I loved these shoes. Very comfortable. Not quite narrow enough in the heel. Added a little pad. Perfect fit. Looked a long time for this style and heel height in my narrow size. Also loved the color.

I had to size this shoe down a half size from what I usually take in Cole Haan. I found the width to be perfect, and the shoes are gorgeous and amazingly comfortable. These are perfect work shoes.

Beautiful shoe, however it takes awhile to break in due to being patent leather. I got my normal size and it worked out fine.

These are beautiful! They fit true to size, I am always sort of between a 6 1/2 and a 7, the 6 1/2's worked perfectly. I wouldn't call them the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn, the whole Nike thing doesn't make these feel any better or worse than any other shoe. Overall though, I wold recommend them as they are a nice fit and they look lovely on the foot.

This is a beautiful shoe. Unfortunately, I have tried two sizes 7B and 7c and both are too narrow in the toe. So sorry.

Oh, how I wish I could keep these. They are the perfect nude pump. They look gorgeous on, have a nice moderate heel, and are sexy! But I cant even walk across the room in them. They simply wont stay on my feet; the heel is too wide to be fixed with pads.

These are very comfortable shoes. I have worn them 7 to 7 several times w/o any discomforts. The issue I have with them is the look. These are first round toe pumps I've bought and they do look granny, not going to lie. If that's ok with you, go for it. If not, Cole Haan also make semi-pointed and peep toe versions of these, which I love.

Attractive, comfortable (for heels) and true to size. A 5.5 fits me better in heels, but I bought a 6 in these because I am pregnant and wanted a little room for swelling. Like another reviewer mentioned, these are very stiff and my heel pops up sometimes when walking. I plan to play around with heel/toe inserts and find an ideal fit. The width felt fine to me, but my feet are average when it comes to width.

I tried on four other shoes. These were the most comfortable and stylish. I have not worn them, yet, however. I bought an 8½ based on reviews and they fit like an 8.

I love these shoes! They are absolute proof that you don't have to settle for a really high heel in order to get the awesome support of a platform. Bought 3 pairs to wear to the office - black leather, blazer blue patent, and sandstone patent. Size was spot on, although the heel width is a little wide for my feet - I do have narrow heels. The black leather pair squeaked really bad when I initially tried them on but didn't squeak the next morning when I tried them on for a second time - I'm chalking it up to the fact that it is the middle of Winter and the shoes had been on a cold UPS truck; because after being in the warm house overnight they didn't squeak anymore.

Even though I ordered my usual width, 2A, they were too wide in the heel. Otherwise, they are beautiful shoes.

I have ordered these shoes is all sizes, 6.5B, 6.5C. 7B and 7C. I can't find a size that fits right. My heals were slipping and all the toe boxes felt tight. I normally wear a 7 in flats and 7.5 in boots. These are not the shoes for me. I really hoped that since they cost so much they would be comfortable. Not the case for me. Very pretty though.

Classic Pump, not exactly "low". The heel height is at the top of my tolerance. It is a drop wide, but not too bad. I ordered a Stuart Weitzman pump at the same time for comparison but it wasn't available at shipping.

I love these shoes, but can't seem to get the right fit. A 9 is too snug in the width department, but just right in length. A 9.5 is right in the width but too long. And while they are sold in a 9 wide, no one on earth seems to have that size in Black. At this price, it's just too much money to compromise. But if I had that 9 wide, I'll be super happy. They are comfortable and literally perfect shoes. Just make sure you try on multiple sizes.

I just ordered these shoes and they are gorgeous. The toe box is very narrow so I'm going to try to reorder in a wide and see if that helps. Otherwise, I'm going to hope the shoes stretch a bit. Length of shoe seems ok, so I think the discomfort is from the narrow toe box alone.

Love the shoe, but the left one squeaks when I walk, and the toe box is too narrow. Overall shoe is not too narrow, but the toe is smaller than my other Cole Haan Nike Air pumps.

These shoes run small... guessing about a half size small but won't know for sure until I reorder. I think they will be comfortable once I get them in the correct size. It is so frustrating that shoe sizing can't be uniform. I was looking for a somewhat lower heel for work that emphasized comfort and these look polished and professional and seem to be of generally good quality. The only think I don't like is the visible seem on the inside of the shoe, which I was surprised to see for this brand.

Originally, I ordered a half size larger because other Cole Haan shoes I have with the Nike Air sole run small. This is not the case with this shoe. I exchanged them for my actual size and they fit fine. You need the snug fit to keep the shoe from slipping off your heel. That said, I found the new shoe comfortable and it looks beautiful on. I really love this shoe.

I love the style of these shoes, but they rub my ankles and hurt my toes a bit. I bought adhesive inserts for the back and that's helped a lot, but they still get slightly uncomfortable by the end of a work day. I've bought Cole Haan shoes before, and they tend to be much better after you wear them in a while. I'm hoping these will be the same.

Lovely shoe, but runs small. I have narrow heels, so I walked right out of this. Not as stylish as I would have liked, but lovely still and well made.

I needed lower heel but surprisingly they are not as comfortable as the higher heel. The heel of the shoe doesn't seem to fit as snugly. Otherwise, they are classy and relatively comfortable.

After looking for rich red heels, Cole Haan released their Chelsea line with an oxblood patent. With an unaffordable price tag for fun heels. After waiting patiently for these babies to go on sale, they did not disappoint. I ordered half a size up like I do for all Cole Haan shoes. The heel does feel a little narrower compared to other Cole Haan heels (think Air Miranda, Air Talia, or Air Juliana) but still very comfortable right out of the box. I love the classic shape of the shoe and the fun pop of color. They are my go-to shoes when I need a power moment at work.

Gorgeous oxblood color. Higher heel height than I expected, pleasantly. Would have been great but the heel slipped--guess the B width was not quite narrow enough, despite the impression I got from other reviews.

The shoe is really narrow. I do no have a wide foot and have never had to buy a C shoe. I ordered the size 7 shoe, and it was very narrow. The 7C was out of stock so I ordered a 7.5B, it was too big and kept slipping off my foot. Waiting for the 7C to be in stock.

I buy other Cole Haan products and don't have this issue. I bought these a full 1/2 size larger than I normally wear and still they were too tight.
