The 38's fit perfect for my 7.5 feet.

These are FAKES. Don’t bother with getting these from Amazon or Zappos. Obvious glue clumps on the suede 1oz heavier per shoe than real Birks and cheap hard plastic soles that are slippery I’m disappointed because it’s such a waste of my time. I’ve tried three ways to get Birks on sale: REI: they only carry narrow width Amazon: FAKE ZAppos: FAKE

LOVE these, and the color...

Smaller size was too short. This size seems a little big and loose even on tightest hole. Overall very comfortable

The suede is noticeable stiffer and thinner than the blue suede Arizona's I had in the 80's. After many years of good service they were severly damaged, the dog ate through one of the straps. No amount of 'Frankenstein' stitches lasted.

The material is really soft and comfortable but I have to return them because they are too wide.

Every so often I see someone wearing this classic Birkenstock and I think "I should try those, they look so comfortable!" And so I order a pair, put them on, and take them off. They are not comfortable on me, and they just look like duck feet. I really should never try them again! Memo to self....

I wear a 9 in most shoes, but I wear a 39 in birkenstocks, which they say is an 8 to 8.5. Birkenstocks are my favorite shoe company and I have been wearing them for 30 years. Obviously I love them because I have well over 10 pair.

I’ve loved Birks for years and have had many pairs. This is my first “soft footbed” pair, though. They feel quite different from the usual sandals but I think I’ve going to love them, too!

I wear a 7 in almost every shoe but I guess I needed an 8 in these. I have very skinny feet so even with the narrow I still have a gap on the sides of my feet. The color is pretty but gets dirt easy. But now that I’ve experienced the Birkenstock comfort, nothing else compares. I don’t want to take them off.

Fit comfort and style

I returned these as the strap across the top of my foot wasn’t tight enough. Was gonna try the narrow, but out if stock. ??

My so loves to wear Birkenstock’s. So, I picked out the gray ones for him. He loves them! The color is so rich and velvety. Great purchase!

The size of the soft bed shoes felt larger, which is OK cause I’ll be wearing socks during the fall and winter months.

Very comfortable and pretty. Exactly what I thought they would be. Will get another color soon.

Love the color and style however the women’s sizing seems small and narrow. Will have to exchange for larger and wider style unfortunately

Love my Birkenstocks! I will admit that I am a fanatic about this brand of sandals, and, have worn them for many years. The soft footbed is one feature that I look for in these sandals as it makes them so comfortable. Add to that the soft suede and the ability to customize the straps across one's foot - what more can you ask for? I do have a narrow foot, normally wearing a 9.5 N when available, but I size down to a 40 in Birkenstocks.

The right strap across across top of foot is set wrong. It wears bulging open on the outside.

Not the most fashionable sandal, but super comfy!

I purchased my usual size 8 and although the footbed was fine the first adjustable strap by the toes was too wide, I had them at the smallest notch and still too wide and I don’t have a narrow foot! Although these are unisex sizes I believe they’re made for a man or someone with a wide foot.

These shoes are great. I have a nerve damage in my foot and I have been trying to find shoes that can alleviate my pain. These shoes are perfect. The insole is soft enough and sole rigid enough. I love Zappos, the option to try new styles and sizes is very valuable feature. Thank you !!
