Great shoe. I've been wearing this style shoe for years. It is supportive, roomy, well cushioned, and comfortable. I tend to supinate and, even though this shoe is considered neutral, it works well for me. I am not a runner, but I do a lot of walking for exercise. I have always been happy with the Asics Gel-Cumulus series.

I was so afraid to purchase the 14 after reading the reviews. I have a slightly wide foot and love the roomy toeboxes you find in the Asics Gel Cumulus. I read a review that stated the roominess was gone. I considered ordering wide. So glad I didn't. These shoes are perfect! In fact, I was able to wear them to an hour kickboxing class right out of the box. My 13's took a little wearing around the house to break them in. These shoes are cushy and feel like I am walking on air (peppy air!). The purple and lime color is so much fun! If you are a Cumulus lover, don't be afraid of the 14's!

I really like these shoes. I like a real cushiony neutral sneaker for jogging and these fit the bill. My only complaints are the color choices and my feet get hot in them.

I am on my third pair of Asics Cumulus 14's. They are the only shoes I've encountered that spare my ankles. I pronate slightly so I have gone for more stability in the past, but these truly have felt the best. Also...they come in snazzy colors! In everyday shoes I wear around a 7.5, but because these are running shoes I go for an 8.5.

OMG! I LOVE my new shoes. I had heard for years to buy ASICS.... Why am I a slow learner?!? I am so happy with them. I am walking MORE than ever because my feet don't hurt! PLUS, I have gotten many compliments on my new shoes. I'm a believer.... My next pair will be ASICS, too!

I have only discovered Asics running shoes in the past year. They are the best thing that has happened to my feet. This is my second pair of Cumulus. I run about 20 miles per week and have medium arches and normal width feet. I would definitely recommend them. I also love these colors. I purchased them in a half size larger than street shoes.

This is my second pair of these. I am on my feet all day (10-12 hours) and they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. My feet are not sore at the end of the day. I highly recommend these.

Fabulous. I've been running on Tigers since 1985 and this particular model has stayed consistently good over the years. I love the soles, they are a little harder than usual which gives them a solid performance particularly on trails. They have a nice fit with adequate, but not too much, room in the toe box. My normal street shoe size is an 8.5 and my running shoe size is a 9, and if that is true for you too, you'll want to go with a 9 on these or order one half size up from your street shoe size for a proper fit. They are a lovely pink and black - not red as the image suggests.

I love these shoes. I am an ASICS fan to begin with but these are the most comfortable style I have purchased so far. They are so comfortable I am thinking of purchasing another pair as a backup. I did purchase them a 1/2 size larger than my everyday shoes but I always do that with walking shoes.

The color was awful! "Berry" is code for Pepto Bismol on steroids. Had to send them back as I can't stand Pink. I thought it would be a burgundy red like a raspberry or red like a strawberry. I don't know of any Pink berries. The grey/black was so cool, but can't do Pink. If you love Pink, you'll love this color of shoe. Going to order the storm blue which I own and love. Should have stuck with that. I checked the other colors and how did they make such ugly combos? FYI, these are wonderful running shoes! Love the fit and feel.

I like the shoes okay. I usually wear a 6 1/2, but in Asics, I always wear a 7 to have comfortable room. The last pair of Asics, I wore for 5 years. They were totally wore out, but 5 years is amazing. I work out a lot. I don't run, but do walk 5 miles daily. I wear a little heavier sock because these shoes are cold outside with the mesh top. In the summer, they will be great.

These are a solid daily trainer. These shoes have a sportier suspension than the precious Cumulus models. Although less plush, they are more runnable and dry out quickly. Durability seems excellent and cushioning is adequate for runs over 7 miles. Forefoot cushioning is adequate and the shoes handle all speeds and foot strikes. If you prefer plushness to performance, check out the Nimbus or Brooks Glycerin. This shoe is a step in the right direction. Good job Asics!

The Asics Cumulus is the only running shoe I wear. I have high arches and it gives me plenty of cushion without control. Thanks Zappos for carrying them...

I have just started a run-walk program as a "mature person", and used Zappos' reviews of various running shoes to choose a pair for me. This brand won because reviews were mostly from actual runners, rather than people just wearing the shoes casually. I am very happy with my choice, they made an immediate difference in my performance. Now I bounce along, rather than plod! I chose a neutral pair in terms of stance for this first pair, figuring that the wear pattern will show me if I pronate or whatever for my next pair. The fit is snug around my heel, with plenty of room for my toes, and they felt comfortable straight out of the box. I did go up a half-size, but I normally do that for athletic shoes.

Very comfortable which is what I was lookiing for. I ordered the Running Mag top pick too expecting to like it better but when I tried one on each foot to compare without really knowing which one was which I immediate liked this one with the gel sole better hands down.

My feet are special need feet, and these are the perfect shoes for me. My feet are wide, and both have been broken. They are very comfortable, and look nice too. I'm very aware that these shoes need to be at least a half size larger than you would usually wear. Keep that in mind with my review. Also I take out their support, which is good and put in my inserts that are made just for me.

Comfy shoe, great for marathon training and long runs! I used to get sore arches, but the pain totally went away when I started wearing the Cumulus.

7-1/2 a tad too small. Love the shoe, but I think an 8 will be too big overall. Zappos rocks!

Originally purchased the Nimbus 13. Too much cushion and my knees began to hurt on the first run. A running store recommended the Cumulus 14. Love this shoe! I have been running great since the moment I put it on. Thank you Asics!

I've been running in the Cumulus 13's for awhile now and rather than going to a running store and getting fitted for new shoes I thought I would take a chance with the 14's. Not much difference between the 13's and 14's for anyone thinking of doing the same thing as I did. The width of the entire shoe is the same. I think these breathe a little bit better too. I feel the cushioning is the same as the 13's. The only difference I can feel thus far is the back of the heel doesn't come up as high as the 13's but it's not a bad thing.. just an observation. All in all, my feet are happy!
