Had to return because it was smaller than expected

Color doesn't match what's advertised, it's comfortable but I bought it more for the color which didn't match the color advertised : ( The colors are very dull and not as vibrant in the pictures.

Material was strange feeling. My daughter could not wear it and be comfortable.

It's a very nice jacket and warm and fuzzy but the zipper on the right pocket is broken

I bought 2 jackets 3m-c ago.PROBLEM WITH ZIPPERS!!!!! Short time for this price.

This was a lot thinner than the last one I ordered . The zipper broke the first month I had it Wore it 3 times. Cost more to put a new zipper in than I paid for it.

The women's fleece jacket is a flat fabric not fluffy as fleece from another company purchased several years ago... However, it seems warm. The raglan sleeve shoulder is big and the width at the hem is snug giving the jacket a sort of ice cream cone shape. Will keep, but won't order another of this brand.

I have owned several Benton Springs jackets the zipper on my favorite one broke in February and I finally got around to ordering a new one for this upcoming winter. Let me start off by saying the purple they have now is horrible, I do not like it. I feel like it's more pinkish purple. The Columbia logo is embroidered on my other jacket and now it is a tag that says Columbia, the material on the new jacket is not as thick as the other ones I have. And in the collar on the new ones there is like the crinkle material in my sure it makes an annoying sound when you mess with the collar, And there is no way to remove it without cutting the collar, my other ones did not have this. I don't recommend the new jackets until they change them back to the previous ones, I mean they charge enough for them. Im very disappointed in these jackets now.

Not a true black. More grayish. Quality was so-so. It is warm and comfortable, but I was disappointed with the color.

I didn't like the quality. It doesn't look classy at all.

I love Columbia jackets and the products you offer, I have been in-store customer for past many years and I buy them for myself, my family and for my office staff. However this year the experience was a little sour. The colors which are available online do not at all match to the true colors when you get the product, I went to the store and purchased the same jackets as I had to return all of them, which I bought online. It was particularly embarrassing as I was giving them to my employees

Doesn't seem original. Quality is cheap. Construction poor - arms are very big both in length and width. Color said dark plum, but it looks more like a dull faded bleached plum. Isn't soft - more of a rough fleece. Overall unsatisfied. Doesn't feel like a quality product., seems like a cheap knockoff.

Looks great and fits well, however the zipper stopped working after a couple of months.

Do not buy this if you want a black jacket. It said black when I bought it...black on the packing slip...black on the tag, but sadly it looked more like a gray and not even a really dark gray...very disappointing as I wanted a black coat for a specific outfit.

I was looking for a simple quality fleece jacket, but was disappointed. The fleece is not soft. It's the least soft of any other fleece I have purchased from any store. It's very thin too - you can see light through the material. I had purchased a Columbia fleece jacket and waterproof coat combo years ago. The fleece on that was soft, perfect weight, warm and comfortable. I wanted to get a similar fleece jacket again, but this certainly is not it. I purchased the color "Eve", which was lighter in tone and color than it appears online. Overall did not like it, and returned it. Our family buys most of our outerwear from Columbia in store on a regular basis and I thought I couldn't go wrong with buying Columbia brand fleece online, but I was wrong.

I bought this for a Christmas present for my daughter. I ordered the XL which is normally my size, thinking I could maybe use it for myself too but upon it arriving and when I tried it on it didn't fit me.

I was so excited to get my first order from Columbia...until I tried on the fleece jacket. The front of it is nice and thick, but the entire back panel was very thin. It seemed to be about 50% thinner than the front. There is no way that would keep me warm, even in the Southern climate. I am returning it. What a pity. I guess I will have to look elsewhere for a thick fleece jacket.

not correct size, have other same size jacket fits much better.

The pictures shown are not an accurate representation of the actual color. The so-called pond color is depicted as gray rather than the green that you see in person. Other than that, the product is excellent.

I was disappointed with the color, it looked very different from the picture in the website. I would probably not want it if it was this color. Quality is good.

I love Columbia merchandise, but I do not like this style of coat. The fit is off. It needs to be a little bit longer. I even tried the large & it just got boxier but was still too short. I'm sad because I really wanted this jacket to work.

This jacket is uncomfortably short.. like I raise my arms and it comes up. I am constantly pulling it down so it doesn't look like a child's jacket on me. This is very sad because for the past 5 years I've purchased one of these exact jackets every fall and none of them have ever fit this terribly. i am 5'2 so I can't imagine how this jacket would look on someone who is tall.

This low rating is due to the color. I ordered navy, which is usually pretty standard and reliable. The jacket arrived and was not anywhere NEAR navy. It was a muddy, medium grayish blue. Too expensive to mail back and no Columbia store near me. Guess I am stuck with it. Will not order online again, too much hassle and too many things left to chance.

looks good and feels good from outside. but when you put your hands in the pockets the lining is cheap scratchy fabric. and if air blows you freeze as its thin fleece in reality.
