I would buy these again and again, just as advertised.

I ordered two pairs of the 501 shrink to fit jeans a few days ago and they are not the same product in the picture. The picture shows a double stitched inseam and the jeans I received are single stitched. The fabric seems a little thinner compared to my pairs from a few years ago as well. I would not pay much for this garbage that Levi's is putting out now. It makes you wonder where else they are cutting costs and quality. I might never be purchasing another pair of Levi's jeans again, what a sad day.

Great jeans that mold to you. Get 1 inch larger in the waist and 3 in the inseam so after they're washed in hot water and dried in a hot drier, they'll conform to your shape. Love the color too. I've gotten these, a red pair, aqua blue, silver and gray. Colors will spice up your life in jeans!

I ordered these Levi's on a Wednesday and got them on Friday, two days later. I wouldn't have been able to go to the mall until Saturday, and they might not have been in stock. What I like about Zappos is free shipping, free return. Thank you for the great service!

If only other online retailers were up to Zappos' standards! The Levis...cool. Lady at Zappos instructed me to wash them, wrong side out, with Murphy Oil Soap in cold water. Tried it and by George, it makes a difference! The jeans come out a bit softer.

I bought some of these in July, and i actually, have not washed them traditionally. I like the rigid, raw denim type feel. The way the jeans stack on my knees and always look crisp and new is a big one of for my personal style. I went with grey because i can wear gray with anything in my wardrobe. I am planning to treat myself to two new pairs this Christmas. If you are into a crisper, raw look, these jeans are great too. To avoid washing them regularly, I will actually get some anti-bacterial aerosol spray, give them a quick spray in and out, then fold them up and put them in my freezer for a day or two. When you pull them out, the spray and cold kills off any kind of bacteria that causes odor. If there are ever any stains, i just have them dry cleaned for a few bucks. Totally worth it.

We were thrilled with the service from Zappos! My son likes Levis 501 jeans, but wears a hard-to-find size (30x38). Zappos had his size and we had the shipment the next day. Amazing!

These are the classic blue jeans with the button fly and the thick denim. They will shrink in the wash so buy them 1" larger in the waist and 3" longer in length, then wash them in hot water. I think they're great.

These jeans rock! I ordered my actual waist size & about an inch and a half too long. After a couple of hot water bathtub soaks, they fit perfectly. BTW these were made in Mexico. Different colors made in different (e.g. Egypt) countries fit differently. Trying them on is a good idea. Love the blue green color, it's different, and softening nicely. IMHO nothing fits like the original STF's. A little labor intensive at first, but I find that kind of fun. Once you get the right fit, you're good to go. For years. The more you wear them, the better they look. I buy 1 pair a year, and as they cycle thru many wearings and washing (I like clean jeans) they keep fading and "wiskering". Get some!

These jeans are great just like shrink to fit 501s (rigid). They feel and fit like "regular" 501s with similar shrinkage. I really like the yellow color and am complete happy with them. Wish 501 shrink to fit jeans were available in red and white colors.

The quality is great. However, these are REALLY purplish red. More purple than red. They just weren't the color that I was looking for.

After reading numerous articles on how to properly shrink 501s, I believe I have found the correct way to ensure a good fit. First put them on without underwear, sit in a tub of hot water for 30 minutes and drink some Basil Hayden. Take your pants off (make sure to draw the blinds first, oops!) and put in wash for 2 cycles with fabric softener in rinse cycle. Put wet pants on (more Basil Hayden as needed) and sit for 1 hour. Take pants off (blinds still closed) and hang by one belt loop overnight. Pants are ready to wear next day after hangover clears.

Not sure this style of jean is right for me given over all fit...need more of a relaxed fit rather than the one provided ....so I am in the process of returning

The jeans look very worn they are suppose to b hard and they were not very disappointing with Zappos the pants look like they have been worn and washed sending back or a refund!

This product and every product I have gotton so far is excellent. Zappos is wonderful. Always true to their policy. They have excellent products and prices with a foolproof return policy. their customer service is always perfect.

Close to the old 501 shrink to fit. The new lines are tin as paper, these have enough weight to last. Thankfully Zappos let me return the 15,000,000 pairs that did not work.

It is fun to be able to personalize your jeans. The inseam I ordered was 33" and from the description, I expected it to shrink in length by 3". I probably shrunk 2", but its better long than short.
