I have worn the Asics Gel-Cumulus for about five years now. I never stick to one thing like that, but these feel so good, I don't want to chance a change. I mainly walk and run in them about 5 miles 4 days/week. I have plantar fasciitis and am able to put my orthopedic inserts into them. I always buy 1/2 size larger than I regularly wear -- even without the inserts.

Incredibly fun, awesome color...I love the way they look! Asics are my go-to running shoe. The Gel-Cumulus provide reliable comfort and support for feet that cannot have too much structure in a shoe. I wear size 7 in high heels, size 7.5 in flats, and size 8 in running shoes.

Keeping with Asics tradition, this is a great shoe. I wear Asics because I have a really high arch and their shoes fit me well. At first, this shoe felt a little small, but that was probably due to that fact that I was use to my older, broken-in shoes. After a day or two of wear, these shoes fit me perfectly. I pretty much live in these shoes when I'm not at work. They are great for running, walking, and keeping up with a very active toddler -- a fantastic all-around shoe. Highly recommended!

FANTASTIC SHOES!! I wear them everyday for work, weighlifting, running, walking, and biking. I no longer get shin splints the shoes are amazing.

I've always loved Asics for running, but this shoe is the best yet - VERY comfortable - gives me both the cushioning and arch support that I need!

Ordered because of reputation for achilles tendonitis. Heal seems to tilt down and I know that the opposite is needed for AT.

This is my sixth pair of Asics. I have very high arches and they work wonderfully for my feet. I do put in my own orthotics, though. I have discovered that with the combination of these shoes and my orthotics, that I can work out without any foot/shin issues.

I have narrow feet, high arches, and problems with one foot because of a previous fracture and an unusual bunion (top of foot). I can't run anymore but love to walk. I bought a prior version of these shoes a couple of years ago and loved them. This time I ordered the same size but they were too short and too narrow. So I exchanged them for one size larger and A-width (vs 2A). This pair is fine - took them on an international trip practically right out of the box with no problems. The toe box is wide enough, and my orthotic fits in the shoe just fine. The color combo is great, too. Many thanks to Zappos for their hassle-free exchange policy! Those of us with hard-to-fit, messed-up feet really appreciate it!

For me, slightly overweight with high arches and supinating when I run, a shoe with a titch more cushioning in the forefoot would be better. Although I like every other aspect of this shoe (size, fit, mid and heel cushioning) I'll be using my Nimbus for running and this only for walks and casual wear. As with all Asics, order one size larger than your street shoe size. PS Zappos service was wonderful.

I love Asics, great running shoes. I loved the pair I had before these so I decided to try this style out. My last pair were an 8.5 and that was fine, but I found theses stretch out so I would recommend going 1/2 size smaller. I also was not able to put the same insoles in as my last pair so these must run narrow. With my size 8 at first it was a little snug, but now they have loosened up a lot. I really like these show and would recommend them, but I think I liked the other style I had before better. I just can't remember what kind they were. Get these on sale. When I first purchased them they were more then went down less.

Agree with other reviewers that these are less cushioned than previous versions of GEL-Cumulus - especially in toebox area. Still they have stood up well so far during several long runs - good bounce and no blisters.

This is the only shoe I wear to work out. This is my third pair. I'm usually between a size 7.5 and an 8. With these shoes, I usually go 7.5W, but they didn't have it in stock, so I went 8 and they're fine. The color options for this shoe are not great and there are so many other athletic shoes with cuter colors. But, I'm stuck on this style as the most comfortable, hands down.

Like another reviewr said - they run small. I had never tried Asics before and since I sometimes wear a wide (not always), I ordered up a half-size and got Wide (which didn't seem wide at all). WAYYYY too small! But they looked nice, too bad about the size and width.

I should have listened to all of the reviews that said to go a half a size up. I bought these in 10 1/2 for my daughter because her 10's (Asics) were too small but these were too small as well. When I held them up to her old Asics (different style) they were exactly the same so I sent them back for an 11. Seemed like it will be a very comfortable shoe though.

So far I really like this shoe. It is rather small however and I had to go up a whole size. The shoe is also somewhat narrow, but my feet are more narrow than wide so for me that's fine. There is also a drop in the front that I'm trying to figure out sometimes. The cushion is GREAT! I am training for half marathons.

Great shoe. Definitely fits a little different than the older Cumulus. I notice a little bit of slipping in my heels that I didn't have from the other shoes. Overall great shoe for neutral foot. I wear an 8.5 in normal shoes and always need a 9 in ASICS.

Great cruising shoes, comfortable and supports brisk walking. I have found the Matchplay 33 offers firmer support for long term walking.

These shoes did not have as much cushion as the other ones. The only color that came in wide was grey. The color is ugly...we women with wide feet want a pretty color too.

These shoes ran a little short on me, so I sent them back and kept the Asics Gel Nimbus I'd ordered at the same time. Too bad, because these were cheaper.

Great shoes for neutral foot types. Runs a little short in length but the rest of the shoe fits well. Might want to order 1/2 size larger. I have a moderately high arch and a wider ball mound area, but still wear a medium width. These fit that type of foot well.

Shoes have great stability and my foot doesn't slip at all. They are more firm than cushy but provide the support I need for different surfaces and cardio machines.

Toe space smaller than other 11 1/2 shoes. I really like the color, but the toe area was cramped. Boo hoo!

This shoe seems too narrow and straight overall, and not just because I ordered a D width. It seems like it lacks the curves of the human foot.

Very disappointed with this shoe. Bought these to replace my old Asics and found that they don't provide very much support because my shins hurt each time after wearing them. I ran again in my old shoes and found they were much more comfortable. I'm sure these shoes are great for walking and wearing if you are on your feet all day, but joggers beware.

I've always like Asics, usually a good shoe. These had zero padding in the bottom and were hard as a rock. I guess a person can slip the bedding out of it and use an orthotic, if needed. I liked the look of the shoe, but it was very uncomfortable. Was disappointed with the footbed for Asics. My first pair of Asics had a great padded footbed and I had them for at least 5 years!
