My first Kahana's were great. Then I bought a Kanaha 4 and a chunk of the sole fell out after a few weeks. Decided to try another pair of Kahana 6 and the same thing happened after several runs. My opinion change them or take them off the market.

I love these running shoes. I never realized how much of the problems I have with running (joint/back pain) were due to bad or non-fitting sneakers. My feet are very wide from the phalanges forward and i've always found wide shoes to be too wide in the heel or not wide enough in the toes. these shoes fit like they were custom built for my feet!

These shoes are true to size, feel cushiony yet are stable and grippy on trails. I wore them for a 7 mile trail race with no break in required!

Solid shoe and knew what I was purchasing, as it was a replacement pair, but the awesome Zappos shopping experience as what made me check here first and make the purchase through them!

My husband loves these shoes! We ran a Tough Mudder and he wore these...everyone was slipping on the greasy, muddy, hilly trail and he did not slip once...and his feet were comfortable the entire time as well. No pain, no blisters. The only reason I am getting him another pair is because he donated his at the end of the race to charity.

I have these in every color. The most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. I can walk twice as long, twice as far in these as in any other shoe. Very durable and I love the profile. I'm glad to see a new color introduced. Hopefully they'll be around for awhile so I can replace them as they wear out, which seems to take longer than most other shoes.

I was looking for a trail shoe with good support and this shoe was great! I've purchased several ASICS models in the past and this measures up - excellent arch support, good traction outsole, and fairly stylish (ASICS seems not to prioritize style with some of their models). Overall a good shoe!

These are great shoes. I have been wearing Asics Tigers for over 50 years and they continue to be excellent running shoes.

A nice basic trail shoe, good for walking and a moderate amount of trail running. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this shoe for doing mega-miles, but if your goals are modest fitness walking and trail running, it's a good choice.

Didn't keep these. They were fine, but others were so much better: North Face Double Track (very cush!), and Newtons.

I bought this after looking for a reasonably priced stability trail shoe. These were great and I even ran one trail marathon in them, however during the very next run in them a chunk of the sole broke loose. So after about 100 plus miles, they became unwearable.

Very comfortable shoes. They offer much cushion. I had to return the first pair as they were a true to fit size. They are 1/2 size smaller than the norm.

Thank you Zappos!. I ordered these shoes yesterday and it arrived today. I don't know if it's because I live in Los Angeles or what but I will take it. As a runner with wide flat feet these shoes feel great on my feet. I'm an overpronator so if you're in the same boat I highly recommend these.

I have not worked out in awhile, so I knew that I would need a good shoe. My last pair of ASICS were great and I went with a proven choice. I had decided to walk the trails throughout the local park. These shoes have been great! Solid traction, and just as importantly, good support. By the way, the shipment arrived as promised. My wife has used Zappos for the last couple of years, and now I am believer!

Great shoes. I am on my second pair and the old ones look almost as good as the new. They keep their shape and support well. I get lots of compliments on them.

My experience dealing with Zappos.com has shown that, with my needing to exchange the pair of shoes that I ordered and received for a pair in the right size, this company takes care of its customers. The instructions are all online and they are easy to understand and implement. These shoes feel great and offer the support that I need given my gait.

Asics is the most comfortable shoe I have found for my very high arch, and 4eeee width. Also like the wide toebox that prevents toe-scrunch.

This is the 2nd or 3rd pair I've bought for my son. He is 14, 5'11" and wears a size 12.5. He says they are the most comfortable shoes he's worn. He wears them to run and workout in the gym. He's away at school so I love being able to re-order on Zappos and have them to him the next day. Convenience and value at its best!

ASICS GEL-Kahana-6 (Black/Red) This shoe has a better-than-average heel cushion, and is quite comfortable on the ball of my foot as well. I am a big guy, and this type of support is essential for me and my arthritic ankles and heels. The shoes run narrow so please order accordingly. (I normally wear plain Wide, but ordered 4E and it was a perfect fit) The shoes do run smaller than advertised size. (I wear Size 13, and they are an okay fit, but I will order larger next time) I ve owned these shoes for a month or so, and had no issues yet. The construction seems average and I suspect they will hold up just fine. The laces seem a little short, but I d rather have that, than laces that are too long and need trimmed. I use them simply as a comfortable shoe to wear throughout the day, and on an occasional evening walk. No blisters. No smashed big toe. Overall great shoes. Also, excellent service from Zappos I ordered them shipped standard/free. They were overnighted without my asking, and I couldn't be more pleased. Hope this helps!

Poor quality glue holding the tread to the shoe. For the past 15 years, I have worn Asics shoes and have been extremely happy. However, this is the first pair of Asics I purchased that left me disappointed. Within four weeks, the tread started to peel from the first pair of shoes, which ZAPPOS quickly replaced. However, within two months the tread started to peel away from the second pair of shoes. Now several months old, parts of the tread have peeled away completely. I like Asics and will continue to buy them, but never again this model. Although unhappy with the Asics model, Zappos stood by its product and shipped out a new pair to replace the first pair.

Buy this shoe! Compared side by side to other ASICS GEL models this one is the MOST comfortable. Seems to have a better arch and much more cushion in the sole.

These are great shoes for the price. We'd been spending up to $140 for Asics running shoes, since they're the best comfort for my son's wide feet, and last the longest. But these trail shoes are sturdy, wide and roomy and still great for running. This year's is a bit narrower than before, which other reviews stated - in both women's and men's. It is plenty wide, though, but noticeably narrower across the toes.

These are excellent shoes with high breath-ability which makes them great for summer use. Size seems to be accurate. At 65 yrs. old I need good cushioning and these shoes provide a soft ride at least as good as my foundation walkers.

I'm on at least my forth pair of Gel-Kahana series Asics. They are the best fitting most comfortable shoe of any type that I've ever worn. They are very sturdy and wear well. My foot size is an American size 12, and I have an awful time getting a pair of sneakers/running shoes to fit: 12 is always too small, and 13 is too loose. Nikes and New Balance are impossible for me to find a fit in. These Asics in 12 fit like a dream.

Really love my new Asics. The gel feel gives great support. Would recommend them to others.
