The width of these slippers (X-3E) are too snug. Attempted to exchange for wider width (5E) but unfortunately, they are out of stock. So I have to return the slippers.

Bought the slippers for my Father, he wears a 5 e width shoe. Very comfortable and the width fits his feet. The adjustable velcro straps give my Dad added width when his feet swell. He's very happy with the slippers.

I have really bad neuropathy in my feet and can't handle shoes that are too tight or loose. I have found that these shoes seem to work the best indoors as my feet hurt to walk without shoes in the house. I had to change the inserts to add more arch support and good to go! Love them now.

These shoes were purchased for an elderly man with swollen feet. They were a perfect fit comfortable and with giving. He loved them He is 100 years old. Very very excellent and the price was reasonable for the high value and craftmanship of a proper shoe.

Something told me to give them a try. So I did and after 2 weeks of wearing them I can highly recommend the shoe. By the way before I purchased these shoes I purchased another brand and returned them no problem. This is my fourth pair of shoes over a number of years I have purchased from ZAPPOS and I am very satisfied with their service. ZAPPOS

I guess I really didn't pay attention to the pictures of these shoes. They are more like old man bedroom slippers than an actual ladies shoe. Comfortable to wear around the house, but wouldn't wear them out anywhere.

Perfect choice for my feet which are swollen some days but not others. Comfortable right out of the box. Even fit my orthotics, otherwise, I would say they could use more arch support.

The slipper was nice, it looked good and was sized correctly, but I thought the arch support was lacking. I was looking for better than this slipper offered.

These are great from the moment you put them on! Comfortable and non problem whether you wear socks or not—they’re adjustable! What a plus

THEY WERE NOT FOR ME

Fit was good for the size, wish they made a 4e.

I normally wear a 10 6E in my walking shoes (New Balance) but these slippers in 10.5 5E are working okay for me.

This was a great shoe for my husband coming out of a rehabilitation facility for back pain. Shoes were easy for him to get his feet into and provided good grip for walking.the adjustability of the shoe was also a nice feature.

God bless Zappos! My husband has such a hard time finding comfortable shoes- and he broke his finger so his sneakers are a pain-literally. He is a 4E but they only come in 3E and 5 E. Because of Zappos easy return I took a chance and tried both. One was too narrow and the other too wide. The style is meh but the comfort for him was off the charts. The search continues.

Sizing on these is a challenge. They oversize them to accommodate for foot medical issues, that's OK for the width since the strap can snug them up - but not for the length. So be prepared to go smaller on the length so they are not falling off your foot when you walk, unless you have a cast or bandage that artificially extends the length of your foot.

As per the other reviews, it does what it says in that its a comfortable, fully adjustable shoe. But as with their Viator shoe, the 5E width runs a half size larger than labeled.

After trying several shoes that didn’t fit, I’ve decided to keep this pair even though they aren’t “perfect” in size or fit.

1st day of wearing went well,fit felt good.will wear them longer today,and increase for the next few days.the others I ordered were too tight from the start,and didn't stretch thnx bill

Very pleased with the fit and overall comfort. I did notice that the shoe seems to retain moisture on the inside, Took them off and let them breathe.

The fit is true to size in both length and width. There is no appreciable arch support. Based on the manufacture, I would have expected these to be less expensive.

These shoes work well as slippers and are very comfortable. They fit is easily adjustable using the Velcro tongue. These are very warm and the material doesn't breath as well as other materials. My feet sweat in these when the temperature is above 60F.

SUPER COMFY, spent a whole day on my feet in these shoes, and was still comfortable at day's end. these shoes do feel a little different than something like a regular sneaker or loafer, so it does take a little getting used to, just cause the sides and top of the shoes are so light and soft compared to other shoes, but really super comfy. also very good if your feet have some changes due to losing weight or if you have problems with foot swelling, the velcro strap at the back of the shoe allows for extra flexibility in sizing
