I have wide feet and have been searching for a comfortable winter boot for weeks. I bought these and wore them all day in excellent comfort. Haven't used them in snow or rain yet but sure they will be great!

Love these boots keeps the dogs nice and warm and dry ! I wouldn't but anything else but North Face !

These are the best shoes for winter without a doubt. I have tried a variety of brands but these are just superb. Excellent insulation. Your feet cant get wet, at all! Look stylish. Overall I am really impressed. If you live in a cold infested area, these are your final solution!

Tight around the foot and opens up at the toes. No pinching and feels already broken in.

These boots are incredibly comfortable and warm. I wear them everywhere, I highly recommend.

Extremely comfortable considering the waterproof look. I really enjoy them so far in the rain and I think this winter will be a pretty good one wearing these bad boys.

This is my third pair of north face boots... They getting better and better... Very soft and also they look like they are bulky and heavy... But in the reality that are soft as a flip flops... First day I wear them I walk for about 1 hour nonstop in a 10 hour day... No complaints at all..... North face... You know what you doing

I work outside year round. And I also walk 10 miles a day at work. These boots are perfect in temps ranging 15-35 degrees. And I also use them in the snow with a pair of gators. There is no break in period with North Face boots. They are great boots.

Great boots! All around feels comfortable. Had to break in the rubber toe a little but now everything is perfect. They hold up well in snow and slush. Feet are always dry and warm. Thanks North Face!!

I purchased these boots last year and I have no complaints!! The fit is outstanding and I have wide feet (US 13). I also purchashed a pair for my older son!!! Great in all conditions!

This is another boot I thought it would be appropriate to submit a review for during the The Polar Vortex, or what's called Winter up here in Canada. This boot is one that I wanted to love...I'd just bought a pair of Iceflare Mids as I wanted a 0C to -20C boot and then I got these for the colder temps, -20C to -30C, essentially so each boot would have time to dry out between temp changes. The big problem, for me, is the narrowness!! I'm just over a size 13 so I got 14's expecting to have room. No sir. All my other TNF boots and shoes, in 14, are a perfect fit. With flat feet and a high instep, there is very little room... I've got the laces as loosely tied as they can be and still it's just a little too snug. This in and of itself is not really a problem other than when I step outside in the cold... because the boots are so snug, the insulation isn't really given a chance to do it's job properly. 400g Primaloft usually indicates a boot is good to -30C or so. Due to how narrow the boots are my toes and instep are starting to get frosty fairly quickly at -13C to -15C. I'd be inclined to put a wool sock on to help with the warmth but I can't get it into the boot. Yes, that snug. That said, the boots are (discounting the narrowness) very comfortable! I overpronate and the Northotic footbed is very supportive.The sole is quite good in snow and ice; I always feel steady trudging through the elements. The ankle cut is a perfect fit; I usually have one ankle that never really likes being in mids, but not these guys. All in all, though I have fit issues, I can't recommend the Snowsqualls more..for folks with normal to narrow feet. If you've got wide feet, move along, nothing to see here folks. For you, get the Iceflare Mids, lotsa room in those with -25C rating.

We bought these for my brother because he'll be going away to college soon, to Philadelphia. It might snow there a bit more than New York City, and let me tell ya, he really loves the boots! He was at first thinking of buying Timberland boots but at the last minute he changed his mind. Very comfortable and they will keep his feet dry! Great for rain too.

I am very pleased with the purchase of the snowsquall mid. They are very comfortable and a pleasure to walk in. They are much warmer then I thought they would be. The styling is outstanding.

I bought these boots for my son, Jimmy, for Christmas as a surprise. He had not asked for boots and was very surprised to receive them. He loves them!!! He has lived in them since he received them and just told me last night that they are just what he needed. Of course, the weather has been perfect for needing boots, so the timing was perfect. Yeah, Mom. For once, you did something right!!

Awesome Boots, I Originally had the chilkats 2 but returned them and ordered this and couldn't be satisfied. The size is perfect and I did not have to order a size larger or smaller. The design is incredibly comfortable and will keep you extremely warm. I will definitely buy another pair .

I just purchased these boots today after the first snowfall of the year and I couldn't be happier with this purchase. These winter boots have a great lightweight feel to them and I like the mid-height of these boots. The tall boots tend to rub against my shins and I find that I can only wear those tall boots with really tall socks. I have been wearing these mid height boots all day with ankle socks and they have not only been really comfortable, but also incredibly warm. Definitely not worried about the quality and longevity of these boots either. I know I'll have these around for a really long time.
