Wow! 177 Ladies can't be wrong, so I went ahead and bought as pair of these Clarks. I'm so excited, I got the 9 Medium width in Red, which is more of a brick red, fine by me, and I love them right out of the box. They are super cushy walking my dog, that's mainly what I got them for, the long suburban treks with my best pal. I bet she wishes she had Clarks because now she has to keep up with me versus the other way around! I am so happy with this purchase. They are expensive, but they are well worth it. The only thing is my feet get sweaty in them which on a breezy 14 degree F day outside, makes my feet actually cold, but I was wearing cotton socks, so I switched to my light hiking wool socks and that made an improvement in that department, still sweaty, just moisture wicked away. But, hey, its a waterproof shoe! So I'm happy overall! And so is my pup!

What a great walking shoe. I'm going to Europe for two weeks next year and being a size 11 shoe I knew I needed to start early to look for a touring shoe. Lots of walking in my future! Found this shoe and liked the look, because it looks athletic without looking like a sneaker. What can I say, from the moment I tried it one it FELT wonderful! I even talked by best friend into getting a pair. We both love them. Here is what we found. My BFF wears a size 10, but got the size 11. I wear a size 11 and bought the size 12. She has a narrow foot and I have a wide one, but going up one size worked for both of us. I found that most Clarks feel a whole size smaller. I've had these for three weeks and they are just getting better as I break them in. The pair I got were suede so I sprayed them with protectant. Note:these shoes are waterproof, so the tongue is one piece continuously attached to the shoe. I've worn them in the rain every day for 1 1/2 weeks and they still look brand new. Now I'm waiting to get a pair in black for Christmas. I think both pair will be touring Europe with me in the Spring. What a great buy. While I bought the size 12, they DO NOT look like a size 12 on my feet. They are wonderfully designed! KUDOS to Clarks!

I love these shoes. I had a pair last year and bought another in blue this year. Comfortable, durable and I receive compliments on them all the time. I have not purchased a pair for my daughter.

This comfortable shoe gets 5 stars. From day one of wearing them my feet did not hurt. I have gotten a lot of compliments on theses shoes.

Comfortable, really good-looking shoe! I have been looking for a walking shoe that will be comfortable on my wide feet for a day of walking, but that I can still wear sightseeing in a city without looking like a dork. Had to go half a size up, which I did, and the fit is great!

Bought these shoes 3 months prior to my trip to Europe, because I have very fussy feet. Wore them off and on to break them in. I took these and a pair of Nike's on the trip and ended up wearing these 100% of the time after my Nike's gave me blisters. Loved them walking all over Venice, Italy and Lyon,Chamonix, Colmar, Strasbourg and Paris. In fact I'm now wearing them to work every day too. I did order up a 1/2 size to a 9. I also ordered them in wide.

I purchased these shoes about 2 months ago. I have problem feet that require orthodics in my shoes. I had instant relief from my 2nd and 3rd metatarsal pain. I have found the fit true to size, although the heel is a wee bit loose on my foot. It has not been a problem though. I can easily wear these shoes from sunrise to sunset with no problem. I spent three full days touring University campuses with my son and never even thought about my feet.I highly recommend these shoes and wish that Clarks offered a dressier version!

Super comfortable. Purchased these for long fall/winter walks with my dogs. I got the color called Red, but they are really a beautiful Burnt Orange as pictured. Really great color!

I read the reviews and gave them a try. They are awesome. I am a picky shoe person and these are comfortable and cute with jeans. I wear a lot of tennis shoes so these are a little different feel but for walking all day, they are perfect.

I got these shoes several months ago in prep for a trip to Italy and France. I usually wear an 8.5 or 9 depending on the width. I got these in 9 wide. I am not sorry. The toe box was just right. In fact I wore these almost every day all day long on my two week trip. My Nike tennis shoes ended up being two narrow in the toe box. The arch support wasn't that great but not bothersome. The soles were perfect for walking on all the uneven surfaces. And we did encounter some rain. My feet stayed dry. Looking forward to wearing them this winter in NYC.

Talk about comfort! Like walking on a cloud and speaking of clouds, they are waterproof. Forget those boots on a rainy wet day. They tend to be a tiny bit narrow at the toe but you can adjust the shoestrings for a proper fit. My daughter said they look like bowling shoes, but everyone else thinks they are really cute, especially in the red (which I have).

These shoes are so comfortable! I have neuropathy in the bottom of my feet and these shoes really help me to walk more comfortably. The color duo also makes my big feet look smaller!

Good support and comfy. I waked Manhattan for 4 days right out of the box. I didn't use my custom orthotics and had no problems. Definitely worth the price and easily as comfortable as more expensive shoes that advertise that I have bad feet

Super comfortable from the first wearing, lightweight, versatile. A nice cross between a walking and a casual shoe. Two pair of laces came with the shoes, one solid black and other a black and neon green combo.

These shoes are great! I had foot surgery a few months ago and needed a very supportive shoe with lots of space in the toe box. These are very, very comfortable and cute! Love them!

I wanted a good supportive shoe that I can wear for walking and liked the waterproof feature because of the morning dew. This is my first pair of Clarks. I wear an 11 Narrow. This shoe feels a little tight out of the box. There is also a little rubbing on my small toe. I have only worn them about two times so far (Florida is still warm), but I feel once they break in, they will be fine. I have a lot of pronation (flat feet), and needed to use a different insole to get better support, but for a more normal foot, you will be fine as is. The shoe feels comfortable and looks nice.

LOVE these shoes. I am on my feet all day at work and have had a recent knee replacement. These shoes offer comfort and support. I did not have to break them in. In fact, I now own two pairs in different colors. Highly recommend although I wish they were a touch less casual.

I agree with other reviewers who suffer from "foot problems": this shoe is Healing! I'm in my 50's, 5'5" 120 lbs and have bunions the size of golf balls. These shoes have saved my life! So far I have two pair, and plan on buying more. So lightweight you can't believe they provide the fantastic support they do. These shoes do not fatigue your legs like other heavier "supportive" shoe wear.

I bought my first pair of these in green and loved the fit, the style and the color. Added another pair in red (which is actually more of a rust) and loved them, too...so much I bought two more pairs in brown and black! I live in them in the cooler months and when it rains, they are perfectly waterproof!

Extremely comfortable and supportive right out of the box. Good looking walking shoe. Comes with spare set of laces. Would definitely buy these again.

I bought these to replace some favorite red sneakers that had worn out. The color is gorgeous, and the shoes are waterproof, so I hope the suede will stay good-looking for a long time. I usually wear size 10M, but got the wider width after reading other reviews, to be sure I would have room for socks. The ideal size for me would probably have been 10.5W, but these are fine and I am keeping them. The arch support seems pretty good, and if I need to add some more, the extra width leaves room.

These are very comfortable, well made shoes. They are also very good looking. The shoes have had several nice compliments from friends. I will probably order them in berry, as well.

These shoes are cute, light, and really a dream to walk in especially for someone who wants excellent support and stability. I hope to buy more in more colors. They make me very happy.

Comfortable, not very stylish. When will manufacturers make comfortable, stylish shoes in narrow widths without 3-6" heels?

These shoes are so cute and comfortable! I bought them for a trip that involved lots of walking and they were perfect. I would definitely recommend them and Zappos too.
