I purchased 3 of these fleece vest, Dec. 2022. The zipper broke on 2 of the vest and made the garment(s) unusable . SO, I needed to replace the garment for my wife.

Soft and cozy but ran way too small. Returned this item for larger size

Cozy vest. Nice material. I got a mediun because a few people said it ran small, but actually it's a little looser then I want. Hoping to get a puffy one soon and will get a small.

Nice vest, quality product but had to return due to size. Followed the chart but was too small.

His Columbia fleece vest isn't quite up to par compared with my previous Columbia items I've purchased.

Nice vest, fits great, very warm! However the color is a very light grey, almost a white grey. The picture shows a darker grey, which I thought I was getting. That is why I gave it 3 stars, other wise if the color was more like the picture, I would have given it a 5 star review.

I have this vest in 3 colors. Love the darker colors but the white is a disappointment. It's thin enough that you can see through it except where the pockets are. (There's a double layer of fabric there to construct the pockets). Wish the whole vest was consistent.

Pocket seams have gaps in them, so when I put my phone in my pocket the first time, it fell right through the pocket. Waist is kind of big.

I bought 1 Benton fleece jacket & 2 Benton spring vests (different colors), all in a size MEDIUM. The jacket fit perfectly but both vest were awfully snug, especially in the chest area. Had to return and reorder both vests in LARGE. Only upside is they arrived pretty quickly.

Bought this vest a year ago & decided I'd like to have another. When the vest arrived & I tried it on it had weird puckering, most notably by the 'Columbia' tag. I thought maybe if I washed it, it would solve the problem. It did not. I'm very disappointed, as I love my other one so much!! I won't be sending back because I washed it. I will just use it on camping trips.

This ran quite a bit smaller than my older one previously purchased a couple of years ago. The cost to return is not worth the amount refunded. Next size up would be perfect for me.

Although the quality and size were perfect, the "black" vest was actually a charcoal grey and I had to send it back. If color had been true, I would have given it five stars.

Good quality, well-made vest. The fleece was nice and thick. While most of the vest fit, it was waaay too roomy in the midsection. Ideal if you want to carry your chihuahua around in the front of your vest. I'm 5'3" 118 lbs. and ordered the small. Back it goes. Love, love Zappo's return policy!

I bought a similar Columbia vest last winter that I like much more. It is fleece like this one, but slightly different (has taped hem and cuffs and zippered pocket on chest). Last year's fit well in a size S and was a good length. I bought this one in both S and M because of reviews. The S was too small and too short. The Medium was also too short, but too big/boxy. The other thing I don't like about this one compared to the one I bought last year (which I can't find anymore), is the the Benton Springs vest is bulkier and the fleece feels thicker. I prefer less bulk, whether I'm wearing under a jacket or indoors. Returning.

Arm holes are a bit big and roomy throughout the stomach but good for layering thicker shirts underneath

Cute, cozy and warm. 5'5" and 129lbs average build I ordered a small and it's fits very loose over a long sleeve shirt. I can fit it over a very thick sweatshirt so I guess it all depends on how you like to layer.

Great shade of navy - very versatile! Sizing is confusing -- Sz L was too small at hips, Sz XL is too big under the arms and almost too big at the hips. Will keep and make adjustments to it. Other Columbia Vests I have are sz L and fit beautifully. Not sure why this one fits differently. That's why I'm giving it only 3 stars.

I ordered the vest in Dynasty (no longer available) and expected something a bit closer to a purple. Instead, it came in a Grover (Sesame Street) color that wasn't very flattering. I would recommend a different color.

This vest was much too thin and light. I wanted something more sturdy and this was not it. If you do end up purchasing this item, I would try a size up as I put this on and was a little squished.

I was looking for the vest to be a little thicker. It was too lightweight to wear alone. Would be good it you use it as a layer under a jacket.

I looked at the fit guide before purchasing this product and a size small seemed perfect for me. When I sit down with the best zipped, it bunches up. I could fit probably four layers between me and the vest. So if you think a size is perfect, go down one. Otherwise, this vest is very warm and a great purchase.

The product is fine. If you know what size you usually order from online stores, you will want to go down one size with Columbia. Maybe even two sizes if you like things fitted.

I started with a 1X assuming true to size. Returned it for XL. Returned that for a Large. Satisfied now.

I returned this vest. I was looking for a more tapered fit and this was too boxy. I wish it had worked out because it looked like a nice vest.
