I'm thinking about buying my 3rd pair of these sneakers. Had a hairline fracture from using the wrong shoes a few years ago, and ever since I've been using these shoes for everything. Also, using these shoes for everything will wear them out pretty fast- I go through these shoes in six- to eight months. I guess it makes sense to have two pairs- one for the gym and one for everyday walking.

This shoe won out over several others. Asics always fit my narrow foot the best (thank you Asics!) and this style and color gives great support and is quite attractive.

Bless ASICS for making a good looking narrow shoe. I do love these shoes. This is saying a lot because I'm not a fan of athletic shoes and buy them only for exercise. These were comfortable from the first moment. They fit perfectly. My long narrow feet even look pretty good in them!

Adorable design. They are more fun to wear than white running shoes. My husband calls then fashionable running shoes. They are bright and it took me time to not look at mt feet when walking!

I ordered these in a 12.5 Wide in the solid black color. They fit well, were roomy and seemed comfy even though I knew I'd have to put my own insole in as most sneakers do not have enough cushion for my 5'10", 260 pound body. Was planning on keeping these until I tried on Asics Gel-Kahana 6 in a 12 Wide (my normal size). I have never had an A-HA moment with sneakers until I tried the Gel-Kahana on. While I liked the look and fit of this ASICS GT-1000, I will be returning it only because of the A-HA moment I had with the Katana.

I WAS a Nike only lover before these shoes came into my life. These are great and comfortable. I use them for trail running and they stay tight around my feet for a comfortable fit. They are not the prettiest shoe but by far the best quality! I love them!

These are the only tennis shoes I've ever bought that I didn't have to "break in." They never gave me blisters and are super comfortable. Love the pink. Would recommend (and would buy again, if the brightly colored shoe thing wasn't so trendy).

I bought the narrow size, and it really is true to narrow! I thought it might be too tight, but these shoes adjusted to my feet within a day or two. They are extremely comfortable. I use them for daily use, not for running and they are great.

This is my first pair of Asics and I'm very pleased with the way they feel. I normally wear New Balance because of a narrow foot but decided to try these. I use them for (speed) walking and working out with DVDs (aerobics and toning with weights).

Excellent shoes! I don't run but I'm on my feet all day and these are like wearing slippers with support. Love the color. No break in period, just put them on and go! True to size.

I love Asics! I've been wearing them exclusively for years both at work in the medical field and for my 5 mile daily walk. At least once a year I try other brands but they never fit as well. Asics are just perfect for me. I need a wide width and a more round toe box and Asics offers both. I never have to break them in. They always fit great right out of the box!

Love these shoes! Very Comfortable & stylish. True to size. At 55 I have lower back & leg issues & these are Fantastic walking shoes. Asics have been the Best Shoe I've found yet. :) I was al ittle concerned about the price but they are well worth it. Would definitely purchased again.

I love Asics, and the Asics GT-1000 continued my love for them. Incredibly comfortable. I can fit my orthodics in them once I take out their liner. This pair has extra arch support which is helpful for me. Finally, the colors are bright and fresh. The blue "pops" more than what it looks like online.

I love these. They give great support. I have to take the insoles out and put my ortho in them and it is deep enough to do it. I got them out of box and went for a 3 miles run and they have no break in time for me. I love the black it goes with everything. Buy them. VIP shipping from Zappos is amazing. It's awesome to buy something and have it in your hands by the next day (especially if you are impatient like me).

I bought these for my mom because she had the previous model and loved them. She has really bad osteoarthritis in her right knee and she said that the support and cushioning in these make such a huge difference when she has to do a lot of walking. And as always Zappos has amazing shipping and customer service!

I wasn't sure if I would like these shoes when I ordered them, or even when I kept them, but I desperately needed to replace my worn out GT-2600s. (I had bought an old model and therefore skipped the 2700s!) Well, I like them more! I only use these for walking, but I like the support and cushioning I get from them. I got them in the turquoise/purple combo, and again, wasn't sure, but I like the way they look. As with most athletic shoes, I have to order a half size larger.

Fantastic sneakers! I wear these shoes every day for work and they are very comfortable. I normally wear size 9.5 in Nike and I got a 9 in Asics and they fit perfect.

Awesome shoe! I am young but have had multiple knee surgeries due to sports injuries. I will only ever buy Asics because they provide the best support. These shoes were comfortable from the start and they look great. Men and women compliment my shoes all the time.

Runs narrow despite ordering wide width. Lightweight and provides great arch support. I had to return them due to lack of room across forefoot and toe box.

Finally a pair of shoes that fit. I wear an 11 1/2 and I ordered that size. Perfect fit. Love the color. Can't wait to wear them on my mission trip to Ukraine.

I like Asics so much better than New Balance, so I'm returning the New B shoes I just bought (at a retail store...dumb!) and keeping these. I own a pair of Asics Cumulus and I ordered the Kayano to try. I like these 1000s way better than either of those! I was able to get the 2A width and so grateful that Zappos carries it in both 11.5 and 12 because I usually buy 2 pairs to use 11.5 for left foot and 12 for right. I only do this for walking shoes since the fit is ultra-important for serious walkers. Thank you, Zappos!

I'm an Asics fan all the way. These are cute and run true to what I am used to buying. No problems using them for my high impact sports conditioning class.

Love these shoes, they are super comfortable. I wear orthotics and these allow you to remove the manufacturer's lining and put them in (I do have to buy a size up to do this, but it is the same with all of my shoes).

I'm so happy with my Asics GT-1000. I'm a light runner (2-3 miles a run, about 3 times a week) and I was looking for something lightweight with good cushion and support. From the second I put these on I knew they were the ones. They look great; I got the turquoise, purple and gray ones. Just enough pop of color. And they feel great. There's good ankle support, tight around the laces, roomy in the toe area and a good cushioned but firm bottom that supports my arches. I just ran 3 miles in them and they felt great! Looking forward to many more miles in these!
