Can't go wrong with JanSport. Thus bag held up so well, my daughter will be using it again this coming school year. Good size. Great quality.

Awesome backpack

I loved my husband loved the backpack its the exact color on the website and because the bag is such a dark color it is a lot harder to notice dirty spots. I loved the customer service Representative Patrick he was very helpful and had a positive attitude. The bag is also very big and my husband can store a lot of stuff in there and still have room to spare. He can fit the bag underneath the seats while riding the buses or trains which is a big plus for me because hes not grumpy anymore from having his backpack on his legs. All in all it is a great purchase and if I need to wash it simply cover the bag with a pillow case put in the washer and hang to dry overnight and its dry and smells fresh. Buy the bag it will also last a long time you can't go wrong with Jansport and you cannot go wrong with this purchase

My daughter absolutely loves this backpack. It's lightweight, durable, and has just the right amount of pockets for perfect functionality. She really loves the cute grey & white polkadot pattern too. Win/win!

I really like this bag! I wanted something I could use for work that didn't look too immature. I use it to carry a laptop, multiple books, and sometimes my lunch. The variety of pockets makes it easy to organize. In terms of comfort, I gave it 4 stars because the straps aren't quite as comfortable as other ones I have had in the past. I really do load it up though.

I was looking for a backpack that wasn't too heavy (when empty) while being large enough to hold textbooks and a laptop. As a college student using light rail to commute, I don't need a heavy backpack to walk across campus. This backpack fits my requirements and has enough pockets to keep my items organized. I really liked the Aqua Dash color I selected, it looks just like it's pictured on the website. I am quite happy with my purchase.

You can't go wrong with Jansport. Lots of funky colors and a roomy interior. We had an upper strap break off suddenly and Zappos replaced it immediately. Thank you, Zappos!

Lots of room, with lots of different compartments

Purchased as a gift. Initial impression is favorable. Design, size, features and visible quality is good. I have a different older JanSport pack which has held up very well, lasting longer than two more fashionable brands of similar size. If the durability proves to be comparable to a previous JanSport product this pack will be a good value.

My son is a freshman and i figured a regular Jansport backpack was fine. Nope, i needed to find him a bigger back pack and this was PERFECT for him. He no longer has to cram everything inside.

I am very happy with this purchase. Great quality and plenty of room.

I bought this bag for my daughter's dance class and it's great! I love the room and how big it is. She can fit all her shoes in there along with clothes. The straps are also very comfy on her shoulders.

Bag is big enough to carry our stuff.

Love this backpack! I bought it for my Thanksgiving trip and got several compliments on it. It is quite large inside and is very comfortable to wear. Would highly recommend.

My daughter loves this bag. We ordered a bag (different brand, from a different website), and it was way too small, even though it cost more than this one. Can't beat JanSport quality or Zappos customer service.

My son came home from school asking for a "jansport backpack" so I happily ordered this. He is in middle school and has lots of books and binders - and they all fit in this! It is perfect size for him to wear now and for years to come.

Ordered this backpack for my daughter for back to school (6th grade) and she absolutely loves it! The colors pop and its jansport so super high quality that should last forever. Shipping was fast and it was delivered earlier than expected

The Jansport Big Student backpack was an excellent choice for my high school student son. It has a great deal of carrying space for all his textbooks, binders, and folders. Additionally, it has a mesh net on the side for carrying a large juice cup. Further, there is a section to store his lunch bag at the top so the sandwiches don't get crushed. All in all a winner in every way - especially the padded shoulder straps.

I BOUGHT THIS TO REPLACE MY HUSBANDS BROKEN ZIPPERED OLD BACKPACK BY OUTDOORS. THIS IS AS DESCRIBED. I WOULD JUST ADD THAT THE BIGGEST POCKET IS THE BACK POCKET. THIS IS ALSO THE PADDED POCKET FOR A LAPTOP. WOULD PROBABLY FIT A LAPTOP AND A COLLEGE TEXT BOOK IN THAT ONE POCKET WITH ROOM TO SPARE. I LIKE THE LIFETIME WARRENTEE THAT JANSPORT AND ZAPPOS PROVIDES AS I HOPE THIS REALLY DOES LAST MY HUSBAND A LONG LONG TIME, IN FACT A LIFE TIME!

This is a perfect backpack for my high school freshman. She used a Jansport Super Break (interior = 1550 cubic inches) throughout middle school, but found she needed the Jansport Big Student (2100 cubic inches) to accommodate all her extra stuff. I bought this backpack for my 13 year old grand daughter to carry to school. She wanted lots of pockets and a bigger pavk than her previous jamsport which is a simple 1 bib pocket pack. She loves this one. She said it will keep her lunch and electronics and books all sparate. And she wanted simple all black.
