Boots are insulated none of the descriptions mention insulation. Not happy with my boots

I bought these three weeks ago broke them in in the house first time out in them was 6 inches of snow and my feet got soaked and have every time I've wore them out sense then I've always loved ariat boots but regrettably this may be my last pair I put in a complaint with ariat and have yet to receive a response hopefully they will make it right especially on a boot that is marketed as waterproof

I've had these boots for 6 months and the soles are coming off, contacted ariat and they don't wanna honor their one year warranty..what a joke..
