Very comfortable and nice looking casual shoe. Lightweight but feels sturdy. Waterproof is a real plus. Fits a bit tight over the forefoot but still comfortable and true to size.

These shoes are great! I have custom orthotic inserts and have a terrible time finding shoes they will fit in, but these worked great! They are very comfortable. Plan on ordering at least one more in a different color. Plus, I wore my same size (9.5 wide) even with my insert.

I love these shoes. Perfect fit on my size 8 M feet and very supportive. I had plantar fasciitis when I bought them and the cushioning was excellent. I'm thinking of getting another pair in a different color. I love that you don't have to wear shoes with orange dayglo stripes to be stylish and comfortable.

These shoes are pretty comfortable, but the foot bed isn't as soft as a sneaker would be. The arch support is great, though, and I love that they are waterproof. I ordered in narrow and they really are narrow, which is great! We vacationed for a week in the Seattle area and I noticed that the tread isn't great for slippery surfaces. Otherwise the shoe is wonderful and blends in well with jeans.

I bought these shoes for my 16-year-old daughter and she gives them the highest rating! She has an unfortunately high instep and often finds shoes to be uncomfortable, but these hardly ever come off her feet! She wears them for fun, walking on dirt roads and bike-riding.

I needed supportive shoes since I have Mortons Neuroma and will soon be having foot surgery. They run narrow (I usually wear a Medium width) so I first tried a 7 Medium - which was too narrow - toes were cramped. Then bought a 7 Wide but the shoe was about 1/2" too long and even with my thickest socks - it felt sloppy. Read another review about going down a size when ordering wide shoes and this was perfect. Ordered navy from Zappos. Wanted the gray ones too but Zappos didn't have them at the time (they do now) so I bought them in gray as well. They look pretty cute but wish the bottom color was a little darker so they don't look as orthotic but they are so comfortable - they made up for that. I also switched out the gray laces in the navy shoes for navy laces - I like that look a little better.

The Wave.Trek is the shoe I've been looking for for years! I needed something that would protect my feet around horses, yet stylish and light enough to wear with shorts in the summer. It's stream line looking, not at all bulky. Totally waterproof keeping my feet dry from the morning dew and spilled water buckets. I can't say I've seen a blue shoe in the States, and I was so happy to find this one. Coordinates with jean shorts and capris, I'm sure I will be wearing these until the snow begins. Thank you Clark, I may just buy another pair to have just in case you change the style.

These shoes are comfy and very supportive. I ordered the red, my only compliant is that they are more a dark rust than red and didn't feel the color was appropriate for summer. I'll wear them in the fall for sure!

I reviewed these back in March prior to a month long walking trip to Europe and I said I would re-review them once I returned. I can now say without a shadow of a doubt that these are fantastic shoes! I walked an average of 5-6 miles a day in rain, snow and sun with no problem. We hiked in the Bavarian and Swiss Alps as well as walked the island of Venice for 3 straight days and my feet were so comfortable (and DRY!). And because I bought the black ones they transitioned nicely to wear with black pants in the evening for dinner. They were the only shoes I took on our trip. I highly recommend these shoes! Well worth the money.

I bought a pair of these in the rust color and fell in love with them. I walk 5-7 miles every morning with my dogs and these provided great support and comfort on long walks. I did add a better insole for my high arches. Loved them so much, I bought them in three other colors!

I love the Clarks Wave Trek. I ordered them in an 8 1/2 Narrow, and they fit great. I usually wear an 8 Narrow, but got these and loved them so much decided to keep them. They are waterproof and for the fall with a heavier sock will be perfect. I had a problem with the insole in one shoe and called Zappos. Sabrina did a great job finding one pair left in the Stone in my size. This new pair is perfect. I wear these for walking and they look great with shorts, or Jeans. My next pair will be the dark brown. I love the customer service at Zappos, and the fact that they have Narrows which are getting harder to find.

Beautiful shoe! Wide width is great, but needed to return for smaller size since I purchased the wider width!

Wanted an alternative to traditional athletic shoe for 3 week, carry-on baggage only trip to rainy Great Britain and Ireland. This shoe fits great, feels wonderful, and accommodates the Power Step orthotic I always use in athletic shoes. A surprise bonus -- it's waterproof! I hadn't noticed that in the description. And the Zappos service is absolutely the best.

These shoes were comfortable right out of the box. I love Clarks because I wear a size 11 narrow and they carry narrow sizes! I have to say some great things about Zappos, too. This company should teach customer service skills to every business that exists! Any time I have called the person on the other end at Zappos has been funny, kind, extremely helpful, and it's just an all around great experience. If I have a problem with a shoe I've received (very rare occurence I might add) they have an immediate solution to the problem that always makes me happy. I tell everyone I know to order from Zappos!

These shoes are wonderful! I love to walk and hike but in May I encountered a hip problem which made it very difficult to walk let alone hike. I tried two other brands but ended up sending them back, then I found these tennis shoes. They have improved my walking 90%! I can actually walk a rather steep incline when hiking!

I walk 6 miles on hard floors every evening that I work. These shoes accommodate my orthotics and fit perfectly. I usually take a 10, but the 9.5 narrow fit. I think I will be walking 1000 miles in these shoes.

I'm a size 12 narrow - the 12's in these were not available in narrow, but it wasn't a problem at all. If you have a medium width foot, though, I'd recommend getting a larger width because they do run snug. Comfort wise - fantastic. I've got lax ligaments and arthritis and these were great for all day hiking. Also great for just walking around. Andthey don't make your feet look gigantic (with a size 12, that's usually a problem) - the style is super cute and flattering.

Bought these shoes for my trip to the UK and I have been breaking them in before I leave and I feel sure that with all the walking I am going to do they will be great. They feel as though they were made just for my feet, a perfect fit. They have great arch support and the heel cushion is blissful.

True to size, width and support -- I'm tempted to buy another pair in a different color. I particularly like the moderate arch support, cushioning, and upward tilt of the toe -- it kind of helps you spring forward. I love the navy color I bought -- it's dark and will go with many colors. I am very pleased with this shoe. I needed a waterproof shoe that would support and protect my feet while I do very physical labor in sometimes damp conditions. I typically wear a 12 Narrow in Clarks. The Mediums are generally impossibly wide for me. But I wasn't finding what I needed in other brands. In desperation I ordered this style which does not come in narrow. To my surprise and joy these mediums I can wear with a thicker sock. They are great. They look good (I like them and I've gotten compliments), they are comfortable and they keep my feet dry. I do wish they came in narrow. But I'm glad these mediums are workable for me because it's a great shoe.

I ordered this shoe in my usual size, a 10 narrow. Just wore it for the first time, and it is all other reviewers said it was -- comfortable, supportive, good insole. And yes, it fits my narrow foot -- hooray!

Sometimes with sneakers, you may have to try a 1/2 size longer for a good fit. I measure a women's 10 narrow and the Clarks Wave Trek fit very well. The color combination will blend with jeans and all types of casual pants.

I love my Clarks Wave, Trek so much, I plan to purchase another pair in the very near future. I feel I can walk forever when wearing them. Victoria

This is a wonderful everyday shoe from Clarks. I regularly order a size 6 but went up a half size to accommodate an orthotic and a medium weight sock. Perfect! The blue color is a lovely denim blue and more than slightly waterproof. I wear these nearly every day and have ordered a second pair - in blue - as a backup. Not too fond of the other color choices but certainly appreciate the comfort of this shoe.
