I got this jacket when I was thinner, and I loved it. It's thin and lightweight, but warm. I have an hourglass shape, and it fit me like a dream. Unfortunately, the plus sizes don't fit the same way. Even though I have put on weight in the belly, this jacket in a plus size is huge in the back at the waistline.

I'm a frequent business traveler and wanted a warm winter jacket that I could easily stuff into my backpack when I don't need it. I also love that the lining is super warm yet still breathable. I normally wear a 2X, but go up a size to a 3X for Columbia items. This jacket fits perfectly, though I don't think I could fit a heavy sweater under it as I have large upper arms, but I doubt I would need a heavy sweater with this jacket anyway. I love the red color and the knit cuffs with the thumb holes.

Love the jacket it's my second season with it. So light weight but very toasty.

This is the best winter coat I have ever had. It is lightweight which makes wearing it a dream. It is water repellent and wind resistant which is great. I have this short version but I also have the longer version which is great for the really cold days. The plus size does run a little small in the arms which if you like to layer you will need to go up a size.

This jacket is so lightweight but warm, perfect for taking a walk or running errands on a chilly day.

This jacket is light weight, warm and versatile but serves as a great wear for the ever changing temperatures in The Windy City...(Chicago). I have received numerous compliments on the jacket from friends and colleagues alike. It is a extremely comfortable jacket.

I am amazed at how warm this jacket was. I was wearing a T-shirt and it was 30 Degrees and was feeling pretty warm. I love this jacket, the color, the style and the warmth it provides!

This jacket overall is a great jacket. I'd recommend it any plus size women. It was too large for me otherwise I have kept it. Wonderful lining and exceptional quality. Very functional. I will be ordering more Columbia products.

This jacket is the best one you will find around and they are hard to find! They are warm enough in the -20 Minnesota weather and if I want extra warmth, I can fit a hoodie under it comfortabley. I hate being all bundled up so this jacket is wonderful!

I have the longer version of this and love it so much I bought the short one too. Its thin, not bulky and keeps you warm. I wish this had a hood though. I bought the long version in a 1X , it's fine if you don't wear something bulky under it so on the jacket I went up 1 size. The size chart said it is a more fitted style.

We've been going through a bitter cold snap in New England. Now I know that a week of single digit temperatures don't begin to equal the under 0 temps found elsewhere, but it's far colder than is usual. I haven't felt the cold when outdoors at all. This jacket is long, light, and does a wonderful job of keeping me completely comfortable.

I am one that cannot stand a big bulky coat, with that being said" this is the perfect coat for me." It was -2 degrees here where I live yesterday and I stayed nice and toasty in this jacket. I would love to get another one in a different color.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this jacket. Keeps you toasty warm without the bulk of a heavy coat! So comfortable, going to purchase another color as well. Great for self or as a gift! Highly recommend this jacket!!!!

This product is super light, easily packable, and warm. I would consider it for cold weather but not freezing. I have been comfortable in this jacket in the teens and high single digits and it cuts the wind well however I would probably need layers or something a little heavier for super cold weather. Overall the jacket is wonderful, great to travel with and wear in the car. It is warm but not bulky. I bought the jacket in a 1x. I typically wear anything from XL to XXL. It is a little roomy in the chest since I have a smaller chest but fits great in the arms and the torso. I could easily fit a thin layer or two underneath it as well. Great purchase overall!

I have been searching for a coat for years. Something thin, warm and comfortable. I am happy to say this will be my go-to jacket for many years.

I own the longer coat which I love!! There are just times you want a shorter jacket and this one is just great! It is very light weight, yet warm. I bought the Clematis Blue and it is a beautiful color. It runs quite small. I would order up a size, particularly if you are busty. The arm length is not too long, as is sometimes the case with larger body size. Appreciated!

You may not believe this coat is warm when you first touch it because of how light it is but it really is. Just love how it feels when wearing it. Plus you won't get over heated in it.
