Customer Reviews New Balance Hook and Loop 577

Still looking for a NB walker that fits my foot. The old 925's with it's SL2 last worked well, but the current crop of supposedly SL2 have shrunk the box, are tight across the instep and the lace, hook and loop sides barely cover the tongue. I am disappointed in the current crop of NB shoes.

I have flat feet and find these are the only shoes I can wear and feel comfortable.

it was not comfortable on toe box.sometimes 4E is enough for me but not here

I ordered this pair to replace an older version of the same shoes. My husband swears by these shoes. At first the left side was a slightly tight he said, but within a week the tightness disappeared. It's very comfortable. He loves them like his old ones. I will be ordering a couple of more pairs!

this is a very comfortable shoe for walking. when I purchased this shoe I didn't realize it was assembled in the US. that makes it an even better shoe.

I bought these shoes as a general walking show. The are comfortable and accommodate my wide width. They also give a lot of arch support as well

They age very comfortable walking with lots of toe room. The hook and look is great for us seniors.

Have a pair of 847's. My third pair. They wear out within a few months. Had pan older pair of 577's. Realized I needed heel pads. Better. Bought new 577's. Put them on and got heel pads first thing. They are better. Thinking about a thicker heel pad

Good for some=one who has walking and balance problems - worked great first time on the golf course today.

Bought shoes for my 87 year old father. He has a high instep. He kept shoes but would have preferred if top strap was at least an 1"-1.5" longer. I'm just afraid after some wear, velcro will give way as strap catches other side just on the very end.

I wear this shoe every day as a casual shoe and for walking.

Not as comfortable as all my other New Balance shoes I have had in the past. But still a nice pair of shoes.

Great product with an excellent shipping policy. The only down side is that you can only communicate by email or text. There is no phone number for customer service.
