These are beautiful heels! I love the trendy silhouette but they still are not so high that they aren't comfortable. The navy blue is a gorgeous color, enough color that they are obviously blue, not just a dark flat navy. I wear all Cole Haan's 1/2 size up, so a 7 1/2 instead of my normal size 7. These fit very nicely. I have a high arch but some width at the ball necessitating the bit extra but it usually works to just go up 1/2 a size. I am pleased with this pump, dressy enough and still classy and not over done for daywear.

I don't normally spend even the amount of the sale price on a single pair of shoes, but this pump was exactly what I wanted and couldn't find anywhere else - color, heel height, round toe, modest platform, patent finish, no sparkle. Plus Cole Haan always provides excellent support and stability. The only negative I experienced is that the left shoe was a little wide in the heel and slips now and then, and I haven't had that happen with other pumps.

I bought these because I needed a go-to pair of black pumps for work. These were plain and stylish at the same time - perfect. At first I worried they may feel too tight after a few hours of wear, but after wearing them for a few days in a row for 8-12 hours per day, I can say that these shoes are worth the price. Not only did they feel good, but they also look great with dresses, pants, and jeans.

Love these shoes. They are the perfect height for both work and social occasions. I originally ordered an 8 wide, but it felt too narrow. I ended up getting an 8 1/2 Med. which felt wider. I put a pair of foot petals at the heel and on the inside of the vamp-now they fit like a charm! The vamp is high enough to cover my bunions-such a relief!

These are the most beautiful shoes I have ever bought; very elegant and classy. Love the lower heel height with the elevated platform, these are easy to wear and walk in. These were a special treat to myself and worth every penny!

These shoes are stunning and super comfortable. I rarely wear shoes with such a narrow heel (usually wear a chunkier heel), but these are nice ans sturdy and I don't wobble at all walking in them. I have a fairly wide foot and bought them in a wide or "C" width. I highly recommend these!

I have three different colors of this shoe (navy, sandstone patent, red). The platform makes "heels" wearable for those, like me, that can't handle much higher heels. They are classic pumps for work and will get much wear. I hope Cole Haan creates a similar shoe with a more pointy toe! I will again, buy multiple colors. The sizing for me was true to size for all three colors.

Gorgeous shoe. I'm a loyal to the brand and Cole Haan heels always fit the same for me. Somehow, these actually ran too big. Decided they're cute enough to justify trying a size smaller.

So pretty and I suspect it would be very comfortable if only it wasn't squishing my toes. I'm going to have to try another half-size up.

I like these over the SW Blog and AK Wesiter. Fit is great, wide toe box without being too big in the back. Good coverage. Like the sneaker bottom that doesn't look like a sneaker. Went with the Cole Haan Low Chelsea Pump over the regular Cole Haan Chelsea for everyday use at work. Great classic colors and style.

Beautiful shoe! I hesitated because of the platform but it really makes the heel height even more manageable! Super comfy - love the wooden heel!

Beautiful shoe. Unfortunately the narrow isn't very narrow. I could not keep my foot in it when I walked. I had to return it.

I'm in LOVE with this shoe. Looks elegant despite feeling like a very low heel. Nike Air technology just makes it even more comfy. I tried on 5 pairs of nude pumps and kept only these. Many reviewers complained sizing is too small; sizing must be inconsistent. I always wear a 6 or a 6.5. The 6 is a little more roomy than normal for me.

I have been looking for a nude heel for my narrow foot and I found it. I had to make some adjustments in the ball of the foot with a pad, but now it is just right and my heel stays put. I ordered the 8N. It is stylish and comfortable. Thank you Zappos!! Wish Cole Haan would make a strappy lower heeled sandle in the same color.

I loved the style but it ran very small. In the mean time I found another that was amost identical but half the price --Anne Klein.

Absolutely the best made shoe I've ever had on my feet. Unfortunately I took the advice of other reviews and ordered a half size up. I wear a 10 1/2 and ordered an 11. The order arrived super fast - Love Zappos service - best ever, so I was able to try them on at the end of a long corporate day. Sadly - too large. The leather and construction is impeccable. I will definitely reorder in my true size.

Was actually hoping I wouldn't love this shoe because of the price But I love it! Was looking for a low heel in a neutral color and this seems perfect. Love the platform look and it is true, it doesn't seem as high of a heel when you have a platform. The leather is very beautiful which I expected at this price point. All around a great shoe.

I love these pumps. I find them very comfortable and wear them pretty much every day to work. I have a desk job that also requires me to be out and about quite a bit. I don't need any extra anything inside the shoes or on my feet to make them wearable. I bought a 6.5 which is a little loose first thing in the morning but once I get going they fit just perfect. I've found Cole Haan to fit my foot well and now have several versions of the chelsea pump (heights, colors) just because they seem to be made for my foot. Simple, easy & cute!

This shoe is perfect for those that have a professional job that requires a lot of walking/ running around. I am attorney who has dreaded long days on marble floors until I was tipped off about Cole Haan's heels. The heel height is perfect without looking too high or too short. The Nike air inside and built in skid protector on the sole is genius. I get tons of compliments on them. Best purchase I have made for my wardrobe. If only their flats were as reliable and comfortable.

These are def worth the price. Comfortable and classy. I cannot walk in very high heels but feel too old for kitten heels and this heel works very feel for me.

I am a die-hard Cole Haan fan. As a trial lawyer, I am on my feet and running through courthouses most days of the week. Despite all that running around, heels are a must. Cole Haan is the only brand that has ever held up under that strain. The Chelsea both at this height and in the higher heels are my favorite Cole Haan shoes. I am almost tempted to buy one in every color as they are well worth the price.

I have the hardest time finding comfortable shoes that are also cute, let alone heels. These were hands-down the most comfortable and stylish pair of pumps I've ever worn! Wish I could afford to buy them in all the colors!

Beautiful, classic pump. I purchased these to wear to a wedding but they would be appropriate for many less formal or business situations. These definitely give you the Kate Middleton look!

These are such a gorgeous pair of shoes! I am still deciding if I want to keep them. I got one pair that were slightly too tight and reordered... these are just a smidge too large. However they are the perfect color and height. I was hoping to wear these as my wedding shoes in January (my colors are black white and burgundy, so seriously, these are stunning). I'll take them to try on when I have my dress fitting to see if it works!

This shoe is flattering and more comfortable than any pump I have purchased. I have had tons of compliments and the color goes with everything.
