Great service as usual! I received my package in a very short time - sooner than I had expected - and the shoes are just as advertised and perfect. This is a brand I always buy and I was delighted at finding the wider size available at Zappos.

I'm a nursing student and I was worried about my feet hurting but with these shoes they never hurt! The fit is true to size and I find them to be really comfortable.

I have been buying NB shoes for about 25 years and they are always true to size and are very comfortable and last for years. I particularly like this style.

I have worked at The UPS Store for lots of years. Have known about Zappos from my customers. never heard a bad word, so I decided to try them myself. Just as everyone had told me, great service and great products.

This shoe is just what I needed for my long, skinny feet. Overall, it fits very well and good toe room, snug fit, etc. The heel feels slightly loose but I don't think it will be a problem (again, due to my narrow feet).

I usually buy Reebok but these New Balance WW411 are so comfortable I bought 2 pairs. One for walking & the other for casual wear. Will buy again when these wear out.

These were comfortable from the first time I put them on. Well made...would buy again.

Great shoes, having wide feet, can't find shoes in town... nice to find ones I can put on and work out in without a problem and use full foot orthodics so arch support not a matter to me.

I love the weight and overall feel of these shoes. They are perfect for walking. I only wear New Balance but it had been hard to get my small size at a good price. Thanks for making this purchase so easy, and keep stocking those size 5W shoes.

I am very pleased with my purchase of these shoes. They are lightweight and the fit seems true to size. There is some arch support but not quite as much as I'd like. I have added a cushioned insole, but that is a must for all my shoes. For the price, in my opinion, this is an excellent buy.

I have bought WW577 for years, decided to try these slightly lighter weight shoes for a change. They fit well, give good support, have room for my custom orthotics. I wish that I had bought the Velcro version - the lace holes are too tight and it is hard to adjust the laces. Metal grommets would have been helpful. But once I finally get the shoes on and properly laced, they are very comfortable.

This is a nice light weight shoe that is easy to walk in. I have a bad knee and it makes walking much more comfortable. I am happy with it, the only thing I don't like is it seems poorly sewn under the foot pad that was added for comfort. It is comfortable and I am keeping them.

These shoes were comfortable right out of the box. They don't look much like good leather but they are comfortable.

Since I have been very happily wearing New Balance sports shoes exclusively since 1975, it is with a heavy heart that I feel compelled to report any negative comments, but I must do so. Firstly, yes, that toe box is huge! It is so large that right from day one, the leather was INDENTED on both shoes in that toe box upper. This is a first for me. Yes, they are comfortable, but too big in this one area, resulting is a weird look which also made my feet look even bigger, I wear a 9AA, so I am very careful of the shoes I buy; I do not like "fattening" shoes. Secondly, and this is even worse, they fell apart at the seams, after less than a year. This is the first pair of New Balance shoes about which I have anything negative to say.

I was looking for a black lighter weight walking shoe in a narrow width and ordered this one, despite finding other NB's 2As too wide in toebox and heel. The fits better than expected and well worth the money.

These ran small in both length and width, other than that I liked them. Arch support and cushion felt really great. Planning to try them in one size bigger and ordering both a medium and wide with; hoping one of these will work!

I ordered these shoes because I have had knee surgery and have very severe joint pain, I liked the idea of the Velcro closing; however, the shoes have very little support, I have tried for at least a month wearing them around my home with different orthotics, and inserts, but they hurt no matter what I wear, they are supposed to be leather, but my foot doctor feels they are man made material (like plastic). I will be returning the shoes and buying Keen.

I love these shoes! I have high arches and spend lots of time standing at conferences. They provide lots of support, and look like business shoes. Only reason they don't get 5 stars is I still believe there are supportive shoes made out of marshmallows out there somewhere.

I like these very much and feel they are true to size on me. The velcro is a great help especially if you have arthritis or a problem with your wrists like I do. Excellent price and as always - fast shipping. I love Zappos.

I really like the weight of this shoe, but it is much to narrow in the toe box. If you need a wide tow box, don't buy this shoe. Otherwise, it is a very nice shoe.

These are sturdy enough for me to wear at work, as a nurse. I also have foot problems, if you can imagine a nurse having such things, and need less flexible soles than most running shoes. These walking shoes fit the bill; the soles are thicker, and well cushioned, and once I put my arch supports in (a necessity) they prevent some of the pain I have come to live with when on my feet for 12 hour shifts. I would order them again. The only thing that I would like to see different is a few panels of fabric/mesh to allow them to breath better, instead of just the few holes on the top. My last pair of New Balances had that, and that is the one thing that I would change on these.

I purchased these shoes to wear in the house. All I wear are New Balance do to them offering 2A in width and also them being velcro closure so I can get them on and off quickly. I have a high arch and it hurts if I go barefoot too long. Here is my assessment on the shoes. I wear a 9 1/2 2A shoe. 1) The shoe fit perfect in length and width. True to size. 2) The arch support was not very high. I am used to this in many shoes and it is an easy fix with arch supports. 3) My foot turns inward slightly (pronates). This shoe does not offer enough support to prevent my foot turning inward. However, this shoe would work well if your feet toward outward a bit (supinates). I am returning these due to my foot turning inward.

After many years of wearing New Balance shoes, I have had a hard time finding a pair that fits well this time. This pair is the best of several that I have ordered. I have a narrow foot and heel and the toe box in these is not quite as wide as so many that NBC is making today. The whole shoe and heel could still be narrower, but I am keeping these as they are leather and white which is what I wanted.

Very pleased with the shoes, which is why I always buy New Balance. I have wide feet and I find that their "wide" fits me very well. This style is no exception. Wish it was alittle more padded on the inside, but overall I'm very pleased.

Bought because it came in a Wide. However, it does not feel like a wide. It also tends to slip up in the back even when tied using the highest hole.
