The shoes arrived within 24hrs of ordering. They were the right fit and very comfortable, just as the reviews said.

This is the third pair of these New Balance shoes that I have worn. I find them to be very comfortable and offer good support. It is hard to find broad toe shoes when you have very wide feet such as I have.

True to size and more "plain" than the NB shoes available in stores in the area. Order received in 24 hours and price comparable... this is my husband's third pair of this shoe... as the old ones graduate to "mowing" shoes we replace the "nice" shoes. Great support and the podiatrist likes them, too. He has black ones for "dress" and white ones for summer. They are plain enough to pass for dress shoes.

Nike discontinued the "Health Walkers" style shoe that I liked and the New Balance shoe is a perfect alternative.

Very good shoes at a low price. I have a condition that requires extra arch support & these seem to provide it. They look good & feel good.

I ordered two pairs of NB shoes, each a different designated number. After trying on both pair, I settled on the one I liked best. I then contacted Zappos.com customer service for advice in returning the one pair and ordering a second of the one I liked. The customer service rep was very very helpful and expedited my request immediately. The pair I was returning was picked up the next day and the pair I wanted as a replacement arrived the day after that. Zappos goes above and beyond normal business practices and I would definitely purchase shoes from them again in the future! Many many thanks!

I received this pair of shoes in the time promised. I immediately took them out of the box and put them on at work, they were a perfect fit and at exactly the comfort level I was in need of. I am so pleased with this pair of shoes that I am going to order another pair.

I purchased these for my husband. He has worn New Balance for many years but said this style was the best ever! We went on vacation and did a lot of walking. He said his feet never were uncomfortable like new shoes usually are. I LOVE Zappos and buy all of our shoes here. The service and friendly employees can not be beat anywhere!!

I was not sure about New Balance, I have had trouble with size in the past. But, these looked like good shoes, so I gave them, and Zappos, a shot. I was not disappointed! These shoes are comfortable and came in the size/width I needed. Two full days of wear so far, and I am very happy with the purchase, the shipping, and the return policy (even though I did not need to use it). Thank you, Zappos!

Both the quality of the shoes and the customer service can not be beat! I will always return to Zappos when ever I need shoes!

I'm not one who usually writes reviews on things purchased but I'll make an exception on this. These shoes fit really well. I've purchased 3 or 4 pair of shoes from Zappos over the past couple of years and none of the others have felt as comfortable as these. These were plenty wide for being sized as 4E. The length has never been an issue on any shoes I've purchased but I find the width is often too narrow even when advertised as extra wide or 4E. These shoes were plenty wide for me. I can't report on how durable the shoes are as I have only had them for a day but I can say they fit my feet as well as any shoes I've ever bought before. If they hold up to normal use I would rate them outstanding. Price wasn't too expensive either.

Reinforce what other positive reviewers have said. True to size, excellent support, light weight, good utility and value. I understand now why many keep returning back to buy another pair.

I bought these shoes for my son to use while curling. I had a cobbler put a custom slider on the left shoe for the game and they are now the perfect custom made comfortable curling shoes for a teenager with extra wide feet. He could not be happier.

I bought these for nursing school and they are extremely comfortable. I highly recommend them for anyone who is going to be doing a lot of moving around or who is on their feet for an extended period of time. Make sure you buy and use a shoe cleaning kit with them.

This is an excellent walking shoe--perfect for someone who does a lot of walking both on-the-job and for exercise. I have purchased it twice, and it is the best that I have found on the market. The only complaint I have is this: both times the front left shoe by the big toe has separated from the shoe's sole, leaving an opening susceptible to water and cold (no fun during a Minnesota winter). It appears that the adhesive is letting go along the area that joins the shoe front to the sole/base of the shoe. As this has happened on both pairs that I've purchased, I believe this may be a design-related issue that needs to be addressed...perhaps a stronger adhesive? Again, this is an excellent walking shoe, and I highly recommend it, with the hope that the manufacturer will be made aware of the design concern I've shared.

This is my second pair of MW577s. The first pair were very comfortable and lasted almost nine months. They seemed to wear very well and the price was good. I am on my feet for eight hours a day walking most of the time. I am sure that I will buy a third pair when the second pair wears out.

These are great everyday walking shoes. Very comfortable and have good support. They are the only kind I've purchased for the last 7-8 years.

Good shoe. Almost as good as the 575 shoe that was discontinued. They should bring back the 575s.
