I have lots of trouble finding comfortable shoes to fit that are pretty and stylish. These really fit the bill. Very comfy, fit well and the heel height is fine for the office.

I love the height of the heels on these shoes and the feminine style! I always have trouble finding the proper width for my toes and still feel snug in the heels etc. With these shoes I still have to use a heel pad and I am looking for a very thin insert to the whole shoe to fill the gap in the top of the shoe. I purchased a WW. Zappos is wonderful because you can keep trying different sizes until you find the one that is comfortable!

I really wanted these to work, but unfortunately I couldn't get the fit right. I have previously worn a size 7, but have been trying to find wide shoes in pumps as the non-wide pumps are no longer working for long days on my feet. The 7W were falling off my feet and the 6.5W were pinching my toes. If you can get the fit right, I think they will be lovely! They appear well made and ignoring my sizing issue they are very comfortable.

Bought these shoes for a reunion...they worked great! Fairly comfortable but definitely a sensible stylish pump for us almost 60 rockers!

I really liked this shoe, but I felt it was a half of size to big. I exchanged it for half size down. Hopefully, this size will fit.

Very true to size. I was pleasantly surprised by the subtle sparkle these shoes have. Love them. Plan to buy more in different colors.

This shoe is beautiful, comfortable, and stylish. The only problem is that with my foot - wide at the toes because of a bunion - it showed pinkie toe cleavage, which just looks odd to me. Here's hoping I can find another Trotters pump without the same problem.

Very cute shoe! I wish it stayed on my narrow heels! As it is, it won't stay on, so I have to return it :( I ordered the 8 1/2, and often wear this size, but it was still way too big even with the foot petals in the toe to keep me sliding forward.

Beautiful shoe nice cushion, but toe is very pointy. I am usually an 8.5, but retuning these and trying the 9. Toes are too scrunched. Hoping the size 9 works.

Ordered this in the snake print in my normal size, 9.5 narrow. Very attractive shoe but a little short. Right foot felt ok but snug, but the left toe box pinched my toes. Ordered it again in the 10 narrow. This felt great right out of the box, but there was a bit of a gap at the heel. Shoes stayed on fine now, but wasn't sure that they would after they are broken in, so sadly, they are going back too. :(

I initially ordered the 7.5 and it was small; I ordered the 8 and while there is a little gap in the back of the heel, the show worked well for me - this is a good basic at a fair price. Zappos service 2nd to none. P.S. I have a pet chicken named Paulina. :)

I was looking for "the neutral shoe" and didn't want to spend hours on the balls of my feet. So, the low heel is perfect. I was worried that these would look cheap, but I like the snake-skin look is novel, and they look neutral, but not boring, on.

These shoes are beautiful but I think they run a bit small! I wear an 11N but had to go up to a 12N to avoid pressure where the toe starts to narrow! I do love them!

I usually wear 7.5M in heels, but these were way too large for me. Sad that there were no 7M available.

The leather is so soft and the support in these shoes is great. The most comfortable work shoes I have worn in a while. Unfortunately the heel was a bit shorter than I hoped - I am only 5'3" as as much as I hate wearing higher heels this was just felt too short to me.

Of the nine mid-height pumps I tried on, these were the most comfortable. In a wide size the toe box is (almost) wide enough for me, and the insole padding is good (though it can always be better in my book). I prefer a stacked heel (because it wears better), but the wrapped heel on this shoe is nicely done, apparently in the same high-quality leather that was used on the upper. There is no arch support to speak of, and--a related issue in my opinion--the shoe suffers from "Minnie Mouse effect": The outsole is so danged flat through the instep that there has to be a lot of leather from there up if the shoe is to stand any chance of even reaching the foot, let alone providing any actual stability. Why can't they shape pumps so that the outsole more accurately reflects the shape of the average instep? Then a little extra padding in the insole would be sufficient to help with high arches.

Pinched my toes and made my feet, legs and back ache. LOOKED FABULOUS. I had to give them away...

After a couple of months , the seam along the outer toe has split causing a small crack in the patent leather on the right shoe. It is very disappointing as I really, really like this shoe. It is the quality that lowered my star rating.

I am a solid 10 in all of my shoes. My feet were swimming in these, not in length but overall shoe.

The nude color is very odd -- almost a peach or yellow? I did not care for that at all. It's also a patent leather which maybe I missed in the description. The Wide width still felt narrow, and the length was big by at least a half size. Very pointy toe. The heel height was nice. Overall quite disappointed
