Zappos is less than okay. The show AWESOME

Strangely, these shoes fit my husbands feet well. He consistently wears a 12 wide and typically nothing else works. I tried the size down from these and too small so I tried these next and though they are not listed as wide they work. I would have to assume the Naot’s run a bit wide considering this. Color is a handsome brown and he likes the simplicity of the shoe. Haven’t had long enough to speak of its lasting ability, durability and lasting comfort but at this price I’m hoping for great results

This is an awesome shoe but the shoe is heavy

I bought these shoes for casual and flexible style while attending conferences and travel. They’re working great so far! I’m typically a 13 wide in dress shoes so I chose these in 14. They were a bit snug at first but are fitting well with enough width. Because of the toe shape my wife thought they were boots at first!

My husband loves these shoes. He has flat feet and has struggled to find shoes that give him the support he needs. After trying a host of other shoes, these are the ones that give him what he needs. He also has a narrow ankle/heel and these do not slip off while he’s walking.

These shoes are made from a higher quality leather than a similar style I used to purchase from Bjorn. Extremely supportive! Great with jeans! As with all fine leather, follow the instructions on the box. The quality is quite good for the price.

Love Naots! They don’t come in a wide, so I ordered a 14 instead of 13. Makes them roomier. I have no padding on the bottom of my feet, totally disintegrated, so I always wear shoes to avoid foot pain. Naots have the right amount of arch support and are classy.

These are some of the best looking shoes I've purchased in a while. As others have mentioned, you'll get a little creasing above the toes, but it actually improves the look IMO. I'm usually a size 9 w/a high arch on a narrow foot and didn't need to add a different footbed like I normally do. Comfortable as heck right out of the box, with almost no break-in period. If you've got a wide foot, or wear heavy socks, I would go a 1/2 size up.

Sturdy yet comfortable, good arch support. Buying another pair.

Great fit right out of the box. Everything that has been said about this shoe is true. Zappos is the best place to purchase shoe. If they don't work easy to return. Truly a great company!!

I get so many complements on these shoes. They provide great support, while also looking current and stylish.

Shoe size runs very small.

Compared these to a pair of black Clarks, and these have much nicer leather uppers - rich thick supple black. They have the elastic of Blundstone, but this is not an Australian hillbilly shoe, it's a bit dressier. Fit is nice. It's my first shoe without laces and it hold firm but not tight. I'd never heard of this brand but I'm really impressed.

Zappos' customer service is incredible as is their delivery speed. These shoes look great, and felt comfortable right out of the box. They do mold to your feet after several wearings and continue to get more comfortable. I usually purchase Ecco's, but very impressed with this Naot shoe.

I wear a size 13 in virtually all brands. I ordered size 13 in this shoe and would say it's length is a standard 13 from heel to toe and width as well. It is most definitely tight on the top of the shoe but not uncomfortable so. I have flat feet. I suspect these will break in a bit and end up fitting quite well. The footbed is excellent and I prefer the comfort over Mephisto (size 12).

This was the first pair of Naot shoes that I have purchased. It will not be the last. They were extremely comfortable right out of the box. The foot bed is amazing. The shoes are the best pair that I have ever owned.

Great shoes -- comfortable right out of the box, nice leather, style is versatile and can be dressed up or down, top-stitching adds a nice visual touch.

Beautifully made quality shoe and very comfortable. I had the boot version previously, which was a fav in my collection). The shoe does get a crease across the toe cap with wear, but if you put a form in it you can mitigate the issue.

These are really nice shoes. They fit true to size, look great and are reasonably priced for the quality. They look great with jeans and a nice shirt. They need very little time to break in.

Excellent shoe. Fits perfect, true to size. Not too heavy and feels and looks like quality. A little stiff the first night out but quickly broke in and now very comfortable.

These are so comfortable and look cool, almost like a boots under the pant leg. Dressy casual and allows you to walk for days!
