I am a size 7 and I ordered a narrow 37 and they fit perfectly (on the last hole because my foot is so skinny). They didn't need breaking in time. They are super comfortable. I would order in multiple colors if they weren't so expensive, but totally worth it.

My favorite footwear with my numerous leg-ankle-foot issues on one leg. I love how the sole molds with wear to my foot. Every dollar of the price is well worth it. This is my fourth pair of Birky sandals. The Arizona soft footbed are my go-to styles. And the suede style requires no break-in time to soften the straps. Thank you as always Zappos for the extremely quick ship and easy returns. I looove Zappos!

I wear a women’s 9 1/2 to 10. Always size 10 in athletic shoes & my foot is a normal, medium width. I used to buy wear these in 39 narrow, but now I buy them in 39 regular width & they’re so much more comfortable & my toes & feet have room to spread when standing & walking like they’re supposed to. There’s a sizing picture inside the box that’s accurate. Unless you have a really narrow foot go regular width.

These are the best, wear them everyday, with and without socks. So happy I got them. The fit is right on, I got the narrow and they fit my petite feet perfectly.

Everything is fine, great. May need to add another hole to tighten them up a bit as I know the straps will stretch some.

All good except color was darker than I thought. Looks like black not grey. But still nice and SO comfy.

The shoes felt really nice except that my 3rd toes hit the edge on the front. I could not tighten the straps to secure my foot in place so I am returning them. I also have the Florida model with three straps which is better for securing the foot in place.

Unfortunately these did not work for me. On the left shoe my toes rubbed up against the toe edge. Right shoe was ok. Overall they were a bit wide for my narrow feet. Had to return them and continue my search for the perfect casual summer shoe.

I ordered the Arizona suede softbed sandal, as I wanted the softest possible Birk with the least amount of breaking in needed. It really didn't need any breaking in at all. I have plantar fasciitis and metatarsal arch issues, and I really love how this shoe supports my feet! My usual sandal size is women's 9 M. The unisex sizing is new to me, so I paid attention to other reviews and ordered size 40 (women's 9.5) in the narrow width--it's just perfect! The great thing is that, if this pair hadn't worked out, Zappo's return/exchange policy is amazing! I'm a happy Zappo's convert!

These fit perfectly and the suede was nice and soft, but something about the style didn’t quite work for me. I love Birkenstock and Zappos, so I’ll keep looking for another, more feminine style to replace my older Mayaris.

Love the Birkenstock Arizona Soft Footbed Black Suede sandal. Color is quite versatile for all seasons. Initially, wearing this sandal will not feel as comfortable as your older, broken in sandals, but with wear, they will be your go-to sandal. Craftsmanship is always excellent from Birkenstock. Love me my “Berkies”! ?

Purchased these shoes for the comfort rather than for the style.....the shoe fit was perfect. I have a narrow heel and wide toe box and normally wear 7-7 1/2 so I purchased the narrow size. I am returning these though because the suede of these shoes did not match. I realize that with a natural product such as leather there are some variations....but these were just too different from one another.....the left's straps were soft, brushed suede that wouldn't even hold its shape and appeared to be an older shoe. The right shoe's strap was a stiff suede that held its shape and looked new. I would have kept these shoes if they would have matched better but the difference was just too noticeable to keep them when paying $135 for sandals....

I have worn the Arizona for 25 years with no issue but this one rubs my big toes on the outer edge of the strap. I have this shoe in blue and it is perfect. Dorry this one did not work for me. I’ll try again. thx.

I've always wanted to have a pair of Birkenstock's but can't seem to find a pair that fit my feet well. I understand over time they mold to your foot but how can I wear them enough to see if they eventually fit well but still return them if they don't?! Isn't the policy to return them unworn? Ugh - so frustrating but totally understandable. I absolutely love the grey velvet color but have tried the 39 and the 40, both returned. I think I need a 39.5. lol All of you who wear Birkie's and love them - I'm so jealous!

I loved these Birkenstocks, but had to return because the 36 narrow fit that was recommended was too tight around my toes. I then got the regular width 36, and it was about a quarter inch longer and too big. But I loved the soft footbed.

They are a familiar brand and shoe, and they fit exactly as expected, and they are as comfortable as all my other Birkenstocks. Great sandals!

I was told to order a size smaller than what I normally wear, but that was still too big. Also, the term “soft footbed” is just not true, not even the slightest bit soft. I’ve always thought Birkenstock’s were hideous as far as there style, but was willing to give them a try for comfort. fortunately they were the most uncomfortable sandal I’ve ever tried on, so I never have to look down at them on my feet.

Soft and comfy. The 38’s fit my 7 1/2 foot perfectly.

Love the velvet gray color and the suede is so soft. For size my longest foot measures a size 9.5 and I am wide to extra wide. Normally wear a 10W and even 11 to get the width. The Birkenstock sandals fit me perfectly in a 40!
