Love the size! It is huge! The color is a little deeper green than the picture but my daughter ended up liking it more because you don't see this green everywhere. The straps are pretty hard though. Hoping it softens up. She only complained once about them.

This backpack is strong and reliable. It lives up to its brand name. In the past I bought cheap look spikes that broke within a week or were simply too small. This backpack costs a little more than what you'd pay at a discount store bit it's a matter of getting what you pay for. I'm very happy with this purchase and my daughter loves it too.

This bag is extremely roomy for a high school student with at least two heavy textbooks, a 2 inch binder, a lap-top, 8x10 assignment planner, smaller-sized paperback books, a pencil case, small umbrella, cosmetic case, hair brush, contact lens accessories case, a small lunch bag with ice pack, and more. The color is beautiful and stylish for a girl or a guy. It has a great shape for the back and is a lightweight yet tough material. Separate zippers help organize the contents.

Very nice color...it passed my picky teenagers taste for style and coolness, so its great!

Great backpack for those who have kids that think rolling backpacks are for nerds. It is roomy, and has served its purpose quite well.

Love the quality and beauty of our JanSport back packs. One of my favorites is for my daughter - white with a lavender/purple flower. It is simple and truly beautiful.

My 12 year old daughter wanted this backpack for school. We looked at the store but couldn't find it anywhere, ordered the purple/zebra print. She loves it and gets lots of compliments. She has a lot of heavy books, it is has plenty of room, perfect size.

So I bought this like literally two days before school started and it got here on time. At first I thought it was going to be HUGE and thought it was going to be too big. But it is a little smaller than imagined (but its perfect for me) I am an high school student and it fits all my books, huge calculators plus my flute and piccolo, my lunch box and work out clothes (after school) Great buy!

My middle schooler is very happy with this bag. It has a lot of room for all of her books and more. If you need a large bag, this is a good choice.

My daughter, loves this bag. The roominess and the style is awesome. She is a High School student and has room for all her books, folders, and notebooks and is very comfortable at the straps. This is a Great Quality Student Bag. Great bang for your buck!!!

This back pack was delivered as promised. It is roomy enough for everything that my daughter has wanted to carry. And it seems pretty sturdy, so far. Has only been used for couple weeks. The last one she had was a JanSport Big Student, also, and she used that all last year. It is still perfectly usable, but of course for a teenager, it's not the right style this year.

I purchased this for my granddaughter for school. She chose the pattern and color and was thrilled with it when it arrived. In the past I have always fond JanSport to hold up well. And of course, that great Zappos service is amazing.

Excellent bag. It is big and roomy -- great for my 9th grade daughter. We got the blue color and it is beautiful. All of her books will fit in perfectly. I would recommend this bag. Zappos service is better than any I've ever had. Delivery is exceptional.

I bought this for my 8 year old daughter. She had a very big binder this year for school and there was plenty of room for the binder, her lunch box and still had room for other things. It is well made and very spacious.

I have had a Jansport Big Student book bag for three years now and I love it other than me getting tired of looking at the same design for three years it is great. I have thrown it around, its been through me walking home in the rain. It is very stylish and can withhold a lot of stress. I would recommend this product to anyone.

I just got my bag today, and I'm not disappointed. It is comfortable and it's design is nice. I need a lot of room to fit my books and binders and there is plenty of room in it. I got the black and white doodle, and it's really fun. I love it.

This backpack isn't just for students. I'm a grandmother and I love all the compartments and all the space. A compartment for personal items. One for kids' snacks. One for diapers. Even one for hubby's glasses. Seriously though, this is a comfortable backpack that is made well. I have never had a problem with the zippers or the straps. The material is great. Don't be afraid. This one is a winner.

Bought 8 of these for my college organization! They are great, plenty of room for all my things. I love them. And the shipping time was quick, which is always a plus.

Bought this for my daughter who started Jr High this year. I've never had a Jansport backpack that I didn't like. She loves all the pockets & the cute styling. The straps are padded, but not too bulky. The Jansport lifetime warranty also can't be beat. Once she received all her books, she put them all in the backpack & weighed it. 29 lbs & she still had room for more. Thank goodness she doesn't have to carry all of it at the same time.

I got this for my granddaughter, and she loves it. Quality of construction has been the reason I buy JanSport products. The last JanSport student bag I purchased lasted over 8 years!
