I typically fit into a big size 11 (long, narrow foot), and these were way too small. They don't even offer a size 12. Too bad, I would have been happy to try out this company.

I really like these shoes. They are comfortable and so soft on the inside. I usually have to break shoes in, but not these. Only place I will buy shoes from now on. Great selection!

Very comfortable out of the box. Excellent arch support and supple leather. The pewter is not so grey though.

I just ordered my second pair of these shoes. I am a size 7, medium-wide width depending on the shoe, and a 7W fit perfectly. They are much more comfortable than most flats and the style is a nice change of pace from the usual plain basic flat. Reasonably priced too!

This is my second pair of this exact shoe- the first pair lasted several years with regular wear, and the leather broke in wonderfully (but they are still comfortable right out of the box). I suffer from multiple foot issues such as plantar fasciitis, so finding dress shoes that don't hurt at the end of the day is hard. This pair works great.

I have wide feet, and have a very hard time finding a pair of flats that fit me. For this reason I only own 3 pairs. With the pair of Softspots I now own four pairs happily! I purchased a double EE pair with a hope and a prayer that they would fit as not all of them do. I wore these to my daughters wedding and spent the entire day not thinking once about my shoes they were so incredibly comfortable, which is not always the case even when I purchase wide or extra wide flats, often I have to go through pain before they are comfortable. But not Softspots, I will definitely be purchasing more of this brand, and they are beautiful to boot! I rate them 5+ for comfort and style.

This shoe looked really "cute" so on a whim I decided to order a pair. The shoes are really very nice and comfortable so I'm happy I took the chance.

I bought this shoe in 2 colors--black, and navy blu/brown. Very comfortable and works well for wearing with formal work clothes. Easy to walk long distance with it.

This shoe manages to be comfortable and attractive at the same time. They are perfect for walking on the cobblestone streets of the South American city where we spend several months a year. The cushioned foot bed and the good grip on the bottom make me feel more sure footed. I am between sizes, and am glad I went for the larger size.

These are super comfortable! I have a wide toe box, bunions and arthritis in one big toe. I ordered these in wide and they are absolutely perfect. I like that they have a narrow look too, so I do not look like I have Flintstone feet. I walk a minimum of three miles a day - usually more. They have great bouncy soles, too. I highly recommend them.

I have only worn these shoes once, and that was to work. If they were any shorter I would not be able to wear them. After being on my feet all day, however, they were comfortable and I plan on enjoying them as in the end they are comfortable and cute as can be.

Most comfortable shoe ever! These shoes are not only professional but they don't kill your feet by the end of the long work day.

I am happy to have found a pair of black flats that are comfortable and look stylish. I did have to go up half a size but once I did, the shoes were perfect. First day out of the box I wore them all day and into the night. I love them!

Great shoes! True to size. If someone hasn't tried the shoes on ahead of you they could be a bit snug at first but they will fit you like a glove soon. True to size and width with fantastic support. Love the no slip soles. Zappos, you've got a real winner with the brand!

I love Softspots. These are replacing an older pair that I wore out. I bought the wide because of other reviews. Good decision. The 8W is very comfortable.

These shoes are great; dressy enough to wear to my niece's wedding next month without having to navigate spike heels. The fit is perfect (narrow) and they are so comfortable. I would recommend them to everyone.

This shoe met all my expectations and more! I had read the reviews so ordered the next wider width and it was perfect! The sales lady was so kind and helpful! This company is amazing!!

Wow...finally a shoe I can wear, so comfortable. I got it in wide as after having two kids my feet got bigger. Plus I have knee problems so can no longer wear heels. Wish I can find something similar with a 1 or two inch heel.

These shoes are great! Like walking on clouds. Seriously. The stitching in the back did cause blisters when I wore these the first time without socks, but otherwise they are so comfortable and cute!

Very cute shoe. My feet run slightly wide, so I started with an 8 wide, which felt a little snug in length and width. So I exchanged those for an 8.5 wide which feels perfect! Wore them to work yesterday (teaching, where I stand on and off for 6-8 hours) and they were terrific. Very pleased with the look, the price, and the fit.

This is a very comfortable shoe. I ordered the narrow, which is very narrow, even for me. A great shoe if you are on your feet for most of the day!

Love these shoes...my 4th pair. Work in a building with concrete floors, and the cushion is heavenly.
