This is the second pair of NewBalance shoes I have purchased and they are the most comfortable shoes I have! Super fast delivery and no s/h charges.

I have worn narrow New Balance tennis shoes for years. Love them! With Zappos they are always delivered timely, well packed and ready to wear! So convenient!

I love these shoes. Bought them for work. Extremely comfortable. If they were a bit more stylish, I would wear them outside of work too!

These are comfortable. My kids made fun of me though - call the my Frankenstein shoes. What do I care though - they feel great.

I love wearing it. It had helped support the arch, feeling great when walking as I have a bunion and no pain. I recommend you buy and try it.

I always buy New Balance for comfort and reliability to wear at work. I am on my feet 8 hours a day, mostly walking to and from departments. I can't stand it when my feet hurt. I don't have that with these shoes at all. It's only been with this latest pair, but they felt about a half size too large. I didn't realize it until I'd worn them. I think it's a fluke in the making, tho. I've not had this problem with NB before.

I bought these for my trip to Paris. We walked six to eight miles each day and my normally painful arthritic feet didn't hurt with these shoes. With limited suitcase space, I needed a comfortable and supportive 7.5 wide shoe that I could wear all day, every day, and this pair was perfect.

This is the second pair of New Balances that I have ordered from Zappos. The shoes are true to size - no need to try and return them. I love Zappos and their great service.

This is a great shoe if you have wide feet and enjoy extra toe room. Insole easily removes for orthotics, too! The price at Zappos is the best! Love these shoes!

I am an elementary school teacher, on my feet for many hours each day. I can no longer wear fashionable shoes with heels, and have to go for comfort. These shoes are comfortable. I wear them with slacks and they do not scream "sneakers!"

So far I think the shoes are going to work out okay. The insoles are not as soft as I would have liked for them to be but I will adjust or buy and add one.

I have been buying these walking shoes from Zappos for years. They are the most comfortable shoes for me to walk in. I'm so glad that Zappos still carries them. Excellent value.

These are the best! I ordered a few different styles, and had to return all the others but these shoes. The fit is perfect, with lots of room in the toe box, but no heel slippage. I plan to order another pair.

Was able to put these on and walk for hours even on the first day. Have already brought another pair to have ready when these are worn out. I was paying a lot more for a high end NB shoe and these are actually more comfortable.

These are the only shoes that I can put on and walk several miles without needing to break them in. Perfect fit, comfort and support right out of the box.

I had to purchase this shoe because of surgery on my left thumb meant that I would not be able to tie my shoes! I do think the shoe is pretty ugly but it is very comfortable!

I bought these shoes for my daughter who is a medical student, and she wears them all day and loves them. After a 12 hours day with a lot of walking she has no back pain and the shoes are as comfortable as when she put them on in the morning. Velcro is a plus as it helps get in and out of the shoes in a jiffy. If you need to be on your feet for long period of times these shoes are for you. I have to add that I got them half a size larger so my daughter can wear them with socks.

I wear these to work as a medic. They are very light, have great support, and are very comfortable. I have a small foot 5.5, with a wide toe box. The front width in medium is just perfect. I will definitely buy these again when or if they wear out.

I had broken my ankle in May and had to have another surgery in October. I have just started walking and I appreciate your patience and favorable return policy. After getting four shoes from you, I finally found a size that would fit my injured foot as well as be comfortable for my good foot. Thank you, Zappos!!!

I am very pleased with the New Balance WW411 walking shoes. I have several issues with my feet and finding a shoe that was wide enough with a deep enough toe box has been a challenge. These fit the bill and were a lot cheaper than specialty shoes.
