less than satisfied with these boots have purchased 3 pairs now and all barley last a year with medium to hard use the inside liner by the heel comes loose and makes it impossible to get my foot out. not a bad boot over all but way over priced for what they are.

I've owned two pairs of this boot and they lasted some time. They are very comfortable and fit great. I work in an oil refinery and these boots were tuff and durable. The problem I had with both pairs is that after about 6 months the inner liner pulled out. On the first pair, I tried to get my foot out of the boot for 20 minutes before I finally took out my knife and cut them off. Second pair did the same thing about 8 months in, but I was able to use them for a little while I would just have to fix the liner every time I took them off. Then I had the terrible experience of getting my foot stuck again in the boot. After wrestling them off for 15 minutes I threw them in the trash. These would be great boots if they could figure out this problem

I have owned and loved many Ariat products over the years but I am now giving up on them. The quality of this brand has tanked they just don't hold up to the wear and tear I put them through anymore.

These boots look good, are comfortable, work great in the snow and extremely water proof. However I have only had these boots 5 months and the soles have holes and are super warn, when I crouch and crease the fabric around the steel toe, it gets stuck and rubs on my right foot for the rest of the day, I weigh 150lbs and am a tractor and automotive mechanic and am not super hard on them. This is very disappointing as my last pair of ariats lasted 5 years before they were in this shape and these ones have only lasted 5 months, I really hope this isn't the new standard for ariat boots!

I have been trying to give these boots a chance but I'm close to giving them away. I have been wearing them on and off for 6 months and they still have not broken in. Left boot is loose and slips on my heel, right boot is very tight across the top of my foot so much so that I can barley put it on. Haven't had this problem with countless other boots. Sole doesn't want to bend at all, feels like I'm walking on flat blocks. Leather very stiff. I understand wanting to make a boot durable but you have to be able to wear them without being in pain. I put leather conditioner on them when I first got them and let them sit, soaked them in warm water and tried wearing different socks and these are still the most uncomfortable boots I have ever owned.

Boots look good and are comfortable. However, after being worn a handful of times for work, which is indoors and a mixture of walking warehouse floor and desk work, there is stitching coming loose/undone. For the money, would have hoped for better build quality.

I have been wearing these exact boots BUT in non safety toe for years. I needed a new pair and decided to get them in the composite toe that way I can wear them at work. So I figured naturally to get the same size that I Have been wearing for years, unfortunately these feel like they are huge compared to the non safety toe that I have been wearing. I have tried buying different socks, stacking insoles, different insoles, thicker insoles. you name it I've tried it. I love these boot and will continue to buy them but NOT in a composite toe. Unfortunately I have 2 paper weights that my feet swim in

I gave to my husband for Christmas. They are his "good" boots and only worn less than 5 times within the past month. The Duratread has now started tearing from the sole. Very disappointing considering the cost.

This is my 4th pair of Ariat work boots in a size 11. Wore around the house for several days to try and stretch but they would not. The Workhog does not fit the same as their other non waterproof boots. Had to send back and reordered a size 12.

Comfortable, nice boots, but cracks are forming around the sole which makes them not water proof. Other peoples posts report the same issue. Ariat, you are so close on these, why not complete the circle, fix the problem, and provide a great boot!? Seems simple...

These boots are absolutely NOT waterproof as advertised and labeled. The first week I wore these they leaked. I purchased boot dressing in hopes of mitigating the leaking. This helped only slightly. Beyond these boots NOT being waterproof, they are very comfortable from day one. I often work 12 hour shifts on my feet and these boots do not fatigue. I give them 2 stars for style and comfort.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. This is the second pair of WATERPROOF boots from Ariat in a row that I've purchased and have left me with wet and cold feet, within the first wear. This being the second time, I called to speak to a representative and with patience and understanding I tried to come to a resolution and was rudely hung up on. This was an absolute terrible experience from receiving faulty product to how the representatives for this company have handled an attempted resolution. I want to speak with a MANAGER, ASAP! Thank you. Furthermore, I have been a loyal customer to this brand for years, this is my go to brand and have continued to hold them to a high standard and on even higher pedestal despite the past couple losses. I no longer look at this brand the same.

I'm ashamed to say that I have bought two pair of these boots and they both did not stand up and last for a workboot. Lining pulls out of both pair and you can't get your feet in and out of them. I asked if they could be repaired at my expense and they've honestly got the slowest response team and "so sorry, nothing we can do" answers. If you plan on wearing these for work, think again. They look nice but that's all they offer. I've bought way less expensive boots that stand up a lot better. If your work involves grocery shopping or sitting on a park bench by all means take a chance, but a composite toe CSA workboot I assumed was meant for real work. Don't be fooled by their advertisement..

Honestly one of the worst work boots I've ever purchased. They didn't even last 8 months for me. The sole is almost completely worn through. They leak water into them. The material at the heal bunches up when you put them on. All around a terrible work boot.

I have owned these boots a couple years. The first year I owned them i rarely wore them as they were much heavier than my other boots. This year I started wearing them to work more often, and the seam has already split on the right boot big enough I can stick my finger in it. Poor quality for the price.

Poor quality! The water proof liner seperates from the boot and you can't get your foot out the boot after 1 week of wearing. Ariat this is not okay especially for the price of these boots!

For the price they should be better. Didn't last long in the construction mechanic world. Leak water like crazy on the sides after 1 year.
