How do you screw something this basic up so badly, that you can't get the bag off of ogio luggage? It slides on fine but getting it off takes two hands and alot of cursing shouldn't be this hard. Bought a new ogio tavel bag at the same time, so no excuse that they are from different periods. Decent bag otherwise

I have used ogio for years and always loved them,until I bought this new bag. Uncomfortable to wear small on the shoulders. Bulking because of protection shell. I will think twice about buy another ogio. No exchange available!

The product is fine. However, it wasn't a good fit for the person I purchased it for. It's been a month since the product has been delivered at OGIO and I have still not been reimbursed!

I have used it on my second trip and the bag strap has started to tear.

I can't write a review on the pack because the shipping department is struggling reshipping the my order

The iPad compartment is at the soft front compartment and the main compartment pressed against the front compartment and bent my iPad and rendered it out of commission. The iPad can't be repaired and is now a paper weight.

This is the 3rd email I've gotten to review the product. It's been 3 weeks since it was ordered and it has yet to ship.

Loved my previous Ogio back back but have had issue already with this one

I'm 6' 190 lbs, can't even wear it, straps are for a 10 year old. What happened? You guys used to make great bags.

I expected a much more durable product due to my experience with Ogio in the past. I am not sure I will purchase another bag.

Just received my OGIO, Renegade RSS Black Backpack. Looked like I would love it as it was going to be utilized in a corporate environment for my laptop etc. However, there was a small, almost fully used bottle of hand sanitizer in the shoulder strap cell phone compartment on the bag; sticky bottle! I know this isn't OGIO's fault, but I refuse to pay good money for an item that was a clear return. This is unfortunate for me because this was the last bag they had in Black with metal zippers as the newer ones have plastic Being the second delivery in a row from ZAPPO's to be given a previously shipped, clearly used item, not sure i'm willing to take a chance on a third. How or why else would hand sanitizer be in this specific pocket. A sure way to lose this customer is by being given used merchandise. I didn't have a chance to rate on comfort or style as I would want at least a few days to evaluate, so the overall has to be 1 Star. However, looks like a solid performer by OGIO. Now lets see if this review is posted by the Zappo's staff?
