I love this shoe. Which is why I was so persistent when I ordred it. I ordered a 8N. The pair I received was too small. So I ordered another pair in 8.5N. It was too large. I compared the 8N to the 8.5N and there was a very large difference between the two shoes. So I decided to order another 8N. This one fit perfectly. I returned all the the orginal 8N and 8.5N. I believe the original shoe size was actually a 7N!

These shoes are great! Very comfortable and sizing is perfect for me (probably run a little on the small side for average). Like them so much I ordered them in black as well.

Great shoe for everyday wear. I normally wear a 8 1/2 or 9 in flats, and the 8 1/2 fit perfectly for this shoe. I thought these might be a little too "old lady" for me, but they have a bit of a sheen to them and I have received compliments.

These shoes are cute and comfy and what I need but what's with all the rubber soles on all the flats? They all have an old lady look. Can anyone recommend a pair of black flats with leather soles?

I have problem feet, flat, wide and have bunions so I can only go by my feet. With that said the toe box and the leather was great for each problem. The size was true, I did not have to go up a size. My problem was that the shoes gaped or looked too wide on both sides, so I reordered them in a Medium width, felt too tight so it was not the width it was the way the shoe was designed and my feet are flat so that is a factor too. I really liked them. I want a comfortable flat that I can really walk in not just a sitting shoe.

Great fit, great style, great materials. Very comfortable for all-day wear at work. Can be dressed down casually or dressed up a bit. For a dress/work shoe, it has excellent support.

This shoe is very comfortable and cute. I wore it touring and doing lots of walking in Europe. My feet were swollen from the flight but the shoes still were comfortable. They still look like new after the trip! The shoes look great with the newer slim pants leg. I suggest buying a half size larger than usual.

These are very comfortable shoes for walking all day. However, after one day the leather stretched so much that I had to order the next size down.

I take a size in 8 1\2 in WW. I order a half size smaller. 8WW. The leather is very stiff. Going to take some time to sterch out and get softer. The shoe style is cute. Hopefully the shoes will softer strecth out more. I have another pair of shoes that Softspots I order in 8 1\2 WW wore them few times. The had strecth out to be to loose. Then had to put insole in make the shoe fit tighter. That why went with a half size smaller. My heel narrow then the front my feet. Otherwise I very pleased with these shoes.

Bought these in wide, and they are excellent shoes for my (extra-wide, pregnant, but normally fairly wide anyway) feet. I bought these for an outdoor wedding, and since I never wear flats at all (feet are too flat and wide), it was a challenge and now I LOVE these shoes. I chose them among about 12 different pairs that I then had to return. They are soft and comfortable, offer some arch support but also work with a Superfeet dress shoe arch support (and most flats are too shallow to be comfy for those!) I can wear them for a couple of hours, and the little heel and the dressy look are nice. Thanks, Zappos - Softspots are the best.

Love these shoes. Very well made and they have a wonderful cushy insole - so comfortable. I ordered a wide because I don't like lower cut shoes digging into my foot and leaving a mark. They are like slippers. I plan to purchase in a different color.

Cute and very easy to wear, looks really good on, love these shoes so much this is my 2nd. pair, bought the leopard came back for the navy.

These are some cute and distinctive flats! Sure, there's a tiny little heel, but it's really tiny! I love the contrasting colors and the comfy fit. I have a narrow foot, size 8.5 and that's just what I ordered. True to size and true to width. Give them a try!

Love this shoe! I needed something that I could comfortably walk in for a long period of time and that would look dressy enough for business. This fit the bill to a T and then some! Super comfortable, looks fantastic with dress pants/skirts/dresses and can easily be worn with casual pants/jeans. This shoe goes from daytime wear to evening with no trouble and my feet LOVE them. I have wide feet and my feet had no issue with this style. There is plenty of room in the toe box, so not only is it a good fit, it is comfortable.

This is my second pair of these. I've worn both out working at trade shows where you have to stand and walk a lot all while looking professional. Great comfy shoes.

I bought these shoes as I just started a new job. I know it is never a good idea to start wearing shoes on the job immediately (especially if you are going to be on your feet all day) but I did! To be honest they worked out great for me. The shoes are very comfortable and cushy - Softspots is a good name for the shoes as they were. I went back to these later in the week because another pair I purchased just was not as comfortable.

Not the most fashionable shoes in the world, but comfortable and appropriate for the office. I ordered the wides and they fit well across the toe box and do not fall off my heels.

I bought a pair of these for myself and my Mother, we both loved them from the start. When you first put them on they feel a little uncomfortable, but that only lasted for about a minute, after that total comfort all day, even when I come home I find myself still wearing them where I would normally put my slippers on. I have a bunnion and usually any type of shoe decoration that goes over the bunnion is very uncomfortable, not in this case at all. I cannot say enough great things about these shoes - they are highly recommended.

Without a doubt, these are the singularly most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever had on my feet -- from the get go! They feel as though they were made specifically for my feet only. Everything about how these shoes fit me is perfect. Eighteen months ago, my right ankle was completely rebuilt and I thought there would never be a pair of shoes I could tolerate. How wrong I was! Softspots and Posie, bouquets and kudos to you!

These are great shoes for teachers and others who spend a lot of time on their feet and don't always want to wear heels. The navy/brown combo goes with everything even if nothing else I'm wearing is blue, and they get a lot of compliments! I have size 10 feet that are slightly narrow, and these shoes in a size 10 medium fit me just fine. They're very supportive of my high arches, and they're still comfortable at the end of the school day. I'm considering another pair in a different color. Highly recommended!

I really like these shoes; however, being that I'm a 10 and a half I can't find a true size. These flats are one of my favorites. They have good arch support and is so soft inside. The toe box is roomy. I love these shoes.

These were comfortable from the very first wearing, no breaking in at all. I bought another pair for my Mother. They run true to size.

Love the style and soft insoles, but even after returning the first pair and getting 1/2 size larger than usual they still rub on the back of my heels and are uncomfortable by the end of the day.

I'm getting ready to order my 3rd pair of the Posies in black, plus I have them in navy and in brown. I wear one or the other of the colors every day at work. I could probably get rid of all my other shoes and save space in my closet. I have extremely wide feet and order them in WW. They are so comfortable right out of the box that I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
