are not black...they are dark brown which is what I wanted. Comfortable, reasonably priced. Kudos NB! Zappos has excellent customer service too. Buy 1/2 size larger.

I am very pleased with this shoe. I am extremely hard to fit because of feet problems. These shoes are comfortable and I wear them for my daily three mile walk on pavement and trails. The price is also very reasonable.

Very nice shoe, high quality and great support. I am a size 7 and the size 7 was too small as well as too narrow a cut across the ball of my foot. If I ordered a half size larger it might have helped length wise but it would have been still too narrow a fit. I normally never order a wide. So I am returning because a wide would have been to large around the heel. Too bad because it is a beautifully made shoe. I have an older version that has lasted me for five winters.

Main reasons I bought were: the removable insole (so I can insert my own orthotic support), the colors, and positive experiences with this brand. I can wear these to work because the color makes them look more like regular shoes. Awesome!

Great sneaker color. I use for walking on track mostly. I have high arch and this shoe fits well. Lightweight, and looks good. Thanks Zappos!

No problem with the shoe, it's just that I have a hard time finding the right size for my foot. In fact, I'm hoping to eventually get the right size in the New Balance 759.

Great shoe! Very comfortable and look nice too... I have a wide foot and high arches, work long hours on my feet on a cement floor. This is the first shoe I have found that my feet don't hurt after work.

The first pair of New Balances I ordered in wide were very narrow, so I reordered these and they feel like a double wide. My orthotics fit in them as well as my wide feet, but they are a bit loose. I am sure that they will fit well with thick socks.

Love this shoe. Light weight which is great for me since I wear a brace on my leg and it's easier to walk. I also ordered it in the brown color. Thank you Zappos!

I finally found a pair that are wide enough for my orthotics! I had purchased a different pair in 8W but they were too tight, even without my orthotics. I have 1 insert that is higher than the other due to a longer than needed knee replacement, which left one leg an inch longer than the other. Finding shoes that are high enough to wear the different sized orthotics without stepping out of them is nearly impossible. These also have enough cushion and support to make them very comfortable. Love 'em!

I recently purchased this shoe in wide width. It gave me just a bit more wiggle room. I really love this shoe!

The shoes are fine, they fit well, plenty of toe room. They are a bit sturdier feeling than what I usually wear. No complaints. New Balance shoes tend to fit me well.

Great shoes. I could put them on and hike 7 miles the first day I wore them. Comfortable yet sturdy enough to offer some support without being stiff.

I tried Zappos for the first time because I could not find any shoes that I liked locally. I saw these and they were perfect! I received my order quickly and the shoes fit perfectly true to size. They were very comfortable from day one. I have used them walking in rocky trails and just around. Love them!

I ordered these in wide and they are true to size. the order was on time delivered to my post office. I've ordered often from Zappos and these are my second pair. Thanks Zappos for making my life a little easier and worry free where my feet are concerned.

I have arthritis and with these and a set of inserts for arch support, I can walk and even jog a bit w/out pain. I also use these for work (teach in an elementary school, so don't sit much) with the same results.

I've had good luck with New Balance in the past and this is no exception. Good support and comfortable.

Had wide with shoes in stock. Price was fair and included shipping. It was nice that I didn't have to look all over in stores to find a wide shoe.

I walk dogs daily and hike/bird watch regularly. Although I wear my Keen hiking boots, I like a lighter, cooler pair of shoes for walking. I had worn down my old, tattered New Balance 606 shoes to zero tread in places. I loved them for their firm, high arch support. Since the 606 model isn't made anymore, I spent an hour researching Zappos to find the closest current model. These WW659s won. They are quite similar to the 606s but the arch support is very limited and not as firm or thick as the old shoes. I had to pay another cost for Green Sole inserts, which give far more support, but make this an overall rather expensive walking shoe at a total. If New Balance would provide better arch support, these shoes would be 5 stars. The shoes have sturdy walking tread and are comfortable with the new inserts.
