I love these shoes. I have wide flat feet and a job that requires me to walk and stand a lot. I started suffering from leg and foot pains so I knew I needed better shoes. These are absolutely perfect. The insoles are removable which is great since I wear orthodic inserts. A little on the extra-wide side but I just tie them a little snugger than I normally would. Overall, great shoes. I would recommend them to anyone who has foot pain or related issues.

Needed lightweight hiking sneakers for a trip to the Galapagos. I have ordered NB before so felt pretty sure of the size and width (ordered wide with as I have wide feet). Received these a day or so before my trip so broke them in during the trip which you generally don't want to do. The shoes were comfortable from the first day which was great. No blisters or other problems. Great for lightweight hiking - did not use for heavy duty hiking.

Very sturdy and very comfortable. Took the out of the box and right on. I've been a NB fan for years and these do not disappoint. My only complaint would be NB's tendency to have shorter than average laces. If you lace them up thru the eye holes to make them more secure, you barely have enough left to tie. Just several inches more of lacing would be great. Now we have to just hope NB doesn't change and "improve" them.

These are good shoes if you spend a lot of time on your feet. I work 12 hour shifts and these give me good support and decent comfort. The sole is nice and stable. I do wish they had some more padding on the insole though.

My feet suffer from pronation and I have to wear orthotics to keep them from hurting. I bought these in 8W and the orthotics fit, but they felt like a WW. Additionally, the toe wore out after a week and had a hole in the top. Zappos is very customer oriented and promised to exchange them for the same or another pair. Thanks!

I'm a New Balance babe and have lots of different colors and styles. I like this update of a previous shoe that is very similar. The leather quality and look here on this shoe is much more refined. I always add my own orthotics and as a teacher on my feet all day, I am still good to go later in the day.

I ordered these shoes to use walking on cobblestone streets and walks in Mexico. They were up to the task, comfortable, nice and wide in the toe box and good support. I have a wide foot and often have trouble with fit. I wore them all day, every day for two weeks and still loving them. New Balance is my favorite!

LOVE these shoes. My feet had grown with pregnancy (a year ago), and my old shoes are now too short. So I tried out these and a different brand, both in 10.5W. These fit wonderfully! I'm considering buying another pair for when these wear out (they'll inevitably be discontinued by then, and I'll have to start the search all over again). They're roomy in the toe, but not too much. They don't feel tight anywhere. The other brand was tight in the toes, and I'm returning them.

Although I wear an 8.5, New Balance shoes normally run small on me, so I ordered a 9. These actually were more true to size, so are slightly too big. I have narrow feet and these also felt a little wider than usual, especially down in the toe area. Otherwise, the shoes are comfortable and perfect for work. I'm on my feet most of the day and they have been great.

I have a NB605BR 10 1/2 B that fits well despite my narrow foot. NB is generally longer than other brands and I can wear it in 10 1/2B if not too wide. This WW659 is too roomy in the front of the shoe plus arch drops off too soon so basically no arch support. It is also too short. New Balance is generally my go to brand so will have to try another model. Wish this one worked.

This style did not work for me. I had a pair of NB Country Walkers that I had worn for 8 years and wanted a replacement. Because of the way NB categorizes the "shoe last" (heel width, instep height, forefoot width and toe box depth), I knew this style shoe last - AL-2 was exactly the same style as my old pair. After reading the recent reviews, I decided to order a wide. These were too soft overall (mushy) and the shoe area around the instep was extra wide and fit poorly (not just the ball of the foot width, but the instep area too), so returned them. I had ordered the NB 759 on the same order. Those were perfect right out of the box. That model has a very stable footbed, important to me since I have problems with tendons in my heels. The inside cushioning is just enough to be comfortable without being mushy. I might just order another pair in a different color!

These shoes are perfect for moderate exercise and they also look great with casual clothing. Love them, I have three colors and have re-ordered for years.

The shoe fit great. Took them for their first walk a few days ago. Very comfortable.

Comfortable, wide, supportive and great for walking, jogging, and running errands. Felt broke in right out of the box. Normally wear a 9 and the 8.5 fits perfect. I ordered a back up pair because I love how these feel. Do not care for the splash of orange, thus 4 stars on style.

Very comfortable! Put in 12-14 hour work days with a lot of movement & being on my feet & these shoes made me feel the inpact on my feet less & were very comfy. Great for hiking & any sports. Would definitely buy more in various colors.

These shoes are awesome. Put on for the first time yesterday and they are so comfortable. The shoe width is perfect as well as the fit. Don't hesitate to buy this shoe!!

I really can't write anything new about this shoe. Received the pair in 25 hours, and wore them to work that night. No break in time needed. Good looking shoe!

Very comfortable shoe! I have a short, wide foot with a narrow heel, and these fit perfectly. This a rare find for me!

If you have hurting feet, get these shoes. I have plantar fasciitis and wear these to work. The ABZORB midsoles makes the difference. Plus I wear a wide width and are just right.

From the very first moment I put these shoes on they were perfect. There was no "break in" period. These shoes are sturdy enough for light hiking, but light enough for daily wear around town. And, as always, Zappos' service is second to none.

I bought these shoes and size was too big so they sent me a new pair that fit. In the meantime, my daughter tried on the ones that did not fit, loved them, so we bought both pairs. Zappos is great! These shoes were recommend by my foot doctor. They are comfortable and supportive.

I got these for my sister who likes to walk for exercise. She is not into the more brighter flashy colors of Nike, Under Armour, etc. These fit the bill! Great fit, excellent arch support and durability. I would definitely recommend them!
