WOW! This is a very comfortable pair of shoes. The top of the shoe hits above the large joint in the big toe, so so it does not rub on it, which I, and many of my professional women peers have trouble with. I have only had these shoes for a few weeks but I already notice the swelling that joint going down down down. Thank you SOftspots shoes for giving us a shoe that not only looks good, but is comfortable and sensible.

Great shoes for a city walking vacation- however they do run 1/2 smaller and a bit narrower ( maybe it's because they are super padded. When I tried to exchange, it was out of stock-the search continues. :(

These are my first Softspots, and I like them very much. Despite being flats, they feel well built and substantial. I've spent one full day in them so far, doing a variety of activities, and they performed quite well. Taking them off was not a huge relief, because they'd been comfortable all day long. I got a compliment on them from a shoe person, too!

This is such a comfortable flat. The heel make sit a bit more "polished" than simple flat flats. The size is good, I ordered 7.5 W and it fit nicely. The footbed is super comfy and the arch support is there!!! The heel was a bit loose but you can fix that with those heel grippers. The problem was the style. All my friends called this shoe "old lady shoes". Argh. Since I think the comfort is outstanding I ordered the panola style. So much better!

I wanted to like these shoes, but they appeared rather dowdy. I usually wear a 9 N and these ran short. Still looking for a stylish black flat with a hidden wedge heel.

I've got me some big ole feet. They are wide, they are thick and they have fairly high arches. And then there are the weird narrowish heels. Go figure. I'm mighty glad I've got them, but they still must be shod. To that end I have found that shoes sized 9.5 EE or EEE and 10 D or E usually do the job. Because customer comments mentioned this style seemed to run smaller than stated, I tried them in both a 9.5 and 10 EE, and found the 10 EE to be the best fit. There is adequate room through the toes, and the heel is snug enough to stay on my foot without blistering. I wore them right out of the box and walked around all day with no problem (weeelll, maybe a bit of discomfort on the ball of the foot that resolved quickly). All this said, I am satisfied with the shoes and recommend them highly. Further, I am extremely happy with Zappos' customer service. Kudos and thanks to all involved -- Tech, Phone Reps, Order Fulfillment Folks, Management and, well, everyone for creating such a terrific company.

I have painful feet--a rod and screws in one foot from a bad break and a bunion on the other. Most shoes hurt. Period. I ordered these and a pair of black, flat Naturalizers, in a 7.5. I put these on first and could not believe how comfortable they are. There is plenty of room in the toe box and the cushioning is fantastic. They do not hurt. In fact they feel good. They feel so good that I am returning the Naturalizers and buying these in black as well (I got the leopard print, which is lovely).

I have a short wide foot and the current styles cut below the big toe and rubs on the bone which can cause a bunion so I am careful not to buy a shoe that hurts that bone. I tried both a 6.5 W, 6 WW and 6.5WW and ended up with the 6.5W.

Super Cute & Comfy. The kind of shoe you can work in all day! I have a very wide foot and true size is between 11.5 and 12 WW. Bought these in 12 WW and just a shosh too long - fixed the problem with inserting partial footbed pads. The heel is just a bit higher than a true ballet flat, yet lower than a "kitten" heel. The leather, while leopard print, has a bit of metallic sheen- very subtle -giving the shoe a bit of extra chic. Buy 'em!

Super comfy right out of the box! I have purchased Softspots sandals before, and these are just as well made and well padded. I bought them to wear for a planned trip to London, which will involve all day walking interspersed with nice restaurants and theater visits. These look dressy enough to fit the bill. Many other walking shoes look too dowdy. My mom bought these in size 9.5 and they were also just perfect.

I love these shoes that fit right out of box. They have made me a creature of habit when buying flats. I have several pair in different colors. I know, boring but they meet all my needs with support, style, and traction. Love Zappos next day service. Shoe arrived in time for my trip. Thanks!

Purchased a size 11 double wide for my 12 year old niece. So hard to find age appropriate styles for her but this did the trick. The shoes are cute enough for kids (and nice enough for adults).

Foot issues have led me to wear flats almost exclusively, and these are very comfortable and stylish shoes for my desk job. I chose the copper metallic leopard, which goes well with pretty much all colors of pants, sometimes even looking a bit red depending on the light. The metallic finish and toe detail makes them look a little more dressy than plain matte shoes. So excited to find wide widths on Zappos that are nearly impossible to find in stores.

I am very disappointed in the sizing. I wear an 11½. I was hoping that the shoes would run a half size small. Unfortunately they run a whole full size small. These shoes only go up to a 12 so I have no chance to try a size smaller. They are very cute shoes. As I packed them up to return I thought how someone will be very lucky to have these shoes fit them. If it is you, have fun with them.

These shoes are really cute in person. I like the bronze color and slight sheen. They rub my heels when I walk, but I have extremely narrow heels and have that problem with almost all flats unless I put in heel grips. I also walk at my job a lot (~5 miles a day) so heel rubbing might not be a problem for my fellow narrow-heeled shoe shoppers who don't walk quite so much.

Granted I have not worn these out yet but I am very pleased with how they feel out of the box and the color and style are great.

The cushioning in these shoes felt wonderful...the toebox area felt wide enough for once (but I only walked around my house), but with a very high arch I worried about keeping them on my feet. reluctantly, I returned. Thank you Zappos!

These are my favorite shoes of all time. They are my go-to, daily work shoe, and they are dressy enough to play nicely with formal ensembles. I have them in practically every color, with back-up pairs in case my favorite color is discontinued. Don't hesitate anymore. Buy these. You'll love them.

Wow, this is a real padded insole and flexible sole! I got the metallic leopard spotted pair which are cute and prevent this shoe from being dumpy and frumpy. I wear an 8-8½ medium and these 8½ felt more like an 8 which is OK for me. After an initial walk around the house, the heel feels wobbly as if it was pushing my foot off of it to either side. They are so comfortable that I am going to road test them some more before deciding if I need to return them.

I love these! They are so comfortable! I will be ordering this brand again. And, of course, Zappos is the best!

I am so pleased with these shoes. I have extra extra wide feet, so it is hard for me to find dress shoes that fits comfortably. These shoes fit great and they are comfortable. They are great shoes for a good price. I love them. Thank you!

These are excellent work or play shoes. My only problem is I have WW feet and it is hard to find both width and length in stock. They make so few of the larger sizes. So I hope they stretch a little but it is sad not to be able to find shoes.

These are currently my favorite shoes. I have a wide foot and am a working mom. These shoes are exactly what I need to go easily from work to playing with the kids. They dress up and look great with jeans. They're super comfy and fit my wide foot. Love them.
