I’ve had these now for several years and they’ve AIDS the test of time. Soft. Supportive. Sturdy. My husband wants his own pair. My daughter steals them from me ! Highly recommend.

I've owned several pairs of Nubuck Arizonas over the years. This pair in suede had extremely soft straps, and seemed likely to stretch out faster and much more than Nubuck Arizonas. Out of the box, and before breaking them in, I was already on the last (tightest) hole on the strap. So I'm returning and will purchase a pair made from nubuck or oiled leather.

The fit and size are true, they are soooo comfortable and have just the right amount of arch support (as far as I am concerned). I love how they look and feel; perfect, right out of the box.

Most comfortable pair of shoes I’ve ever owned - right out of the box. I have a thin narrow foot with high arches. The 8-8.5 narrow fits perfectly.

I wear a 7.5 and the 38's fit great. Comfy as with the soft footbed.

I've had 2 other pairs of Arizona-style Birks & these, oddly don't fit the same. The straps are a little longer & hang down too long. I had to notch them all the way & still too loose. One right shoe, inside on outer side of foot, something inside is sort of poky. Something is lightly scratching there. I LOVE this style typically and I really LOVE this color, but I have to return them. Too expensive to not fit right.

I found this Navy suede Arizona at Zappos. The Birkenstock site was sold out of Navy (or Night on their site) in my size. I’m a big fan of the suede Arizona and I’m a huge fan of the soft footbed. In a short time, the insole really creates a most comfortable, custom fit. I find them more comfortable for long distance walking than any athletic shoe I own. Follow the instructions for fit to be sure you get the size you need. Your toes should not touch the ridge when you step.

fit was great. the quality of the shoe is awesome. I had to order these three times to get the right size and Zappos and there staff were amazing in helping me get this done ??

The photo shows a dark grey. However when I received this item it was more of a silver grey. Not what I wanted therefore I returned it because of color only

I love Birkenstocks and was happy to have a blue one that was not navy. However the blue comes off on your feet. I expect this to stop after wearing them a while. Otherwise they are normal for Birkenstocks - great support. I prefer the regular ones to the soft but this is my first soft one and I don't think the arch support if as good maybe because it is softer, but it is still there . I love the color.

I love these, but they are definitely needing to be on the tightest setting. My feet are not narrow nor wide, so I'd say these are a bit wide. The only other thing I'm concerned about is that the suede straps may stretch out. Otherwise, love them very much!

The straps are on the tightest hole and there is still a huge gap from being too loose. Maybe Birkenstock should add a few more holes or stop calling them unisex sandals.

OK, I wasn't going to buy any more Birkenstocks. I already have quite a collection! They never wear out, and they're always in style. When I saw these in navy, a color I NEEDED, I just had to get them, especially since they have a soft footbed, are made of suede and come in medium width. All my favorites for my aging feet! I wore them today and they were immediately comfortable, even though I walked a lot at the farmers market and running errands. These are unique because the buckle matches the color of the suede upper. Love!

I love my new Birkenstock sandals. I wear a Size 7 but found the 38 (7 to 71/2 ) too large) . Size down and if you are a medium width order a narrow. Very comfortable.

I normally wear a 9medium shoe and these run a little wide for me because I do have a somewhat narrow foot, but I added a couple of extra holes with a leather punch and they fit now. no break in time for these. They are comfortable right out of the box.

One problem Zappos must address is the inability to update prior reviews. That said, I felt compelled to write this as an addendum after living with these shoes for a while now. The quality of the product is excellent as expected. My rating is due to the tendency of the sandals to slip off my feet, often at inopportune moments. Even at their tightest strap setting, they still slip off. I even went so far as to punch holes further down to get them tighter, but still they slip off once in a while. This makes them basically unwearable, which is a great waste of money, and a learning experience. I subsequently purchased an inexpensive pair of sandals with a strap around the heel, and wear them all the time. On the rare occasion I put the Birkenstocks on, I regret it all over again.

Unisex in my (ladies) regular size 7 was too large. I returned the item. I won't try unisex again.

my go to birks - love them and have them resoled when needed. wanted a new color. love the grey

These were a gift for my daughter, sort of a surprise. She called me and said she something about already having sandals. I told her if she wanted to do something else, that would be fine with me. Second phone call, "I think I will keep these." As usual, Zappos and Birkenstock footwear have always been a slam dunk.

Purchased a regular width first and they were way too wide as others have said. Narrow fits perfect. First pair of Birkenstock’s and I am loving them!

Bought the recommended size 39 women’s. I wear an 81/2 wide. Perfect fit although I do need to get some extra holes put in the straps as they are a little loose. I got the cushioned footbed, very comfortable right out of the box. I do have bunions and the shoes don’t bother them.

I will not wear any other than Birkenstock’s! Found them in college many, many years ago & although, at the time I did not find them very attractive , they were the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I still have my first pair of Birkenstock’s. You can tell that they’re an older pair because of the worn down sole, the leather has seen better days, but I still wear them & ?? them. They’re like a good ? wine, gets better with age. With the suede & soft footbed I was able to wear these right out of the box.

I love my Birks! The suede uppers are one of my favorites, but seem to stretch out a bit.

These sandals look and feel like butter! I kept eyeing them and finally ordered them. So happy I did!
